Dr Samantha Crompvoets, a consultant to the defence department.

Have a look at this bint; straight out of the school of hard knocks and dildos in Newtown and she’s opining on the guys fighting the Taliban who would cut of her tits and crap in them. And this cross eyed arsehole campbell currently leading the ADF needs to be watched carefully.

I’ve been predicting for at least five years that the SAS would be the next – and ultimate – target of the gay/feminist destroyers embedded in the ADF.

The report which has been seen by Fairfax Media also describes “enormous and difficult challenges” facing the Australian government to confront conduct that goes “well beyond blowing off steam” and involves “problems deeply embedded in the culture” of the elite taskforce at the spearhead of Australia’s mission in Afghanistan.

Defence Minister Marise Payne has been briefed on the report’s contents.

Dr Samantha Crompvoets, who must be screwing someone in the ADF chain of command given her raking in the consultancy dollars over the years is shocked, shcoked I tell you:

The Crompvoets inquiry acknowledges the impressive capability of the special forces to conduct sensitive and dangerous operations, but contrasts the image of the special forces portrayed to the Australian public with a darker, internal perspective that includes “unverifiable accounts of extremely serious breaches of accountability and trust” on overseas operations and within Australia.

“Some of these related to policy, process and governance failure – like loss of weapons, unacceptable WHS [Workplace Health and Safety] practices, poor audit results, injudicious and wasteful practices in resources management, less than transparent or compliant acquisition practices,” the report says.

This fuckwit thinks a war zone in a failed state neanderthal zone like Afghanistan is the Canberra public service (well maybe – given the wasteful practices and pilfering of the APS)

“Even more concerning were allusions to behaviour and practices involving abuse of drugs and alcohol, domestic violence, unsanctioned and illegal application of violence on operations … and the perception of a complete lack of accountability at times.”

Did you notice the schtick here? THE GUYS ARE ON OPS IN AFGHANISTAN BUT THEY ARE GUILTY OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Fucking awesome. Alcohol appears like magic on the Afghan highlands. Beat your wife from 14,000k distance while fighting the Taliban. This is just another inroad for the crosseyed git to introduce more fat lady feminism into the ADF. Australia is now a nation of fuckwits.

    Green on Green goodness:

Vegans spreading the word about their lifestyle damage endangered PLANTS with their graffiti

Environmentalists have accused vegans of killing endangered cress in a row over an anti-meat graffiti stunt.

Meat-free campaigners daubed the words ‘Go Vegan’ in huge letters on a rock face in the Avon Gorge near Bristol this week.

But the move has been slammed by conservation experts at the National Trust, who say the rock is home to rare plants, including rock cress, which may have been killed or damaged by the thick masonry paint.

    More Green on Green goodness:

Celebrity chef Adam Harvey arrested for poisoning seven-story maple tree blocking his solar panels

A celebrity chef with a warped sense of going green poisoned a neighbor’s giant silver maple tree because it blocked sunlight from the solar panels on his Windsor Terrace home, the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office says. Adam Harvey, 33, was arrested in May after neighbors spotted him drilling 11 holes into the trunk of the seven-story tree and filling it with herbicide, prosecutors say.

If a tree falls in a forest does anyone hear solar panels rejoicing?

I heard the bit on the ABC about the special forces and took note of some of the sources spokes-weasels used for their info.

It included pretty well anyone with an axe to grind against them including other branches of the army etc who were unrelated to any activities involving operations.

The army is there to break and kill things, it should be noted the only parts the yanks like to use are exactly the bits which do that extremely well as the rest gets homogenized into a halfway house for those who want a sex change on the public purse or a disability rort.

Children’s author Louise Park runs writing workshops in schools around Australia and said she was desperately concerned by what she believes is a form of “digital dementia” that she has observed first-hand. The term digital dementia was first used by German neuroscientist Manfred Spitzer who believed that touch-typing circumvented the neural pathways, particularly memory, that are laid down during the process of handwriting.

    Utter BS.

