absolutely tears me apart to imagine the horrors this poor child may have witnessed dealt towards his family and people . Will we ever hear his story and what has happened to him , I suspect he is a child of northern Iraq somewhere ???

  2. Zulu Kilo Two Alpha

What a gang of heroes these individuals must be. Three of you pointing rifles at, what, a two or three year old child?

OH, YOU MIGHTY WARRIORS OF ISLAM!

OH, YOU FEARLESS FOLLOWERS OF THE QUA-RAN

What will you do when some one starts shooting back? Scream “Allah Akbar” and run home, and hide under the bed?

Islam, a religion of cowards, by cowards, for cowards.

  3. Infidel Tiger

I hop that one day we feed those animals through a woodchipper.

  4. C.L.

Kind of reminds me of this famous still from a Nazi newsreel more than Tank Man.

Every time I see that Nazi with the whip, I viscerally wish I was there to smack him around.

    Same reaction with Rifle Baby.

If that image does not teach the world, it does not want to learn

  6. And Another Thing

Yes, I saw this on the Catholic website along with other disturbing pictures and wondered why it hadn’t been universally picked up. It leaves Muslim apologists very little room for argument. The only good thing the new “caliphate” has done is open the world’s eyes to the excesses of Islamism and guarantee that there will never be a legitimate, recognised, caliphate.

  7. The original caption in the Catholic online was quite something. Who was it who first posted the link a few days ago on the open thread?

A child is photographed, waiting to be killed by militants. ISIS uses these images to terrorize others and to glorify their spree of terror.

  8. Infidel Tiger

How could you not commit a million troops to round up and slaughter these animals after seeing that?

  9. Sinclair Davidson

Rifle Baby – very good CL. Is that original?

  10. C.L.

… and wondered why it hadn’t been universally picked up.

    Very good point.

It is, speaking dispassionately, a classic – iconic – news image.

But newspapers ran dead on it.

    Why?

  11. JC

If that pic is authentic, the only thing I’ll say is that I want them all dead painfully.

  12. Infidel Tiger

A google of “rifle baby” brings up some contrived outrage about a father posing his baby with a gun on Facebook.

  13. Empire

Speechless. This hard man is reduced to tears.

These animals must be exterminated with extreme prejudice. Their body parts must be mailed to their mothers.

Whence comes such evil? I am lost for words. The horror.

Where did this picture come from?

The bowels of the 7th century.

It’s a demonic force that drives these people.

Atheists and secular humanists freak out that the creator God instructed the eradication of some evil child-sacrificing groups like this in the Old testament times.

  20. john constantine

Will sarah hysterically-wrong ever table pictures like this in the senate, or is she still working her way through her pile of drawings spoon fed to her by the social welfare industry.

[also waiting for the swampies to use this as an excuse for total gun control in australia]

–the outrage the abc launched into when they were supplied with footage of a shearer stitching a cut sheep up without pain killers seems to have worn them out so much they have no outrage left for this. remember the abc condemned all shearers as scum that all needed re-educating and cultural reassessment on the evidence of a couple of photos,

    bastards.

How many times have these beasts enjoyed themselves repeating this?

How different are they to the beasts in Gaza which use children of the citizens of that place as human shields?

    Death cult.

Not being terribly computer literate, where do I download an A4 sises copy of this picture? I want to send the Prime Minister a copy, Sarah Hanson Young a copy, my local Liberal member a copy, and pin a copy outside the local Muslim community center.

  23. JohnA

I hope that one day this photo is as famous as Tank Man.

ONLY if it is a true pic. There is not enough context to support the story that it is from northern Iraq. If journalists are not taking pics of the atrocities, then where did this one come from?

    Check here:
    http://thegospelcoalition.org/article/factchecker-is-isis-beheading-children-in-iraq

There is doubt about the evidence and some Christians in the US seem to be overstating the case. I condemn such overstatement – we need to stick with the truth, which is bad enough already.

However, as I said in response to the article, there could be good and bad reasons for the journos not reporting fully and factually:
    a) politically they lean against Israel and Christians, and thus towards ISIS, and so their politics interferes with their reporting (they have earlier form on this)
    and/or
    b) they are operating under duress like their Gaza colleagues and so can’t report all they see.

    I don’t like a) but I can understand b).

