Tim Wilson: A new perspective

Tim Wilson

Spotted at the March for March protest – Tim would really appreciate the effort that went into making the poster.

How come these marching clowns feel they have the right to abuse a minority gay bloke when they would be screaming blue murder if Cat posters started abusing a gay minority bloke. Aren’t they supposed to be on the side of minorities or is it just LEFTOID minorities they support.

  2. Jock

These cretins really have no clue that THEY are the real Nazis.

  3. Tintarella di Luna

Tim Wilson is a champion bloke.

  4. jupes

    Looks nothing like him.

Don’t the left have any artists with talent?

  5. Gab

In 2007 Morris Iemma (Labor) used taxpayers’ money to buy a $700,000 water cannon that has rusted away unused. Are they protesting about that?

  6. Gab

No matter how hard they try, there’s no way they can make Tim Wilson look ugly or evil.

  7. Johno

The Left’s ABC had a hissy fit because someone at a Parliament House rally had a sign saying ‘Ditch the witch’.

Where is their outrage at the disgusting messages being directed at Tony Abbott?

Has Bill Shorten condemned them? Or is this his base vote?

  8. candy

He seems a very likeable fellow, so easy going and accepting.

  9. boy on a bike

That’s really quite good. Obviously, it wasn’t paid for by the taxpayer – if it was, it would be drab shite. I wonder if they are selling framed copies?

  10. Infidel Tiger

    Bloody nice coat. IPA issue?

  11. Habib

I’ve always said that if WW2 had’ve been a fashion show the sausage eaters would’ve won hands down. That said, this sulky rabble really are demented.

  12. Adrian

…with some rubber bullets and tear gas.

  13. boy on a bike

I look forward to the HRC advertising expressions of interest for the supply of a water cannon equipped riot truck. Preferably with a large, inbuilt soap dispenser as well.

  14. Gab

What’s with the quote above Tim on the poster?

  15. will

Both IT and Habit. The Cat is now a comedy show.

  16. candy

No matter how hard they try, there’s no way they can make Tim Wilson look ugly or evil.

I think the lefty types secretly like him a lot Gab. The poster is really cute.

  17. Mindfree

Tim is a shouty hypocrite with nothing of substance to say.

Obviously you are referring to one Tim Flannery. Totally agree squire

  18. Yobbo

I like the silhouettes of all the corporation logos for extra evilness!

  19. Baldrick

What’s with the quote above Tim on the poster?

Apparently it’s a quote from a tweet Tim did back in 2011 at the height of the Occupy movement.

  20. Sinclair Davidson

As I said this morning on ABC radio double breasted suits never go out of fashion.

  21. Cato the Elder

They feel especially resentful because he is gay. So far as they are concerned, if you are gay you HAVE to be “progressive”. It’s like, a rule or something.

  22. Gab

…Especially the evil “Visy” company that supplies the cardboard on which the the poster is printed.

As PJ O’Rourke said, “No one ever had a fantasy of being tied to a bed and sexually molested by someone dressed as a liberal”. (American liberal that is, not Australian. I suspect a good many of the March in March protesters have a photo of Tony A in his speedos next to their favourite sex toy).

  25. Tel

    Bloody nice coat. IPA issue?

Only after you learn the secret handshake.

  26. Ed

    This is actually pretty serious.

They’re explicitly characterising Abbott as a fascist. They are portraying him as an authoritarian who is so extreme and unpalatable that revolutionary action (a la Ukraine for example) would be a reasonable response.

Since Abbott hasn’t actually done anything much yet in the way of new policies, and many of his proposed policies are stuck in Senate, they don’t have much to work with so border protection is the cornerstone at present. No, it’s not logical. Yes, the laws came in under Gillard. We’re not talking about reason here, we’re talking about emotion.

But this is the game plan. It’s literally to paint Abbott as an extremist and respond with extremism of their own.

  27. Ed

correction: They’re explicitly characterising Abbott and his government as fascist.

  28. Ed

and yes, I’m aware that the caricature is of Wilson, not Abbott.

  29. Talleyrand

Where is the one of HTC’s Professor Triggs dressed as Rosa Luxemburg?

  30. Mr Rusty

They have plenty to work with – they just make up policies in their head and pretend they are actual LNP policies, then they protest against them.
In a sane world people protesting against their own imaginations would be doing so from the confines of a padded cell.

One of the organisers of the March was interviewed by Chris Kenny on Sky this evening – he sounded quite unhinged.

Can’t be – that’s why the Archibald Prize has been ruined.

A mates mother was a young girl during WWII, the Luftwaffe commandered their house in France.

Sixty years on she would still swoon over how smart they all looked in their uniforms!

I saw that Viva. The hysteria was bubbling just under the surface. He tried to hold it together but looked like he might start screaming at any moment.

Like the ‘Occupy’ mob he wasn’t able to clarify what it is they’re protesting about. Seems to be a mindless hatred for Abbott and more generally ‘business’. Where do they think the money comes from?

What percentage of them receive some sort of tax-payer funded welfare or salary do you think? Serious Q.

  35. Uber

A sad day for Australia. Our biggest hate ‘protest’ ever. Another step on the road to autocracy.

