Dealing with fake news

First, for your holiday pleasure, Stefan Molyneux interviews Paul Joseph Watson. Two of the greats in breaking down the MSM monopoly on the news.

But the MSM has retains an astonishing level of power in spite of the fact that everyone on our side will tell you that the are operatives of the left and cannot be trusted. That anyone takes the Russia hacked the election seriously does truly make me see how Donald Trump’s presidency will be battered by one stupid meme after another. These people must think conservatives, or the right in general with nitwits like Paul Ryan to the front, are ridiculous. Putin certainly thinks they’re idiots. From Drudge:

Which comes along with these:

Take it seriously and there will be another scandal along just as stupid at the next turn of the news cycle. It really is bizarre, but it also makes me think that no matter what, we are going to lose because so many on our side have no idea of what they are up against or how to fight for keeps. But with Watson and Molyneux on the beat, and many others like them, there is still hope.

IOWAHAWK ADD-ON: Merely to add to the fun: Like a boss! Iowahawk expertly dismantles media’s ‘election hacking’ B.S..

The left desperately wants a reason other than their own incompetence for Hillary’s loss. The fact of the matter is that there is none. Dreadful and disastrous policies embedded within an even worse candidate is the only explanation. Not to mention how excellent Trump was in reinventing the rules of how to campaign.

  1. Cut off all funding for leftoids in government and attack any source of private income, they will disappear up their own clackers. Go after the the big billionaires like Soros and put them in jail, they must have broken dozens of laws. Russia has an arrest warrant for Soros. Hand him over.

  2. Andrew M.

I’ve said it before; Even if it were true that the Russians hacked the DNC and Clinton emails, it is still damning for the American MSM that the public had to wait for foreign intelligence cyberwarriors to perform the government oversight and accountability role that the MSM should have been doing all along.

  3. Dr Fred Lenin

Zippy totally agree ,how soros has got away with his nonsense over the years proves politicians can be easily boughtb. He learned this with his father. a lapsed jew named Schwartz who helped the Nazis loot the posessions of the 400,00 odd Hungarian jews sent +to Auschwitz and the gas chambers .he was a teenager and would have been aware of the situation ,being young is I suppose why the Hungarians havent charged him . He keeps true to form however first supporting the Nazi socialists ,and now the u.n.communist elitists Has a fondness for fascism does Schwartz ,his jewish name . Trump should hand him over to the Russians he will have a fair trial be found guilty and end his days in Strict Regime .prison in Siberia . Now thatb would be True Justice

Assange must be bemused by all of this since he said day minus one it was a leak from an insider.

WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange promises “significant” leak on U.S. election, Google (CBS 4 Oct)

WikiLeaks figure says ‘disgusted’ Democrat leaked Clinton campaign emails (Wash Times 14 Dec)

Now tell me again, Mr Obama, about all these nefarious Russian hackers. LOL.

In the interest of safe workplaces, safe employment and health, daily drug tests for their ABC employees now.

Good enough for minesites, good enough for their ABC.

Let us know who is regularly dealing with organised criminals.

Ever wonder why their ABC never mentions the word Mafia?.

Can’t offend the goose that hands out the golden cocaine.

    Vladimir Putin:

“The diplomats who are returning to Russia will spend the New Year’s holidays with their families and friends. We will not create any problems for US diplomats. We will not expel anyone. We will not prevent their families and children from using their traditional leisure sites during the New Year’s holidays. Moreover, I invite all children of US diplomats accredited in Russia to the New Year and Christmas children’s parties in the Kremlin.”

It is regrettable that the Obama Administration is ending its term in this manner. Nevertheless, I offer my New Year greetings to President Obama and his family.

My season’s greetings also to President-elect Donald Trump and the American people.

I wish all of you happiness and prosperity.”

The drongo gets all uppity and what does Putin do? Invite the local US children around for a party! I love it, he certainly is motoring along easily, at the top of his game.

The magic negro hitches up his mom jeans, blunders about bowling rubbish and Vladimir edges him over slips, puts him away through point, followed by one through the covers, a straight drive, an on drive and over the fence behind square, effortlessly.

John Kennedy could waltz Nikita Khrushchev around as deftly as this, and Ronald Reagan did the same with Yuri Andropov, Gromyko and Gorbachev. I cannot recall a Russian leader playing a US President so comfortably, not even close.

A dying monster is still dangerous for lashing out in its final moments likewise the MSM will not go down easily, they will cause an awful lot of damage before they are done.

Prediction: St Barack the Blessed of Nairobi to be annoited “Emeritus President” in his new shadow White a house in DC. His shadow Cabinet will have all the implied authority. Picture GetUp, but run by an actual POTUS! Soros (who is NOT wanted in Russia) will shovel Illinois into him. As will every corrupt Big Wind “entrepreneur ” (sic).

Obama was never a politician, he just plays one with the media’s help. The only talent he has is to look good in a suit and should have been a runway model. Anyone remember those photos in Germany in 2008 where he had his jacket over his shoulder in a classic male model pose.