Oh but don’t anyone dare label all muslims as such. Nuh-uh.

Compare and contrast these men’s reactions to another gruesome photo:

Khaled Sharrouf’s brother believes Australia should simply “forget” about a photo of his young nephew holding the severed head of a Syrian soldier.

As the shocking image of Sharrouf’s son travelled around the world on Monday, Mostafa Sharrouf, a stonemason from Sydney’s western suburbs, said: “He’s gone, forget about it. He’s forgotten about youse. I’m sure you’ve seen much worse than that.

On a Twitter account believed to be that of fellow ex-Sydney Islamic State fighter Mohamed Elomar, the former boxer appeared giddy while celebrating his close friend’s growing notoriety over the disturbing images.

“What a flaming ripper ayyy beauty mate love it,” Elomar said in a reply to a link to media reporting on the photos. “Keep them heads rolling.”

Peter Nettleton, the father of Sharrouf’s Anglo-Australian wife, Tara Nettleton, said he was “devastated” by the shocking image, which generated worldwide media attention and near-universal revulsion.

    Barbarians 2; Civilised 1.

Western luvvies, especially in the media, have absolutely no idea what these muslims can get up to and prefer to ignore such atrocities as we are seeing now in the name of their cult. These muslims think differently from the rest of humanity but easily fool the Left, the useful idiots that they are. Even now, apologists are telling us that this is not what the muslim’s cult is all about. Bulldust. Jihadi and the caliphate are real ideals, goals, to millions of shearers, for so it is written and must be obeyed. The moderates just assume their extremists brothers will bring about the caliphate and so leave it up to them to carry out their gruesome tasks without any criticism or objection. And say nothing, do nothing, when we see pictures like the above, when we all hear about the abominable acts committed by their brothers overseas in the name of their cult. Their silence is grave assent to the despicable acts being committed against humanity.

  25. JC

I posted doubts about the pic yesterday, JohnA. It appears strange to me that the child seems to be dressed for winter when it’s a stifling 45 to 5o degs in Iraq at the moment.

  26. Aristogeiton

One of the pictures that Catholic Online includes — and that has become ubiquitous on social media — shows a baby with three rifles pointed at his head (see image above). While the image is outrageous, it was not a photo taken of ISIS in northern Iraq.

The photo originally appeared online April 11, 2014 on the Facebook page of a person from Yemen. Numerous people on that page attest that the clothes the child is wearing are obviously Yemeni. A few days later, though, the image started popping up on pro-Syrian Army websites claiming that it was an Armenian child who was taken by Syrian rebels. Whatever the original context for the photo, we know based on the date alone that it was not recently taken in Mosul or northern Iraq.

    http://thegospelcoalition.org/article/factchecker-is-isis-beheading-children-in-iraq

    Two seconds. Google.

  27. Oh come on

I’ve seen this photo before – or at least I’m fairly sure I have. It was a few months ago…the Syrian civil war. Think it was to highlight the atrocities of the rebels – not saying it was from the pro-Assad camp.

I may be wrong, but be careful what you attribute to whom. Murderers escape justice due to technicalities.

  28. Gab

I may be wrong, but be careful what you attribute to whom.

Good point. The child still has his/her head attached so it’s probably a fake. ISIS likes to show-off their victims sans cranium.

    From C.L. at 11:30 pm:

“Kind of reminds me of this famous still from a Nazi newsreel more than Tank Man.

Every time I see that Nazi with the whip, I viscerally wish I was there to smack him around.

    Same reaction with Rifle Baby.”

The Germans embraced, applauded and swept their Adolf to power enthusiastically. I’ve long held the view that every one of ‘em knew some or a lot of the barbarity employed to attain the popular master race trophy, that they sinned by their silence and still do. I recall they didn’t try real hard to help the weightlifters slaughtered at Munich in 1972 – my awakening to the maniacal hatred they hold for the Jews. I didn’t know much of the Jews but I’ve not much liked Germans since then.

The intelligent and impassioned debate about the modern crop of savages has bellowed forth at Catallaxy for the past week or so, yet I find myself adopting the stance which came instinctively, before I read every word of the evidence tendered during that period.