  36. Percy

That really is a smashing jacket. The IPA should be selling them via their website to help with fundraising. I’ll take one M and one XL.

  37. Anne

That really is a smashing jacket. ….I’ll take one M and one XL.

Percy, this yo-yo dieting has got to stop!

  38. Alfonso

Indeed, the new Hugo boss inspired black Vic police uniforms are certainly a triumph in nuanced intimidation, just as it was a design feature for the black SS haute couture.

  39. Percy

Percy, this yo-yo dieting has got to stop!

Right, then make that 2 x L. One with buttons, one without.

  40. Zaphod

Would I be wrong suggesting that Tim’s support will drop away if he voices his support for gay marriage, or he and his lover, Ryan, try to adopt ?

  41. Anne

    One with buttons, one without.

    Velcro?

  42. Percy

    Velcro?

Too tacky, even for myself. A rhinestone clasp would suffice.

Would I be wrong suggesting that Tim’s support will drop away if he voices his support for gay marriage, or he and his lover, Ryan, try to adopt ?

I haven’t heard Tim talk about gay marriage, however I wouldn’t be surprised if he leaned towards removing the Government from marriage altogether. I may be way off though. As for adoption, I couldn’t see it having much effect on his support.

    Tim is cute too

Totally! And while we’re on the subject, Big Tone is a complete hottie and I have a soft spot for Mathias but that could just be the accent…

Centrelink should increase its comliance rules ,and investigate these scum, they are obvioysly “students” or dole bludgers they have so much time to invent hate stories aboutthe government. How many of them have a real job? Apart from the communist union Muppets and alp / green fascist Aparatchiki?

If a man is called a Chinaman, a member of the Labour Party will always be found ready to rise and protest against his employment. I have no sympathy with any such narrow-minded pettifogging views.

What delicious irony it would be if that artwork was paid for by Transfield.

The Left’s ABC had a hissy fit because someone at a Parliament House rally had a sign saying ‘Ditch the witch’.

Where is their outrage at the disgusting messages being directed at Tony Abbott?

Remember the screams by every. single. media. outlet about the “hate” that was directed at poor widdle Julia?

F*ck this, I’m out. I went to see these fools in Melbourne yesterday with a Mexican lady who is red to her attractive little toes.

Even she ended up laughing at these fools and seemed incredulous at their very existence.

Say what you like about Latin American Communists, they at least take their insanity seriously, these people are a joke, and they are our cultural elite.

I’m out. Western English speaking civilisation is dead to me, the wreckage that remains is not worth fighting over.

As an online sage I sometimes read advises I think I shall sit back and enjoy the decline whilst laughing my head off.

    You will find me poolside.

All Nazi Party and SS uniforms were designed by one Hugo Boss.
Ancient news I know, but I still will not shop there.
RE: The March nonsense, it is ultimately good for our democracy. The more society’s demonstrable failures expose their sociopathetic behaviour, the more society’s well adjusted folks at the footy or the beach shake their heads. These fools have not learned the lesson of the recent elections – noise does not create support. The more bizarre their behaviour the more they isolate themselves from the genuine electorate and the more they expose themselves to a level of criticism that would not occur if they had continued to undermine our society below the radar. The ABC has not learned that lesson and can’t understand how it is that their ‘sacred cow’ status is suddenly being publically questioned.
I find it fascinating that one of the characteristics of these misfits is that, due to their obsessions, they cannot engage in ordinary activities – sport, social interaction, genuine volunteering etc – they lack the social skills to do so, therefore they wrap up their inadequacies in a cloak of opposition to ‘normal’. We are dealing with the kids who were always left out when they chose the school sports teams and they have devoted their lives to paying us back for that self perceived humiliation.

I will, I have seen the SS uniforms, they made all other WW2 combatants look downright shabby.

The March nonsense, it is ultimately good for our democracy. The more society’s demonstrable failures expose their sociopathetic behaviour, the more society’s well adjusted folks at the footy or the beach shake their heads.

I disagree, these people are responding with this level of hate at the result of an election, can you imagine the hate if Abbott ever tries to do anything?

These fools have not learned the lesson of the recent elections – noise does not create support.

They don’t need electoral support. They are doing what they did when Howard was in power, rallying all the educators, the academics and journalists to continue making that noise until like water wearing away a stone it becomes common knowledge that anyone who disagrees with them is evil.

The methods of the left work, they have used them before and they know that they work.

They do not play by the same rules as the rational people, so you see their actions as nonsensical, but they know EXACTLY what they are doing.

  50. brc

Look, even if you believe 20,000 people showed up in Melbourne to protest, in Albert Park, over 100,000 people paid to go see a festival of capitalism and fossil fuels, and plenty more say down on their Sunday afternoon and watched.

These people are a noisy rabble. The tv news puts them on because they are a noisy rabble. You shouldn’t waste 5 minutes of your time, except to laugh at their idiocy.

I would say their cause is pathetic, but they don’t even have a cause to criticize.

Look, even if you don’t have the final solution, it is important to dress like you do.

The same scum who made this poster really don’t want free speech. They supported the USSR until the bitter end. They are the ultimate hypocrites.

I can only hope the RC is as forensic on the criminality of the left as were the smart arses who bothered recording Tim’s off hand, non serious comment.