    Dr Spitzer is a loon:

Spitzer’s conclusions are stark: Digitalizing classrooms can have a negative effect on learning, especially in young children, undermining the neuroplastic capacity of their brains. And, in contrast, there are no independent studies “that unequivocally establish that computers and screens in the classroom make learning more effective.” Over time, leaning is stunted, and reliance on digital devices results in dependency. “In reality”, concludes Professor Spitzer, “using digital media in kindergarten or primary school is actually a way of getting children addicted.” And additionally, the multi-tasking that comes with smart phones, tablets and computers inhibits concentration and impedes the development of the right side of the brain.

The right side/left side of the brain stuff is nonsense. And people do not need phones and tablets to multitask. Before they existed, I read books and watched TV or listened to music. You cannot get “addicted” to a device. This is trivializing addiction.

    More:

On the other hand, many have criticised his approach as unrealistic, unscientific and rejecting of progress.

Surprise! Spitzer’s stuff is junk science.

Everything which is perceived leaves “traces in the brain”, and since children today use media for approximately seven hours per day on average, it is particularly these impressions and not real-world experiences which leave their traces. The ability to process things from the real world atrophies as a result.

BS. BS. BS. I hate this sort of crap. It is utterly meaningless.

The SAS is the enemy of the revolution, therefore all fashionable decolonialisation freedom fighters, whatever office of the public service they occupy, must harass and sabotage the enemy at all taxfunded opportunities.

Show trials in their media just need to repeat the framed narrative of raping and beating wymynsys while holding their hands on burning hot exhausts, and demanding never ending social justice compliance training and self critique sessions.

When a social justice warrior-wymynsys can earn big money occupying a taxfunded position allowing her to do facebook and tinder at whim, while radically overthrowing the racist oppressor colonial settler society and a fighting man gets paid far less to spend his most physically capable years trying to conserve the society being sabotaged on the home front, the economics says it is disproportionately easier to smash than conserve.

  42. jupes

From CL’s Bernard Gaynor link above we have a quote from the feminist professor which is at complete odds with ADF doctrine of the last couple of decades.

However, consistent with social categorization and similarity/attraction theories, the preponderance of empirical evidence suggests that diversity is most likely to impede group functioning. Unless steps are taken to actively counteract these effects, the evidence suggests that, by itself, diversity is more likely to have negative than positive effects on group performance.

Wow. I thought I’d never see the day. That is some admission. So diversity isn’t a strength after all. In that case, what the fuck has the ADF being doing over the last few decades?

Unfortunately we can be sure that the part of that paragraph that will be acted on is this bit:

Unless steps are taken to actively counteract these effects …

Indeed. Steps will be taken. You can be sure of that.

Treaties are between countries. I have some doubt the NT government has the power to sign such a treaty. And signing a treaty was never in the ALP’s election policies. And why do we need “treaties” (plural)? Already, about 40% of the NT is aboriginal under land rights.

Exactly. This is the obvious contradiction at the heart of the stupid gender theory the ADF is implementing.

On the one hand the ADF spends a lot of money on the White Ribbon charity which proclaims women need protection from men.

On the other hand women are the equal of men when it comes to actual combat and can be sent to fight men to the death. Hand to hand if necessary.

But back to the first hand, they are too frail to play against men in contact sport.

This is what the top brass of the ADF believe. Meanwhile the government trusts these idiots to defend the country.

Now for some serious matters for the ADF

Climate change-related disaster relief is increasing demand on Defence Department, Senate hears

The Department of Defence has spelled out clearly to a Senate enquiry that climate change is increasing demand and will create “concurrency pressures” for the Australian Defence Force as a rise in disaster relief operations continues.

“Climate change may also eventually contribute to greater irregular migration pressure in vulnerable countries to Australia’s north, potentially becoming a substantial security threat for Australia.”

The Senate report concluded that “the consensus from the evidence (is) that climate change is exacerbating threats and risks to Australia’s national security”.