The muslims are obliged to do as they are told by the guardians of their medieval death cult, whether they are the frontline cowards or the dumb sheep herded in behind them. The Saudi princes look disdainfully down their noses, detached, as they play the money, oil and arms markets, put their sons through Yale and Cambridge and enjoy forbidden decadence shoulder to shoulder with the infidels. For mine, they all sin by their noise, by their silence and by their failure to sue for a peace they can finance thrice over.

The only one of them in my lifetime who had an appetite for peace was Anwar Sadat, he was especially impressive and he came close to achieving it but his own mob killed him for that very reason, 30 odd years ago. They have the Jews, the Christians, the West in the cross hairs, consistent with their procedures manual, and that is not ever going to change.

I believe it was kae who commented here in the past few days, accurately – there is no “moderate” muslim, there is only muslim.

I find no reason to like, trust or welcome any one of them.

On the evidence a man would be a fool to do otherwise.

  30. Oh come on

Good point. The child still has his/her head attached so it’s probably a fake. ISIS likes to show-off their victims sans cranium.

All I’m saying is that the left would love to play the “aaahh that wasn’t an image from the ISIS campaign in Iraq! You are totally discredited!!!!1!!1!” game. Unfortunately, it’s a game that they play quite well.

Yes but the child with the severed head aloft is an instantaneous image and there’s no denying its provenance

  32. Oh come on

Agree, Tinta. But that’s not the image above the fold. Images matter – and the left knows that.

Let’s just make sure our ‘i’s are dotted and our ‘t’s are crossed. Remember how rubbish we thought the “okay, so it’s fake but what’s scary is that we believed it could have been real” argument was every time the left trotted it out after they’d been had by another GWB hoax.

I posted doubts about the pic yesterday, JohnA. It appears strange to me that the child seems to be dressed for winter when it’s a stifling 45 to 5o degs in Iraq at the moment.

The photo is not recent. I saw it several months back but can’t recall where.

    It’s disgusting, regardless.

  34. Oh come on

This image, if authentic, is incredibly powerful. It deserves to resonate through the ages as a terrifying warning of government over-reach that’s more disturbing even than Orwell’s ‘jackboot on the human face’ line from 1984.

If it is authentic, let’s not allow its legitimacy to be undermined because it was erroneously attributed to the wrong theatre in the same war.

  35. Clam Chowdah

There is worse at the link I posted. These people are animals.

I won’t – Dear God – Hell is unleashed in the Middle East 170,000 Syrians are dead – 170,000 dead people ignored by a world media fixated on the Hamas PR exercises in Gaza – I am so afraid for what is to come

  40. Ros

At Christian Post there are some videos. The source for most of these videos is displayed on them. ME, Ahlul Bayt News Agency and Ugarit News. The first is of some women being raped. I thought I can cope. It is poorly taken, it is a city street, don’t know where, 2 screaming women on the ground, many men milling or attacking, and despite lack of detail it is clear what is happening. It is unfortunately the case for the apologists that the recognisable phrase being shouted is allahu akbar.

The posting from Christian Post rolls on. ABNA, the body of a young woman, hot pink pants. An animal it becomes clear, is trying to saw her head off with a knife. Whether lack of skill, or poor tools, he is struggling, so one of the several young men watching helps out by putting his foot on her body to keep it in a fixed position. He gets it off, and shouting with excitement he leaps back waving his trophy. The others, the decapitator is too flushed with pride to assist, then thrill themselves by having a prod of her body, then drag it into the large hole already prepared. 2 more blindfolded women led up. Because they are blindfolded a man has to hold them by the hand to lead them. Stood together shot , head deal again, then into the hole. It goes on.

I don’t care exactly when or exactly where these horrors happened, they happened and the sources are not Mossad or the CIA. To quibble about who the murderers are is ridiculous, as others suggest merely a tactic to distract from accepting that there is an extremely dangerous, brutal and out of control culture in the ME that we have to confront, for the victims, and for us.

Why do I mention Mossad and the CIA. Rather than deny the horrors, ME media turn it around. Its those damn Jews again.

“The video release of the appalling training session on “how to enjoy beheading procedure” comes amid growing reports about unimaginable levels of brutality and violence practiced by extremist terrorist groups, such as the ISIL, particularly in Syria and Iraq.

