Many will say this is pie in the sky, and they may well be right.

    You think?

  2. Infidel Tiger

Call me old fashioned, but if I want to see women fight I’ll go to a shoe sale

We need to help change their religious teaching.

With legal force, strongly applied. No Kumbyah, just some strong political leadership about the limits of Western tolerance to barbarism and inhumanity expressed in a religion that must change itself.

No excuses; no victims. Islam must work on itself, with pressure from us. Not niceness; pressure.

  4. Infidel Tiger

What I want to know is who comes up with these lame responses.

    Lefties and women.

  5. Arky

Women, being the far more violent and merciless sex should be discouraged from fighting or using bad language.
I once saw a young man beaten up by a girl.
She had him by the hair and was kneeing him repeatedly in the face.
The aftermath of a girl-fight always sees chunks of hair with scalp attatched left on the floor.
If for no other reason than the aesthetics of it, women should never be allowed to act like that.

  6. Geriatric Mayfly

Oddly enough Mick of GC ,those “heavy torches” you mention, used to be called kaffir bashers. MAG make some corkers.

  8. Leigh Lowe

Who thinks: “Dozens of people have been slaughtered in the streets. I know- lets light up the opera house. Lets paint facebook pages. Lets have a hashtag”.
It is completely meaningless, pointless, futile, fucktarded uselessness.

My initial thought was “futile but harmless” but I actually don’t think these gestures are harmless.
They are normally accompanied by lots of “peace, luuurv and understanding” platitudes and, particularly in FaceBook world, any suggestion of swift and proportionate justice is dismissed as extremism.
Underneath the sugar coating there is a very large “STFU you Islamophobe!”

Yes indeed. No negotiations. To make oneself powerless is to invite attack, as silly old Lear learned too late.

    You are correct.
It is a huge diversion from real debate or action.

  11. Tom

    Blot:

Sack the Mufti now. No, the Paris massacre wasn’t the fault of the West
The statement is a disgrace. More, it is dangerous.
According to the Mufti and his imams, the “causative events” in Paris have nothing to do with the Koran. They have nothing to do even with interpretations of the Koran.
The Islamic State is not even mentioned. In fact, there is no mention of Muslim agency in the slaughter whatsoever.
Thee is only that lethal victimology – an accusation that the horrors unleashed in Paris was driven by the cruelty the West inflicts on Muslims.
And so we must abandon the Jews of Israel, and – it seems – stop fighting the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq. We must drop our security guard. We must stop being suspicious of the faith fallowed by the these terrorists and so many others. We must blame ourselves, and not them.
Sack the Mufti now. Sack the national council of imams. Those who hope for our Muslim leaders to take responsibility for reforming their faith are hoping in vain.
The Prime Minister must address this scandalous response.

  12. johanna

    Correct, LL.

I have NBC on TV atm (gotta keep up with what the enemy is doing) and they have gone full compassionista with crap like American kids colouring in (I kid you not) to show their solidarity with those murdered and injured in Paris.

Kids colouring in. That’ll teach ’em not to cross us.

No wonder the US is going to hell in a handbasket.

Also having run many dissection lessons over more than a decade, I can assure you most girls would gaily carve you up, still alive, with a scalpel, for the pure pleasure of it.
Whereas, the boys, after the novelty wears off, simply want to see how the beast is structured.

  14. Baldrick

No wonder France has a problem. The anti-protestors far outweigh the protesters, shouting “Out with the fascists” and booing the call to deport Islamists.

In the wake of the Islamist terror attacks in Paris, one group of Frenchmen took to the streets demanding the expulsion of Islamists from the country. Video.

The French deserve what they get.

    I agree.
I am arguing for some real change, here, now, in Australia. The B-B-Q talk not the luvvie stuff.

The Mufti’s statement in full is here.

*Unfortunately, it’s in jpeg format and not cut-and-pasteable.

