It looks like Scott Walker has survived the recall election.
With 34% counted Scott walker has won 59% of the vote.

Oh, and so far in the four recall senate districts, the Republican candidates are winning in each race by around 10 percentage points.

Is the result certain as I post this, or is it still mathematically possible for the Democrats to win? Because until the latter happens, one should not even begin to celebrate, or even to raise too much hope. And that goes double for when the Obama-Romney contest occurs.
I agree the implications aren’t good for the Federal contest, especially with all the other cracks that are starting to appear (esp. Clinton). Yeah, unfortunately Palin has gone to the American school of beauty. They tend to truss their Sheilas up and glaze them like they are Christmas hams. Too overdone for this simple man, when all she really needs is a warm hat and a pair of boots.

These people are crazy and stupid. I’m speechless.
And by the way, the exit polls were a disaster, which is what they are pinning their hopes on.

They love big hair in America. Kleefisch also has an impressively big do:

Stay classy until the end Dems.
A woman at Tom Barrett’s (D-Wisconsin) election party slapped the Mayor, saying she was upset that he conceded while voters in his city continued to cast their votes

Romney statement:
“I congratulate Scott Walker on his victory in Wisconsin. Governor Walker has demonstrated over the past year what sound fiscal policies can do to turn an economy around, and I believe that in November voters across the country will demonstrate that they want the same in Washington, D.C. Tonight’s results will echo beyond the borders of Wisconsin. Governor Walker has shown that citizens and taxpayers can fight back – and prevail – against the runaway government costs imposed by labor bosses. Tonight voters said ‘no’ to the tired, liberal ideas of yesterday, and ‘yes’ to fiscal responsibility and a new direction. I look forward to working with Governor Walker to help build a better, brighter future for all Americans.”

Smart and decisive early statement of support and association with Walker and his polices.

Great to see Walker thank God after his massive victory. Certainly Jesus did support Walker, just as Jesus always supports Republicans and non-Leftists generally.

Also good to see Romney endorsing the Christian position.

I bet Les Majesty desperately wanted Scott Walker to lose. Les, is this true? Did you really support the public sector unions?

No no, even atheist Bird has endorsed Christianity. There is no reason why non-believers can’t endorse the Christian position, especially if it is Just.

Fisk loves me, despite the fact that I’m leader of the Perpetuist wing of the Fisk Party – which has become mired in the founder’s left-wing 10 year ban softcockery.

Yes, I think JC’s Calabrian grammar is interfering with his comprehension. The only non-Christian deviationist position of CL’s is his opposition to decadism, which I think is possible grounds for excommunication.

no no.. I wasn’t referring to the Fiskster.
My comment was about Romney. You really seem to have it in for him.

Calm down you two. You’re behaving like a bunch of gals…. always looking for the worst possible interpretation about anything.
Which reminds me… ever walked or been somewhere with your gal and make a silly throwaway comment about some other gal walking around.. like.. she shouldn’t be wearing those tight jeans because she has an arse is bigger than the Brooklyn Bridge.
And the conversation always, always gets back to their own backside and that comment must mean you think hers is colossal too?

You have to love the lame stream media claiming “Obama would have won against Romney based on our exit polls”.
Are those the same exit polls that were calling it a “heated”, “neck and neck”, “tight race” at 1700 local time when Walker was 200,000 votes ahead? The exit polls and headlines you scrubbed off your websites by midnight so they wouldn’t look like such flaming ignorant morons in the morning?
Hint to MSM: In the future, don’t just interview the ones that will tell you what you want to hear. Try ones wearing a tie instead of a wife-beater shirt next time. (But by all means keep interviewing those crying whiners. Got to get your ratings up somehow and tha’ts pure entertainment!)

Yeah the Walker exit polls were out by 7 points yet we’re supposed to believe the Obama exit poll, showing a 7 point gap, was fine.