“According to an Al-Alam report on Sunday, in the video footage the Wahhabi preacher shamelessly misuses certain, out-of-context verses of Islam’s holy book, The Qur’an, to fabricate and invent meanings according to his own deviant interpretations, telling his trainee executioners that beheading of captives (such as the mostly civilians taken and brutally killed by ISIL terrorists in Iraq and Syria) should be performed “harshly, yet with pleasure!”

The Wahhabi preacher further emphasizes in the video piece that beheading a sheep is different from beheading a [human] captive and that the beheading of captives should not be done “indifferently” as in the sheep’s case, rather it should be conducted with harshness along with pleasure.

Such promotion of cruelty and violence and falsely linking it to divine and humane teachings of Islam leaves little doubt that these efforts of spreading cruelty among Muslims are part of the schemes developed by Mossad and CIA command centers, aiming to demonize Islam and promote Islamophobia across the globe by using extremist Moftis and preachers from Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries as pawns.

The development comes as the US is widely suspected of being behind the creation and promotion of such terrorist organizations as the Taliban, al-Qaeda and the ISIL. While proclaiming to oppose such group under various pretexts, Washington has in fact done very little to effectively contain and eliminate the notorious terror enterprises.

Additionally, it has maintained very close ties with Arab regimes that are widely suspected to sponsoring and funding the terrorist groups.”

    ABNA again.

I suppose it is possible to believe that despite all the reports of beheadings rapes concubines etc, and a mob that puts the videos of their murders out there with pride, this sod is just looking for his 15 seconds of fame. Or it is true, and to quibble whether they killed that little boy in Syria some time earlier, is to imply that his torture is diminished, and ISIS is not as bad as we think. What drives such thinking, like the idiot I heard on ABC yesterday, what is of primary importance is to stabilise Iraq, then we can get onto the threatened people there. Hagel? Can’t recall.

sabrina, you are directed to Mark Steyn for the most accessible western take on the matter. Several of his works are on online. The root cause of this ‘redirection’ of Islam, lets call it – appears to be Wahhabism, funded and promulgated by Saudi oil money, setting up huge networks in the west, into madrassas etc. as ros says. Well supported via PR, councils, etc. The whole box of dice to get the job done.

I came across the catholic site online while catching up on Smith’s travails with Kathy Jackson, was going to link to it here, then decided it is just too rugged for most readers. I am a worldly fellow have seen my share of ‘bad things’ and I recommend to quickly scan if you are well-prepared. Most are not. The nation with the largest Muslim population in the world has officially banned support for the terrorist group the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), which is responsible for mass killings of religious minorities in Iraq that has forced the U.S. government to respond with air strikes.

Indonesia, whose citizens comprise over 10 percent of the global Islamic population, recently announced the ISIS ban in response to ISIS recruiting efforts.

Coordinating Political, Legal and Security Affairs Minister Djoko Suyanto said in a statement that ISIS, also known as ISIL, posed a threat to the nation’s religious and cultural diversity.

“The government rejects and bans the teachings of ISIS […] from growing in Indonesia. It [ISIL] is not in line with state ideology, Pancasila, or the philosophy of kebhinekaan [diversity] under the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia,” said Suyanto.

Yuliasri Perdani and Ina Parlina of the Indonesian news publication The Jakarta Post noted that government officials recently met to discuss how to implement the said ban.

The Foreign Ministry, the Law and Human Rights Ministry, BIN and the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) will also work together to detect and prevent would-be jihadists from traveling to conflict areas, including the areas where ISIL is currently waging battle.”

“Swearing an oath and pledging allegiance to a foreign nation or part of a foreign nation could make an Indonesian lose his/her citizenship,” stated Saifuddin earlier this month.

  46. Ros

Supporters in the region, including those based in Jordan, Syria, and Saudi Arabia, are believed to have provided the bulk of past funding. Iran has also financed AQI, crossing sectarian lines, as Tehran saw an opportunity to challengethe U.S. military presence in the region, according to the U.S. Treasury and documents confiscated in 2006 from Iranian Revolutionary Guards operatives in northern Iraq. In early 2014, Iran offered to join the United States in offering aid to the Iraqi government to counter al-Qaeda gains in Anbar province.

