Hmmm. The start of the movie Wolf Creek is set in Perth and somehow contrives to have the sun rising over the ocean. Sets the tone for the rest of the movie.

Such is the power of the omnipotent Colin Barnett.
He also turned former industrial areas into “tourist precincts” so the shops could stay open late, and banished that rather pleasant fellow, er. . .um . . . Alan Carpenter to the back paddock, never to be heard from again.
And the cash registers continue to ring their beautiful music.