“These include sea level rise, bushfires, droughts, extreme rainfall events, and higher-intensity cyclones”.

Contributing to the enquiry was the former head of the Australian Defence Force, Admiral Chris Barrie

When he was the Defence chief, it was his job to perceive future threats to Australia.

Now retired, the Admiral worries that climate change could cause huge security issues for the nation and no longer bound by office he is free to speak his mind.

Admiral Barrie has posed the scenario of what would happen if a Cape Town-style water crisis hit right across Asia, driven by receding glaciers in the Himalayan mountains.

“I’m talking China, around the Mekong river into Burma, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan. What will billions of people be doing about that problem?” he said.

The former Department of Immigration and Border Protection, now called Home Affairs, has also followed the logic of threat multiplication in its Senate enquiry submission.

“Climate change is likely to exacerbate the complexity and unpredictability of existing migratory pressures around the world and for Australia,” it wrote.

“In most cases, climate change-related migration will not eventuate as straightforward cause and effect, but will be shaped by the interaction of climate change with cultural, economic and political processes.”

A new study led by Australian scientist Dr Andrew King from the University of Melbourne paints a stark picture of this interaction between climate change and economics among Australia’s neighbours in the Asia-Pacific region.

Evil scumbag Tony Blair banned heterosexual-only adoption agencies in the UK.

[The Charity Tribunal] conceded there would be “a loss to society if the [Catholic] charity’s skilled staff were no longer engaged in the task of preparing potential adopters to offer families to children awaiting an adoption placement”, but said it had to balance the risk of closure of the charity’s adoption service against the “detriment to same-sex couples and the detriment to society generally of permitting the discrimination proposed”.

Are women working too hard? Study calls for females to have a shorter working week than men because many are on the brink of dangerous burnout

A study published by the Australian National University found that the healthy working week for women should be limited to 34 hours, compared to 47 hours for men.

    So what is the solution?

Experts recommend that women should work shorter hours in order to compensate for the unpaid jobs they do every single day.

In order to achieve gender equality, working hour limits must be lowered. Co-researcher at the ANU Professor Lyndall Strazdins is deeply concerned about the impact of disproportionate working hours on women’s mental health.

‘If we encourage women to try to attain those work hours, we’re basically confronting them with a trade off between their health and gender equality,’ Professor Strazdins says.

[101] We have determined that it is appropriate to increase the NMW. The factors identified
above have led us to award an increase of 3.5 per cent. The NMW will be $719.20 per week
or $18.93 per hour. The hourly rate has been calculated by dividing the weekly rate by 38, on
the basis of the 38-hour week for a full-time employee. This constitutes an increase of $24.30
per week to the weekly rate or 64 cents per hour to the hourly rate.

In my 20 years in the ADF I can only recall the following perceptions of the leaders at the top:

Cosgrove. Good bloke, meant what he said; looked out for everyone down to the lowest rank. A soldier’s soldier. Navy and RAAF liked him just as much as the green machine did.

Admiral Russ Crane. First sailor rank promoted to Chief of Navy. Ex-clearance diver. Blunt but courteous, and a good bloke to work for. Widely perceived as sacrificed for not having an amphibious landing ship ready to go when needed for cyclone relief work in Qld.

Angus Houston – RAAF undertaker lookalike who nevertheless was resolute. Badly treated by Rudd, who once left him in a corridor for three hours to deliver a briefing, only to then have him told it was not needed.

The rest were either timer-servers; nothing brilliant, or wet blancmanges. Every time some new bloke or sheila came in at the top of whatever “force element” or whatever you were in, they came around to deliver stirring words. They were always the same bunch of cliches, and if we got a mornos out of it then good. Otherwise boredom.

    https://www.smh.com.au/business/markets/tomago-aluminium-warns-of-energy-crisis-as-power-supply-falters-20180608-p4zkbw.html

Tomago Aluminium, Australia’s biggest smelter of the metal, warned on Friday morning that it may be forced to curtail operations for a third time this week because of power shortages across the national electricity market.