The bulk of ISIS’s financing, experts say, comes from sources such as smuggling, extortion, and other crime. ISIS has relied in recent years on funding and manpower from internal recruits [PDF]. Even prior to ISIS’s takeover of Mosul, Iraq’s second-largest city, in June 2014, the group extorted taxes from businesses small and large, netting upwards of $8 million a month, according to some estimates.

I was going to respond to Sabrina about the oil money. Thanks Outsider.

To add – the pusillanimous POTUS failed to provide any leadership against the climate change fallacy. Everyone can see that his foreign policy abdication has left the world less safe than before 2008.

Consequently, the US has not exploited any of the vast North American oil shale reserves, and has therefore failed to achieve oil independence.

Had it done so, the US could have broken the power of the OPEC cartel, limited the flow of oil revenues to Iran, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere, and limited their capacity to fund these maniacs.

JC, Mosul temp can get low, even in summer, recent minimums being June 11C, July 17C, Aug 16C. By the light in the pic it is early morning.

You are right, one needs to be careful about ‘staged pics’ given what has come out of Gaza, but no-one ‘staged’ the pic of the girl with her throat cut so her blood could be collected in a bucket, and no-one could ‘stage’ the pic of the baby girl with her head cut off.

Even if these happened at another time they are still abhorrent, and if it wasn’t ISIS it also wasn’t the local christian youth group.

I would have no great problem in seeing a “wmd” used on a large group of this mob, they arent protected by any of the normal rules of war. 100 drowning in their own frothing lungs and another 2000 blinded and scarred would be a good start.

Islamists killing a woman by slitting her throat and capturing her blood in a bowl, holding her firm as her life literally drains from her neck. Such forms of execution are intended to intimidate others.

“moronic savages and their disgusting death cult”, and oh, the Po faced revulsion expressed by the various Cats regarding this picture; but nothing of the like for the disgusting death cult of abortion which claims a conservative, 80,000 innocent lives a year in this country. Wow, that’s nearly an MH17 per day if you include the murders that are hidden by euphemism.
If you want to take the high moral ground about an issue of human rights, here’s one for you. You are all blithely silent on the right to life issue and this makes all of your other wailings more than a little hollow because your outrage is just as selective as that of the people who you criticize for selective outrage.

Can some one shed light on who is funding these barbarians? The IS seem to be well resourced. Saudis?

Their resources are estimated at US $2 billion. About a quarter of that came from a Mosul bank, the rest likely from Saudi donors who want to see the Shia exterminated in the ME.

Pete of Freo, Grigory Potemkin, a long time Cat regular, has done some of the hardest hitting, most instantly effective, truth of abortion, work you will find on the net.

And sadly, yes, even some cats who claim to be opposed to ‘the worst of’ the abortion industry, ended up pleading for him to stop posting his links.

Others still maintain that when society doesn’t blink at ‘justifying’ abortion as ‘normal’ and ‘every woman’s right’; that when mass infanticide is simply called “late term abortion” and funded by ‘civilized’ Governments, then the horrors now happening, nodded at in this thread, are also to be expected to become ‘normal’.

We were and still are, hatefully ridiculed for caring to keep giving that warning.

  69. what Islamists do to kids

It adds a whole new dimension to the Benghazi incident. So an ambassador and a few others were killed and dragged through the streets. It was to do with smuggling weapons to what is now ISIS. Obama’s culpability in this has gone up by orders of magnitude.

ISIS should be given a new definition beyond that of a simple terrorist organisation, where mere membership qualifies for death on sight, to be thrown into a pit of pig offal. The message should be simple – go there and you will be committed to a fate worse than death. If you want to avoid being defiled by swine, be law-abiding, or else.

  70. srr

I’m finding it very hard to open, and keep open, any pages from any sources covering these reports -

A prominent Christian leader of the Chaldean community unveiled the “systematic beheading of children” and other horrendous crimes committed by ISIS. He said that the Sunni extremists are committing genocide against Christians in Iraq and with the aim to instill the Sharia Law as the law of the land.

In the interview with CNN’s Jonathan Mann, Chaldean-American businessman Mark Arabo said that the “world hasn’t seen an evil like this for generations.”

“There is a park in Mosul, where [ISIS] they actually beheaded children and put their heads on a stick and have them in the park,”
he explained. “More children are getting beheaded, mothers are getting raped and killed, and fathers are being hung.”

