Border Meltdown: Obama Delivering 290,000 Illegals To U.S. Homes
An operation this vast must have taken….oh, say maybe years?

    What is really happening -

Tens of thousands of Central American children, some accompanied by adults but most traveling alone, have surged across the U.S.-Mexican border in recent months. The flood has swamped the border security infrastructure as well as the youth housing facilities maintained by the Department of Health and Human Services. Under federal law, HHS must take charge of unaccompanied and undocumented minors 72 hours after they are detained by immigration agents.

  2. Unleashed Upon America: Obama Unchained!
Obama’s War of Revenge, the movie, reaches warp speed.

The author is a Tea Party stalwart and Chairman of Conservative Campaign Committee PAC. It’s mission is to elect conservative candidates across America.

    More spin.

  3. Why The White House Ignored All Those Warnings About ISIS
There are none so deaf as those who will not listen.

Perhaps if Bush and Rumsfeld had not been deaf when the country was invaded in 2003, the outcome for Iraqis would have been less catastrophic.
But they weren’t really thinking about Iraqis.
    Now Rumsfeld wants another go.
He broke it – not Obama.

Rumsfeld can abandon hope that someday he’ll be vindicated for his role in Operation Iraqi Freedom, but he is right in one sense: Eleven years after the U.S. invasion, we still don’t fully understand the repercussions of Bush’s “terrible mistake.” Today, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is advancing through the country’s northern provinces, slaughtering soldiers en masse, threatening to topple the Maliki government, turn the country into a safe haven for jihadism, and destabilize the region. Americans increasingly acknowledge a horrifying truth: 4,400 U.S. soldiers and as many as 191,000 Iraqis died so Iraq could become a more violent nation and a greater threat to the world.

    George and Laura spent more.
But they were the right color.
Can’t have those uppity niggahs getting more than they deserve.

  5. The spin -

In NSA-intercepted data, those not targeted far outnumber the foreigners who are The WaPo slides 4 months of NSA reporting into the long holiday media bloodstream.

    The reality -

Rand is correct when he says that the Patriot Act is bad law and needs to be changed, yet rather than make an effort to change it he and his colleagues concentrate their efforts on demonizing and attempting to obstruct a President who they do not like.

The learned helplessness of the US in the face of massive illegal 3rd world border incursions is very strange.
Dillinghams will build a double 20′ fence from Gulf to Pacific Ocean in a couple or three years with emergency funding and zero red tape. Put a couple of Divisions on the fence, problem fixed.
Yet the US seems to enjoy wringing its hands and pretending it’s all impossible.

The learned helplessness of the US in the face of massive illegal 3rd world border incursions is very strange.

As long as working class people choose to vote against their interest and keep a party which is working to replace them in low skilled workers, they will get all that they deserve.

Yet the US seems to enjoy wringing its hands and pretending it’s all impossible.
Because there are a lot of political considerations, Al.
Inaction shores up the Hispanic vote for whichever party is in power.

  9. Alfonso

Yep Rog….guess that’s a free lesson on demographics being destiny for Australia.
Let failed 3rd world cultures become significant voting blocks and they will destroy the existing cultural values……noted I hope.

  10. Roger

At the very lest, Al, nations with significant immigration programs also need to have purposeful assimilation programs that integrate immigrants into their new culture. The US used to do this quite well wit their “melting pot” metaphor, as illustrated in those old war movies where the platoon would be made up of an Italian from New Jersey, a Swede from Minnesota, a German from Illinois, a Mexican from Arizona, etc., yet all of them recognisably American in their values.

  11. Roger

And a WASP lieutenant, of course ;0)

  12. Token

    a Swede from Minnesota

It is as common a cliche to say a Somali from Minnesota who has arrived via the chain immigration techniques.

  13. What’s all this bird poo littering the first half of the comments? Steve, where’s the mop?

  14. Roger

It is as common a cliche to say a Somali from Minnesota who has arrived via the chain immigration techniques.

Which raises the question of immigrants from cultures who are likely resist assimilation on religious or cultural grounds and the need for the immigrant society to screen against them for the sake of its own health and even survival. There must be some Somalis who would love to buy into the American dream and could contribute to it, but I imagine they would have to be be refugees from their mother culture.

A good illustration for your post below this one on the advantages of the parliamentary systems of constitutional monarchies over republics, Steve.

  16. Mique

Forgive me if I’m appearing to be siding with Numbers’ drivel, at a tad over $7 million dollars per annum, the Obama’s travel expenditure is hardly a significant burden on the American taxpayer given the irreducible operational costs of Air Force One, the White House on wings. If this is a “crime”, many other US Presidents would be at least as guilty as Obama, and if we were to rate his crimes on a scale of 1-10, this
one would probably be a Minus 5.

  17. Dr.Sir Fred Lenin

If anyone ever dobted o’ bama(The USAs first half black ,or is that half white pres),is a practicing communist green, like gilliard ,and just as inept and deceitfull.the proof is here ,numbers supports him! Numbers supporter of 19 th century failed ideas.

  18. Tim Neilson

Fair comment Mique but it may be worse than the headline figure suggests. The original article notes that the available data is very incomplete. Also it contains the following assertions which if correct do tend to support the criticism.

“In 2013 alone, President Obama incurred $7,396,531 in flight expenses for his family vacations to Hawaii and Martha’s Vineyard, as well as a trip to California to appear on the Jay Leno show.

It costs America much much more when he’s at work.

  20. thefrollickingmole

Im a little with the others on the expense of travel, 95% of it would be the lunatic amount of security and crap bolted on to anything he does.

Yet (and this is not a death threat NSA) all it would take to have a crack at him is a loon with a cheap handgun and a disregard for their own life a-la Regans would be assassin.

ISIS didnt have to happen, thats a deliberate choice made by Obamas “smart drones” advising him. There was never going to be a peaceful transition in Iraq regardless of how Saddam died/lost power, all the yanks did was offer them the opportunity to try being civilized, they have made the choice to revert to Islamic barbarism themselves.

1735099′s surgical takedown of Kates’ latest selective anti-Obama talking points should give Steve cause for some pause and reflection. Obama is no more the worst Prez ever than were either Rud or Gillard the worst PMs in Australia’s. Alas, in his zeal, Kates has lost any semblance of balance and perspective. I’d advise a Bex and a good lay down.

    1735099′s surgical takedown

    No.

Kates’ latest selective anti-Obama talking points

He’s universally reviled in America now. Selectivity only relates to brevity of the article.

cause for some pause and reflection

    Done. Obama is a failure.

Obama is no more the worst Prez ever than were either Rud or Gillard the worst PMs in Australia’s.

Very witty – Gillard is easily the worst PM we’ve ever had. She was disliked so strongly by lifetime ALP voters they ended up voting conservative or informal en masse. She is worse than Whitlam.

No one will build a memorial for her.

She’s also a patholigical liar and a crook and she belongs in prison.

Alas, in his zeal, Kates has lost any semblance of balance and perspective

    No he hasn’t.

I’d advise a Bex and a good lay down.

I’d advise you for your second total frontal lobotomy for when your precious little Julia Gillard gets charged with multi-million dollar fraud. Her time as a Minister and as the Prime Minister is a litany of failure.

  25. She’s also a patholigical (sic) liar and a crook and she belongs in prison.

You look pretty silly when your vocab runs away with your literacy skills.

  26. Pusnip

    She is worse than Whitlam

True perhaps, but not than McMahon. (And that’s just in living memory).