The company said it had been forced to halt each of three potlines this week – one on Tuesday and two on Thursday – because of a lack of reserve across the grid serving eastern states.
Matt Howell, Tomago’s chief executive, told Fairfax Media on Friday lunchtime, the company was concerned it may face another curtailment of operations later in the day. Tomago accounts for about a tenth of the state’s electricity use.
Australia is “at a crisis point with our energy system”, Mr Howell said in a separate statement.

The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) on Friday issued a level 2 alert, forecasting a lack of reserve power for later in the day. The alert system has been installed to signal to energy operators that additional supplies may have to be activated from gas or other power sources to avert blackouts. Level 3 is the highest alert level in the system.

Just before noon, the capacity reserve available was 965 megawatts from 5.30 to 6 pm, compared with a forecast requirement of 1105 megawatts.
AEMO said this was partly due to heavier than expected cloud cover which reduced the output from solar rooftop generation, resulting in increased demand from the grid.
Mr Howell dismissed media reports that AGL, its main supplier, was to blame for the shortfall, noting the problem was with the overall market.
Even so, AGL has had difficulties with its two Hunter Valley coal-fired power stations of late.
Bayswater is understood to have been down to just one of its four generation units after scheduling one of them for maintenance. Its nearby sister plant, Liddell, was operating at about half of its capacity.
Another plant struggling this week has been the Vales Point coal-fired power station, also in NSW, which had one of its two units trip on Thursday. The plant is owned by Sunset Power International.
“We have one unit currently out,” a Vales Point spokesman said. “It’ll come back online in the not too distant future.”
Fairfax Media has approached Don Harwin, the NSW energy minister, for comment.
“Due to confidentiality AGL is unwilling to discuss its contract with Tomago,” an AGL spokesman said.
“We can confirm a significant number of coal plants are unavailable across the NSW market and there is reduced capacity to meet higher winter demands.”

Mr Howell said the planned and unplanned outages of coal-fired generators had left NSW’s power supply at the mercy of the weather.
“When the sun is shining in the middle of the day and the wind is blowing there is generally sufficient capacity,” he said in the statement.
“When we need it the most – early mornings and evenings in summer and winter, our solar resources are useless, and the nature of wind resources frequently means that many wind assets are idle.”

    This is the likely future’
Tomago was forced to curtail operations at the height of a heatwave in February 2017, leaving its potlines close to failure. If left to cool for too long, the molten metal solidifies, ruining the potline.
Since then, Victoria’s Hazelwood power plant has closed and although much more renewable energy has been added to the network, dispatchable supplies can be strained during calm days or when the sun isn’t shining.

“This is not summer with extreme demand. This is the likely future of our energy grid as once reliable baseload generators exit the [NEM] and are mostly replaced with intermittent wind and solar projects with no practical storage to speak of,” Mr Howell said.
“Our energy debate should not advocate either renewables or conventional thermal,” he said. “As with most things in life, we need a balance and we have reached a point where urgent rebalancing is required.”

Singapore won’t cop idiots like Zaky Mallah, Peter Dutton says

Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton says Singapore “won’t cop idiots” like Zaky Mallah as the former terror suspect awaits deportation back to Australia. Mallah was interrogated for five hours after landing in the island republic on Tuesday night.

He was deemed a security threat ahead of next week’s summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Mr Dutton said he hated talking about “attention seekers” like Mallah. “He’s this ‘zealot’ and he’s ‘so principled’ yet he runs around in Nike gear, he’s got trendy western gear on, so he’s a joke this guy,” the minister told 2GB radio on Thursday.

“He’s an attention-seeker and I hate even talking about him, but he’ll be on a plane I suspect, back to Australia very soon. Singapore won’t cop idiots like that.” — AAP

Zaky Mallah, a Sydney man who pleaded guilty to threatening to kill Australian intelligence officers, has been detained in Singapore and questioned about his travel in Syria.

