		<description>Stiglitz did some excellent work with Akerlof and Spence on information asymmetry. But that was a long time ago. He was recognised for this with the 2001 The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel (there is no Nobel Prize in Economics). 

But it has been downhill since - he has largely expressed irrelevant and irrational views that suggests my dementia statement may not be entirely in jest.</description>
