If you’re wondering where it went, I took it down myself.
Liberty Quote
If the political classes are now all so worried about how taxes hit the poor, lowering tax on tobacco & booze must be a very high priority.

Makes sense.
These days to point actual racism out is to racially vilify – period!
I took it down myself.
after legal advice, presumably?
10 bucks says that the party being racially vilified wasn’t whitey.
I haven’t read enough of Steve’s posts to know if this was satire or not.
Hopefully it was taken down because Kates realised it wasn’t his best work, not because of legal advice or anything.
Did some Aussie sheilas object to being classified as town bikes?
Lol.
I’m not wondering where it went. I’m wondering why you took it down?
Something something New Zealand
Kiwi Dogs. That’s what.
Err, what happened to my comment?
April Fool, right?
Bit of a puzzler this. Don’t think Kathy would have minded the extra publicity for her book to be honest. Unless someone at the cat has something against her no real reason to withdraw.
= Pluto Pups = frankfurt on a skewer, dipped in batter, deep fried, dipped in tomato sauce = very tasty. 🙂
Someone’s been a ba-a-a-a-d boy.
Time for some fish and chips.
Meanwhile … in the Northern Territory: a rebel LNP aborigine says she was called a “lubra.”
Cries “racism”. Here’s how:
Has she committed an offence?
Perhaps the Doom Lord has spoken from a whiskey bar in some far flung universe.
I thought “lubra” was an indigenous word like koori, etc.
Can someone educate me, please?
Mentioning Eric Jolliffe might get one into moderation?
OK, so it’s the link. Try this one for a small sample:

nothing’s ever gone . . . google cache is a powerful thing! Actually it’s pretty impressive how quickly the bots get to a post around here
A case for racial vilification:
The Daily News Perth 16 July 1945:
Not a half-caste
BUNBURY, Mon — In a report published in the Daily News on, Wednesday it was incorrectly stated that ‘middle-aged half-caste Peter McDonald’ was charged in Bunbury Police Court that on July 10 he co-habited with a woman who was a half-caste within the meaning of the Native Administration Act.
Peter McDonald is not a half-caste, but a white man.
Fair enough, Baldrick, but have you asked this Mr McDonald which colour his skin is choosing to “express itself as”, this week?
Otherwise, YOU could be committing a racist atrocity by describing a white man as a “white man”!
If he is drinking 25 year old Glen Morangie hw won’t give s sh1t.
Powerful Section 18C be!
It probably wasn’t helpful.
“We are not breast-plated niggers; we are home-grown, traditional people.”
A what?
I got the post summary by email, Steve. Kathy Shaidle is mentioned. I do not understand why it was pulled. But it is your post for you to as you wish.
I owned Demo severely in that thread. And now it is all lost to history…
The post is still up at Law of Markets.
I hope he was being sarcastic, but I couldn’t tell (which — Pro Tip — isn’t a good sign.)
If he wasn’t being sarcastic, then yeah, it was just kinda sad and obtuse.