Ah yes. The sheer pleasure of dissecting dogfish and frogs. Well remembered; salivating now. 🙂

  18. Farmer Gez

Comforting to hear so many Indian origin callers to talkback radio confirming their loyalty to this country and rejection of religious and cultural separatism….and their food is delicious!

  19. Zippy The Younger

I have been watching the russian/SAA progress on http://mideast.liveuamap.com/, I don’t know how accurate these strategic maps are but it looks like the so called moderates are slowly being surrounded at which point the supply lines will be cut off and they will in deep shit. It is also obvious the supply lines must come from turkey or from ISIS.

  20. Zippy The Younger

It is also obvious from the battle maps, the supply lines for ISIS can only come from Turkey, Jordan or Saudi Arabia.

From Geriatric Mayfly at 10:42 am:

“Oddly enough Mick of GC, those “heavy torches” you mention, used to be called kaffir bashers. MAG make some corkers.”

    Well I didn’t know that.

I have one under the seat in a works ute because they are robust enough to roll around there without impairing their function. A younger mate of some ability found his useful during night works in Surfers a year ago when a skinny young fella juiced up on synthetic drugs (and therefore super human) attacked him out of the blue.

Notwithstanding his long service in the ADF and a couple of trips to Afghanistan as a senior NCO he found the only thing that saved him was to continuously crack the loon over his scone with it until he was unconscious – blood all over the shop and busted face bones yet the other bloke never felt a thing! He did cop some for his corner, and a consequential order for reparations which he saw not a cent of.

  22. johanna

Farmer Gez, Hindus, Sikhs, Zoroastrians etc from the sub-continent have no illusions about militant Muslims – they have lived it. They generally make fine citizens, having a strong work ethic and no desire whatsoever to live in a country whose politics is dominated by religious strife.

  23. Geriatric Mayfly

The Mufti is not the only one. Fresh from The Oz.
Defence Minister Marise Payne, believes defeating IS is more than just a military operation in the Middle East.
She wants Governments to try and win hearts and minds.
Sen. Brandis chimes in, The worst thing we can do is alienate the Muslim community.
Have not a large number opted for self alienation, one might ask.

  25. Tom

The FMIC — Their ABC, ShakeMyHamas and the Graniaud — has disappeared the outrage about the Mufti’s victim-blaming statement until their politburos have had a chance to construct a way of reporting it that doesn’t violate the leftist muzzie victim narrative. This is a tough one. I’m guessing they’ll decide it’s just easier not to report the story at all.

  26. Geriatric Mayfly

In these strange days I’m reminded of something said by Abraham Lincoln, long before he was anybody.

At what point shall we expect the approach of danger? By what means shall we fortify against it?– Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never!–All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years.
At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.

I see above the Federal Cabinet is doing a good enough job of taqqiya on his behalf already, they’re all in it together – ironed out the wrinkles when the Lindt Cafe unfortunate event incident disruption irritation was on and got it down pat it in the couple of days after Harold Cheng gave his life for their common cause. They are cruising now.

Speaking from this lowly populated backwater of the planet with an agrarian economy, methinks our politician’s opinions of the distant Paris event count for nought.

We are not going solve the problems of the French. I have some faith that the French will ameliorate the current domestic threat. If history is a guide, the temporary solution will be brutal.

Brandis has clearly decided on an approach that avoids offending any of the poisonous within the pit of vipers. The parents of Brandis and his colleagues, clearly, failed to read the Aesop fable of the scorpion and the frog to their children.
Our PM seems to think that more and larger viper pits is the solution the problem.

This is true. The last Mufti and the Keysar were also accurate spokesmen for Islam.

This is why Dr Rifi is far more popular among politicians and the press. He tells them what they want to hear. It is also what makes him more dangerous because he can be used as propaganda to show how peaceful and moderate Islam is.

  57. C.L.

What would we do without Paul Kelly?

Notafan’s link led to Navy desecrates Australian War Memorial, Vice Admiral Tim Barrett AO SCS RAN, Chief of the Royal Australian Navy used the sanctity of the Australian War Memorial in Canberra for a politically correct stunt.