Mallah, 34, flew into Singapore last night and was detained at the airport, where he was questioned for several hours by local authorities.

Mallah was acquitted by a jury in 2005 on two terrorism charges. He flew into the centre of a political storm when the ABC allowed him to ask a question in the audience of Q&A.

He pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening Commonwealth officers but was released on a two-year good behaviour bond.

Seven News reported today that Mallah was questioned for five hours and had been held in a holding cell in Singapore Airport.

“They asked me questions about my history, my dealings with the Australian government, ASIO, my trip to Turkey, Syria,” Mallah said. “They asked me if I was in Syria fighting, more or less.”

Mallah told Seven News he believed an upcoming summit with US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un was the reason he was arrested.

“The last thing they need is someone like me with my history to be in the same country as that,” Mallah said, insisting he has changed since his charges more than a decade ago.

“I did the crime, I served the time, and life moves on,” he said.

Bill Shorten hits out at ‘whitefellas’ as he promises summit on indigenous child removal

Bill Shorten says too many indigenous children are being taken away from their families, vowing to hold a summit to tackle the issue in his first 100 days as prime minister.

Visiting Barunga, east of Katherine, on a three-day trip to the Northern Territory, the Labor leader hit out at “whitefellas” who “come in paternalistic”, saying he wanted to hold a gathering of indigenous leaders, healthcare workers and families to tackle the problem.

“Too many indigenous kids are being taken away from their families. In the last 10 years the number has doubled to about 17,000 or 18,000,” Mr Shorten said.

“When you take kids away from their connection to culture and country, to language and to family, you make the chances of their success steeper and steeper. The climb is steeper and steeper.

“So we need to bring together the frontline healthcare professionals, the people who are working in communities.

“That doesn’t mean that you ignore challenges or problems in keeping families together. Raising kids is hard enough anyone.

“It takes more than parents to do it these days, but it seems to me that we’ve got to be smarter than starting a new round of taking children away from their parents.

“Personally as a parent I would be horrified at the prospect that because … that I could have my kids taken away from me, yet for too many aboriginal mums that’s the very real prospect they wake up with even now, and we can do better.

“That’s why we’re going to tackle it in our first 100 days.”

Sky News Northern Australia correspondent Matt Cunningham challenged Mr Shorten over the wisdom of opposing child removals, citing the horrific rape of a Tennant Creek toddler in February who had remained with her family despite 52 notifications to child protection services.

Mr Shorten said it wasn’t an “either/or” issue.

“I did say that the solution doesn’t mean you ignore the problems,” he said.

“That of course is just shocking, what you described. There’s no excuse, and the fact that the system failed to pick up the problems is a disaster, but I’m also saying to you surely the solution isn’t just the wholesale moving of kids away from their extended families and the land on which they should have a connection with.

“Surely we are smarter than: either leave a kid in vulnerable and dangerous circumstances, or totally excise their relationships from region and country.

“The status quo is not acceptable as you quite rightly say, but the solution is too blunt as well, and in too many cases it creates further problems which you were trying to solve in the first place.”

Asked what his government would do to address the problem, Mr Shorten said he would get the “smartest people in the nation together” and get indigenous Australians in the room.

“The last thing they need is some know-it-all whitefella to come in paternalistic, as has been happening for 200 years, and say, ‘listen you’re just children and we’ll just fix it all for you’,” Mr Shorten said.

“Unless you have the people about whom you’re making the decisions in a position to be part of the decision-making, I guarantee you, failure.”

We are determined to find out just how much ruin there is in a nation.

Might the left worm be turning just a little??

    Amazed to see this report.
    https://www.theguardian.com/global-development/2018/jun/08/the-unspeakable-truth-about-slavery-in-mauritania
In 1981, Mauritania made slavery illegal, the last country in the world to do so. Nonetheless, tens of thousands of people – mostly from the minority Haratine or Afro-Mauritanian groups – still live as bonded labourers, domestic servants or child brides. Local rights groups estimate that up to 20% of the population is enslaved, with one in two Haratines forced to work on farms or in homes with no possibility of freedom, education or pay.