There is no moderate muslim. Yet the West is convulsed with this very point; in fact the whole discussion in the West is about how we can help islam stop a few, a minority from tainting the rest. Until this lie, that islam consists mainly of moderate, law-abiding people is defeated the West is fucked.

    This is a lie.

We survived the terrifying menace of the Papists in the 18th century; now they just post here and misattribute pictures on Catholic blogs. I think we’ll be fine for this one.

It is irrelevant. You can either wage war against 1.5 billion muslims plus every leftist on earth, or you can divide and conquer, by targeting the extremists, sending the message that such choices have bad outcomes. Defining islam and all of its adherents as the problem is mind-bogglingly stupid from a political viewpoint, never mind the moral issues.

  74. The picture is somewhat old, and taken in Yemen.

Thanks, ad, I hadn’t quite been able to decipher Aristogeiton’s obscure words which suggested that the picture “originally appeared online April 11, 2014 on the Facebook page of a person from Yemen. Numerous people on that page attest that the clothes the child is wearing are obviously Yemeni.”
For a moment or two there I thought that, perhaps, wicked people were threatening an innocent child and that such evil (wherever it might be) ought to be opposed by all decent people but, now that I’m led to believe that the picture is both somewhat old and taken in Yemen (a child’s paradise, I hear), I need no longer be concerned. Whew!

I am somewhat more minded to listen carefully to mates who watched this sort of barbarity in Angola, over their rifle sights, who do not deal with it along the lines of “I cannot bear to look” … “I am soooo conflicted” but who prefer the strong and able act dispassionately and decisively to improve the human condition. Some light reading: the ISIS playbook.

The problem moderate Muslim minorities in Western societies present is that they appear to have lost control of the narrative or agenda that defines for their young people what a faithful Muslim is – that control has passed to the ‘Islamists’ who have used historical grievances – real or imagined – and the internet to stoke the fires of hatred against the West. To a great extent this loss of control seems to come out of outright denial, for example the Islamic Council of Victoria saying the likes of Sharrouf do not represent Islam when quite clearly he does for a lot of their co-adherents, particularly among the young. ‘Radical’ Islam has been brewing for some time, certainly since the end of WWI with the consequent geo-political changes in the ME, but the last two generations have seen the progress of radicalisation increase, such that older generations do not understand and cannot positively influence the younger generation, which looks upon the Islam of their immigrant parents and grandparents as compromised, devoid of power and culturally humiliated. In short, moderate Islam in the West is the incubator for extremism; the Australian government worries that young Muslims travelling overseas will be radicalised, apparently in denial of the fact that they are already radicalised when they leave these shores and that is precisely why they are travelling overseas. Until we disabuse ourselves of some of our illusions about Islam which are born of the post-Enlightenment view that all religions are equal and essentially harmless delusions, we will not be ideologically prepared to counter the growing influence of radical Islam in the world.

  103. .

In short, moderate Islam in the West is the incubator for extremism

I have no problem accepting that most Muslims are literally backwards, but the above statement is false.

  104. Roger

  105. thefrollickingmole

Heres my 2 bob on extremism.

There can be no critical mass of extremism until there is enough people to start segregating and monitoring each other.

Islam doesnt repect the boundary between the public and private sphere much, even in a household you need to keep an eye on each other.
Then throw in a few radicals, who begin to “call out” others as backsliders or not sufficiently devout, this legitimises treating them badly by the rest of the community and. more importantly, their own family members.
We saw it a lot in detention, ladies walking round bareheaded, then we got a Wahabi cleric (who was fleeing Saudi Arabia because he was too hardline) and the ladies were back in freedom sacks and the attendance at the mousqe doubled, with people going and checking why others werent turning up.

Comparing that to the Islam of Christmas Islanders and I found them just as sincere, but without the us vs them of the arabic version.

Islam, to become extreme, has to watch its own adherents and “mark” the ones who arent devout enough to keep the rest in line.

  106. rickw

In short, moderate Islam in the West is the incubator for extremism

I have no problem accepting that most Muslims are literally backwards, but the above statement is false.

Where the heck did all the Muslim Extremists in The West come from then?

I have not seen a single organization, religious or otherwise that will not innately and automatically ostracize and then eject any individual who consistently displays values that are at odds with the values of the group.