“In his opening, VADM Barrett said, I commence my address in this place of remembrance by paying tribute to all those Muslims who lost their lives in war in service of Australia and whose names are recorded here in the cloisters of the memorial.
However, That Roll of Honour in the Cloisters lists the names of more than 102,000 Australians who gave their lives in war and other operations over more than a century and their religions were predominately Protestant, Catholic, Presbyterians and Methodists—only a very few were Muslims. Nevertheless, the 102,000 were not acknowledged in the Navy Chief’s “remembrance.”
The entire ADF has fewer than 100 serving Muslims (one eighth of one percent) among the 78,000 others of varying faiths. With fewer than 20 Muslims serving in the navy, normal logic would suggest any such minority should fit the navy, not the reverse—unless bias exists in senior ranks!
In VADM Barrett’s cloying scramble to placate this minority he announced:
I am delighted to be able to host this Inaugural Navy coordinated Iftar. I have fasted today in solidarity with you all, to properly immerse myself in the experience and purpose of Ramadan and to gain an appreciation of the challenges and rewards Muslims experience during this important month in the Islamic calendar.
For the majority of Australians, Iftar is explained:
Iftar (Arabic: if??r ‘breakfast’) is the evening meal when Muslims end their daily Ramadan fast at sunset. For Sunnis, the fast can be broken at the time of the call to prayer for the evening prayer; for Shias, it is only after the evening prayer.”

Commenters very unhappy. Australian Defence Forces now also definitely nuts.

That’s exactly the same as what Hillary Clinton said to try to explain her regime’s serial failures in foreign policy.

For American political tragics, I highly recommend the long, but comprehensive, summary here of the latest Democratic candidates’ debate.

Hillary was attacked from the Left, always a joy to watch. But, she was also attacked for her utterly inept foreign policy, and even the lefties seemed to have a better grasp of the issues.

    It is no different here.

Haven’t you noticed that every time we have a Reclaim Rally here, that all our MSM (and particularly Fairfax), go flat out supporting The Fascists and Socialists like Antifa (yeah, the idiots think if they call themselves anti-fascist that no one will recognise the violent, mask wearing, female and elderly citizen assaulting thugs for what they are; Violent Fascists), and Yarra Council Elected Councilor and Socialist Party Member, Stephan Jolly (who also calls in his ‘Construction Union’ mates for a bit of ‘bodily support’), while smearing and libelling honest Aussies.

Concerned Australians gather, boldly, publicly, to speak the truth of the situation, and the Pro-Islam, Anti-Christendom Thugs rush is and do violence against them.

Them ‘our’ MSM runs stories about speaking causing violence, and so that means people must stay away from the speakers, or be equally to blame for violence.

Really, it’s all so old hat, that anyone still lets the lying liars that ‘Social’ and MSM are, manipulate their thoughts and behaviour the way they do, yes, We Deserve What Is Coming.

C.L., the BlackLivesMatter movement is furious about Paris taking away from their media profile:

Resentful black activists and their comrades started a backlash against the huge public sympathy for the Parisian victims of the Islamist terror war. On Sunday, they used Twitter’s hashtag #FuckParis to reveal their emotional reaction to their loss of attention.

Breitbart News’ Milo Yiannopoulos reported, the social media backlash began almost immediately by Black Lives Matters activists upset about how the historic terror attack by ISIS that left over 120 dead had stolen the media spotlight overnight on Friday.

A small sampling of the tweets show no sympathy towards the killed and wounded in Paris. Instead, the left-wing activists described the slaughter in France as retribution for the Western colionialist, imperialist, racist, and white culture. The tweets cited included France’s long history with Haiti and Africa, as well as France’s popular ban on Muslim’s Afghan-style face-covering ‘niqab’ cloaks.

The #FuckParis hashtag also was retweeted by radicals in both America and Europe who supported the Islamist attack and open borders for refugees.

Given the Paris demographic, I doubt that everyone who was killed or injured was white.