He is not even good enough to be an actor, he’s range is very limited, even his speeches delivery is stilted.

Obummer flew over to the UK before the Brexit referendum, stood shoulder to shoulder with PM David Cameron, looked straight down the camera and told the British people that if you vote to get out of the EU then Britain will go to the back of the queue when it comes to trade deals with the United States. Obama is an interfering f__king hypocrite.

  12. Tom

Thanks for posting the Molyneaux-Watson vid, Steve — gave me an excuse to watch it again.

It’s still astonishing to me that, right at the moment of the greatest commercial and technological disruption in its history, the mainstream news media chose to put a gun in its mouth and blow its own fucking head off. The MSM in the past decade has done exactly the opposite of what was required to survive.

All because 80% of MSM journalists are the stupidest people ever born and don’t deserve a job. Natural selection the hard way.

I watched Bill Clinton, as accomplished a public speaker as I have seen, speak to reporters at sunrise about six hours after the death cultists flew the first plane into the World Trade Centre. He spoke ably, clearly, simply, superbly. One would have assumed he had spent the night being briefed by the experts and then by his speechwriter, but he hadn’t. He was in the car park of a resort in Port Douglas QLD, attending a golf day.

That other goon could not have done it. He is inept, absent aptitude, not real intelligent and near inarticulate when questioned. He has little capacity to understand the subject for a start and none of the discipline necessary to order his thoughts, to stay on track and to hit the target he set out to pursue.

The likes of Clinton, Gough Whitlam, Wran, Hawke and John Howard spoke without notes and could field questions for an hour afterwards with ease. This palooka’s got nothing.

  14. Mick Gold Coast QLD

    Ooops, my mistake:

“and near inarticulate and stumbling when questioned.”

  15. JC

It’s amusing when people bring up Clinton as some naturally gifted orator. In the 8 years of his presidency the lightweight’s only utterances to recall were

    1. “The era of big government is over”, which was when he acceded his job to the GOP Congress

    2. “I did not have sex with that woman” (paraphrase).

Mom, don’t hide your intellectual lightness, embrace it.

  16. pbw

Even Rolling Stone is backing away from the “Russian hacking” story, with only a bit of pro forma abuse of Putin and Trump thrown in at the end.

And speaking of great twitter responses to the Yogi Grizzly fiasco, this tweet.

The self-flagellation in all this is amazing. The Dems are the technohipsters, the progs and the beautiful clever clogs cf the inbred illiterates among the deplorables and the trogs. Just who was ‘hacked’, you PHD-bearing numbnutz??!

    Nice tweet from DJT:

Perhaps, however Trump only has to deliver on his promise of jobs, low income tax and security to mobilise ‘our side’ to get us ahead and winning. When the swampies find other ways to complain while enjoying these basic benefits, they will further alienate themselves and our movement will grow.

What The Russian Hacking Report DOESN’T Say

Today, the Department of Homeland Security and FBI released a report alleging Russian hacking.

The report itself is only five and a half pages long in large print (with another 7 pages for future security recommendations).

It’s important to note what the report does NOT say …

It does NOT allege any of the following:

It doesn’t claim that it’s accurate. Instead, the report starts with a disclaimer, and uses the same type of weasel words – “as is”, “does not provide any warranties of any kind regarding any information” – that someone selling a lemon uses when he doesn’t want to talk about the fact that the blasted thing won’t run and doesn’t want to get sued for intentional misrepresentation or wilful concealment:

It doesn’t mention Wikileaks … not even once. In other words, the report does not allege that the Russians gave any Democratic Party or Podesta emails to Wikileaks

It doesn’t raise the fact that recent intelligence service allegations that Russia hacked the NSA and Germany turned out to be false

It doesn’t address the fact that Russia is too sophisticated to have used widely- known hacking methods (and wouldn’t have prominently paid tribute to a famous Russian intelligence officer within the hacking code), and that anyone could have copied these methods and names

It doesn’t address the fact that top NSA whistleblowers say that the NSA possesses records showing exactly how the emails went from the Democratic Party to Wikileaks, as it tracks all electronic communications in the U.S.

It doesn’t address the fact that top former NSA and CIA officials (and Wikileaks) claim that these were not hacks at all … but rather leaks by American insiders

It doesn’t address American intelligence services’ less-than-stellar history of truthfulness, and the fact that they routinely skew intelligence to justify preordained policy outcomes

It doesn’t address the fact that – according to the Los Angeles Times – the U.S. interfered in foreign elections 81 times between 1946 and 2000 … compared to only 36 times by the Ruskies

It doesn’t address the fact that most Americans aren’t buying the whole claim that the Russians hacked our election

In other words, the report really doesn’t say much of anything …

Obama has gone mad! – 21 days to go, insults Russia, betrays Israel, gets frozen out of Syrian talks, is humiliated by Russia’s non-response to his sanctions, frees felons – time for the men in white coats.

Are you sure he even has that?

I was thinking of adapting the old description of Mr Astaire: “Can’t talk, can’t act, can’t even dance”.