The “Moderate Muslims” DO NOT find the values of the extremists intolerable, they merely consider them to be on the fringe, and when they strike, they cheer from the sidelines. Like all the Moderate Muslim taxi drivers at Melbourne Airport cheering and congratulating each others after 911.

  107. Nanuestalker

There can be no critical mass of extremism until there is enough people to start segregating and monitoring each other.

Exactly; a study of how islam subverts the social structure of its host is here; the subversion is entirely related to population; for instance:

Islam’s Effect On Society At 2%-5%

At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:

    .
Germany — Muslim 3.7% (now 5.4% since this report was made)
United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7% (now 3.3% since this report was made)
    Spain — Muslim 4%
    Thailand — Muslim 4.6%

Islam’s Effect On Society At 20%-39%

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

    Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%
    Suriname — Muslim 19.6%
    Thailand — Muslim 35%
    Togo — Muslim 20%

Islam’s Effect On Society At 40%-60%

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, non-stop church destruction, Boko Haram, etc., such as in:

    Albania — Muslim 38.8%-85%
    Bosnia — Muslim 40%
    Chad — Muslim 53.1%
    Guinea Bissau — Muslim 50%
    Ivory Coast — Muslim 40%
    Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%
    Nigeria – Muslim 50%

    Islam is the perfect parasite.

Thank you Rabz#1415162, posted on August 13, 2014 at 9:23 am, for your well thought out and highly intelligent response to my suggestion that contributors to this forum may want to recalibrate their passions around the obvious position that there is little difference between the abhorrence supposedly being contemplated in the picture and the abhorrence which occurs in abortuaries in Australia about 300 times daily; the only differences being location, chronology and method.
Having been a reader of this blog for about two years, I have seen very little regarding abortion, indeed a search through the archives doesn’t pull out that much on the subject, but this is hardly the point.
Why would you be outraged about horrible goings-on in Iraq and not be similarly outraged against similar horrors in your own country? Splattered human remains are equally horrible in the sands of the Levant as they are in a stainless-steel bucket, and the crime of the murder is equally horrid. Would the abortionists have to impale the heads of their victims on spikes along the hospital walls for you to get up and publicly beat your chest about the atrocity?
The law which we have inherited from the British is based upon two foundations; the sanctity of life and the concomitant sanctity of private property, the so-called Rule of Law which grew from this foundation is what helped to build the great cultural edifice known as “The West”. You might be smart enough to know that this is why the so-called Left has been so relentlessly attacking these two propositions. Unless you are prepared to stand up for the sanctity of life everywhere, publicly getting your tits in a lather about a pack of barbarians topping people in the desert remains exactly what it seems; selective moral outrage, or, dare I say, talking out of your arse.

” Having been a reader of this blog for about two years, I have seen very little regarding abortion, indeed a search through the archives doesn’t pull out that much on the subject, but this is hardly the point.

You haven’t tried very hard Pete of Freo”

I made a quick call to Attorney General Brandis’ people and they advise you’ve been here 196 times Pete, mate.

They did a zoom-in on a selection of their images of you at the keyboard, they advised the prescription code on your glasses is a bit dated and that you need to visit Specsavers.

If the photo is genuine it is the same as the one posted of decapitated heads on the fence; how do you feel about this being funded indirectly by Centrelink as well the Sunnii sources?

IIRC, this image was circulating last year, unfortunately I can’t remember when I saw it, but it did spark outrage at the time. I am fairly certain it was published in an Australian newspaper (online version?), it is not from the current batch of atrocities but stems from the same general belief system…..

Times like this I wish two things, 1) I had a better memory & 2) I was more adept at finding things online

wreckage: I am willing to accept that moderate Islam is not an incubator for extremist Islam. But if not, what is the explanation for well-off, well-educated, second generation English speakers from moderate families signing up with radicals?

Some insights in the opinion piece in today’s Oz http://www.theaustralian.com.au/opinion/muslim-communities-must-face-up-to-bad-apples/story-e6frg6zo-1227023500827

Thanks Rudiau, There was another pic of a little girl supposedly before and after, but I could see the hair was different, wavy in one, curly and no fringe in the other. The pic of the after was I think shrapnel damage rather than what was stated in the pic, sad. The reality was awful enough.