But more importantly, it highlights how these subversives are all in competition for space in the MSM, complete with sympathetic commentary.

    1. The abortion comparison is apt as both are State sanctioned murder. Each values 1 life above another. I am saying this principle is wrong.

    2. I don’t value the life of the person trying to kill me in a positive way. Rather, it is not for me to do anything but defend myself and ask the State to imprison that person. Then once their life becomes extinguished through natural causes, they can answer to God (whoever). But I do not want to be part of a State that murders life, even if so-called legally. Such a law is abhorrent.

    3. How many people must be wrongly convicted and put to death before you might reconsider the death penalty? The same State we regularly mock for its ineptness now has your blessing to kill criminals.

    4. The terrorists want death – a death penalty is no deterrent. Nor is it punishment given they embrace death. Nor is it protecting others given it will incite circle retribution ad infinitum.

None of the above applies to a battlefield or self defence scenario.

97% of climate scientists believe that humans are causing global warming
2% of Moslems in Australia offer no cause for alarm and we should import more
1% of the greedy rich bastards are manipulating everything

100% of the people who believe these three things are certifiably insane.

Interesting isn’t it. The French government was totally against the US responding militarily after 911 and actively tried to sabatage the American vote at the UN.

Three days after the Paris attacks the frogs are bombing ISIS strongholds , with no UN authority.

    How the fucking worm turns.

    Jonathan Green @GreenJ
Surely the only way through this is to treat IS as a symptom, not the disease. To stop the war, we need to stop the war

Fuck me; the guy is a total retard. That’s right, ISIS are just gunna put their guns down and take up basketweaving (hey, perhaps they could get a job at a taxfunded broadcaster?). In 1096 Europe finally responded to decades of abuse and war from Islam. In fact 90% of Europe had been lost by the time they decided to fight back.

Is history going to repeat itself?

Has anyone blamed this shit on global warming yet?

I’d sooner sodomise myself with a rusty dildo scavenged from a frightbat’s recycle bin than watch Q&A tonight.

I’m sure this lady could fix you up with something more top shelf:

Now it seems the esteemed 2007 Aussie of the Year – mammalogist, palaeontologist, environmentalist and climate-change activist Tim Flannery – shares a little more than that with stablemate Kate Holden, the acclaimed author and former heroin-addicted prostitute who wrote about her life in her book, In My Skin.

Although they seem to be at opposite ends of the publishing spectrum (she writes about pink dildos, he charts the history of life on our planet), the Melbourne-based couple are, we hear, dating and were spotted at a paper stall earlier in the year but have not been public since.

You can see how a fan of pink dildos would date Tim Flannery. That’s a no brainer.

I didn’t realise just what a massive wanker Brandis is.

The SMH did an interview with him in 2013.

    Vomit.

But check out this photo of Brandis and Abbott in 1983. And now it all becomes clear. I think it was originally titled: “Abbott about to shove Brandis into a locker” or something, seriously:

“I doubt we would have even thought of him [Abbott] because, basically, he was jock,” says Brandis.

That’s all anybody needs to know about modern Liberal party politics. Loser “libertarian” “liberal” “moderate” (all at once?) nerdo’s who joined the Young Liberals at 16 vs the “jocks” and *spit* the “right wingers” as Brandis calls the party base.

    Oh and:

In the early 1980s, Brandis helped found a forum of party moderates that he and Tom Harley jokingly dubbed “The Black Hand”. The group, including Joe Hockey and Malcolm Turnbull, still meet for dinner ahead of party conferences

Quite the little loser in-group they’ve got there.

    Just for lols:

“There is the famous anecdote of George travelling to Roma (Brisbane) with Peter Costello, going into the pub and ordering a Campari and soda and being told, ‘We don’t have any Campari and, hang on, we don’t have any soda.’?”

    And finally, on Brandis’s loyalty:

“No mate would have treated Brett the way that George treated Brett, who had been very loyal to him.”

    Nerds are often ruthless backstabbers.

It is my sincere belief that a huge delegation of prominent left wing thinkers and politicians should sent to negotiate peace terms with ISIS.

Quite so, IT. The ‘tards are going to Paris anyway for the billion-dollar climate bonfire. Why not have a planeload of frightbats led by Catherine Deveny and Vanessa Badham (because jihadis love tucking into fat white chicks) stop off in Raqqah to show they’re not afraid of all those Frog bombs and achieve world peace by convincing their ISIS brothers to lay down their arms in return for carbon credits?

  171. Zulu Kilo Two Alpha

It is my sincere belief that a huge delegation of prominent left wing thinkers and politicians should sent to negotiate peace terms with ISIS.

The more the merrier. We should just keep sending them until peace breaks out.

I’d suggest “oh come on” from the Cat could start negotiations with the Australian followers of the religion –

(From memory – “Sorry, Australian citizenship? You had Australian citizenship – it’s a privilege you chose to abuse. Yes, this is a bayonet. No, you won’t be going to Europe – you’ll be put ashore in Somalia. The dull roar in the distance you hear in the distance is your mosque being bulldozed. The Grand Mufti? Sorry, he was on the last boat.)

I gotta say, Western gals are really sacred with what happened in Paris, I reckon.

Saturday morning our time my kid was on Skype crying because of what occurred… Weeping because of the terrible carnage.

It seems the shock is that they attacked a hipster music venue filled with, like, dudes who stand in, like, total solidarity with campaigns such as BDS.
    Getting the message yet?

The well known wankster Bono weighs in:

“Our first thoughts at this point are with the Eagles of Death Metal fans,” Bono said. “If you think about it, the majority of victims last night are music fans. This is the first direct hit on music that we’ve had in this so-called War on Terror, or whatever it’s called. It’s very upsetting.”

In the unlikely event that Bono had any “thoughts” at all, WTF does this mean? A “direct hit on music” (huh?)

How about that this joint is J*wish owned and has previously been targeted for that reason?

Bono was last seen channeling money to Third World kleptocrats because he “cares.”

  173. calli

Green’s super power is “cultured reason”. He can stand before a firing Kalashnikov, put up his palm in the “stop” position, and the whirling bullet will drop mid-flight.

I would pay folding money to watch.

Don’t forget, when the Gipper sent F-111s from Britain to bomb Gadafi, the frogs refused fly-over rights.

France disapproves Churchill’s line about appeasement and hoping the crocodile eats you last. In this case, the crocodile chomped on Paris first.

No worm has turned with the French. It is always about self interest.
Oil interests in Iraq, so no support for action.
Political interest at stake after the terror attack so it’s bombs away.
    The French are very predictable.

Kate Ellis – Shadow Minister for Education and Early Childhood
Nick Xenophon – South Australia Independent Senator
Andrew MacLeod – Former UN Official
Holly Ransom – Entrepreneur and Youth Advocate”

I myself look forward to listening to Kate Ellis ‘cos she is sooooo intelligent. I remember her maiden speech to Parliament, the best composition by a 14 year old about her lovely trip to the zoo that one can imagine. One imagines she is starting to chub right up, sitting on her clacker all day long doing nothing, as she gets near 40.

So Chris Mitchell is gone from the Oz.

It will take a lot to get me to take up my subscription again but that is a good start.

Turnbull is an obvious leftist and they cheered his coup.

The Australian exists as a right of centre loss leader, if it starts cheering for Leftists to take over our only major centre right party what is the point of supporting it?

  198. Ros

Chris Mitchell gone. Yea. I would never have forgiven him for his those who objected to the Turnbull coup were old , poorer, poorly educated and definitely not professionals or business persons, hence irrelevant.

ZK2A, while I was working in a sleepy little NSW opal mining town by the name of Wh-te Cl-ffs, a certain male was paying far too much attention to the local kiddies. He was told to be out of town by sundown or he’d stay there forever…
Here’s a shot of the locality. No, it’s not the Somme 1917. He’d never be found.