Slavery has a long history in this north African desert nation. For centuries, Arabic-speaking Moors raided African villages, resulting in a rigid caste system that still exists to this day, with darker-skinned inhabitants beholden to their lighter-skinned “masters”. Slave status is passed down from mother to child, and anti-slavery activists are regularly tortured and detained. Yet the government routinely denies that slavery exists in Mauritania, instead praising itself for eradicating the practice.

What’s the deal with the Alumina Industry though.
IIRC, the Nicklin Government hunted the Abos out of their homes at Weipa in 1963, and burnt the place to the ground. That created huge social problems that endure today, 55 years later.
Then they built a refinery at Gladstone for Comalco, and gave them free power for 100 years.
A Smelter was built 15 years later, and it’s turned the area into a wasteland.

Taking all that into account, is anyone better off?
    Unlikely, I’d say.

  219. Dr Faustus

Shorten is a stunted little human, feasting on the politics of misery.

…I’m also saying to you surely the solution isn’t just the wholesale moving of kids away from their extended families and the land on which they should have a connection with.

“Surely we are smarter than: either leave a kid in vulnerable and dangerous circumstances, or totally excise their relationships from region and country.

If the twat was smart enough to be across his brief, he would know that the focus of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement Principle is to keep aboriginal kids that are removed from their parents within their community:

    – 50% of aboriginal kids removed from their parents are either placed with their extended families, or with families within community;
    – a further 16% with aboriginal families outside of their communities;
    – 34% with non aboriginal families, when there are no suitable alternatives.

Desparate stuff from a cynical little fuck wanting to be the next PM.

  220. Roger

“The last thing they need is some know-it-all whitefella to come in paternalistic, as has been happening for 200 years, and say, ‘listen you’re just children and we’ll just fix it all for you’,” Mr Shorten said.

    Shorten’s solution:

Get the smartest people in the nation together and invite some aborigines to listen to them.

  221. nemkat

It’ll look pretty good after 10 years of the alternative.

In general, children are better off, in the long run, being raised by their natural parents.
Common sense, and the Royal Commission into Institutional Abuse, tells you that.

  222. jupes

The great moral crime is that they are only temporarily removed and usually just transferred to equally dangerous relations.

Exactly. They are only allowed to be transferred to other Abos.

FMD the stupidity of the that is beyond belief.

I am charged tens of thousands in ‘Koala’ tax a year to protect the cudchewing furries doing gumleaves and instagram and tinder from the leafy local council office complex.

  226. nemkat

    – 34% with non aboriginal families, when there are no suitable alternatives.
That’s the critical point, Dr Faustus.
Those children will be shunted around, and eventually end up in the Justice system.
Common sense tells you they are better off with their parents.

  227. thefrollickingmole

That piece the ABC put up by the Sydney whackerdemic was even worse before it was edited.

Moses: “Do members of the rightwing commentariat think that western countries are succumbing to a poisonous cocktail of multiculturalism, Muslim immigration, political correctness and cultural Marxism that dilutes the white population and brainwashes young people at school and university? It seems that, much like Anders Breivik and Steve Bannon, they do. We are on the precipice of disaster, they seem to believe.”

The bit the ABC deleted is highlighted.

  228. A lack of basic seamanship knowledge is the reason that USN ships keep running into hard stuff. It would appear the bridge on a ship is overmanned and the people at the top don’t know what the fuck is happening. The British manning on a bridge is about 20% of that in the USN, but the US won’t back down on the excessively managed junior ranks who are doing the work.

    That’s politics, bub.
Very few people wish they had been removed from their parents and placed with strangers, very, very few.

I see a young hijabi was testing the water at Westmead hospital.

Next time it will be a real one.

  233. Dr Faustus

Common sense tells you they are better off with their parents.

Just quietly, commonsense tells me that a child is less likely to end up in the Justice system (or on a slab) when it is not being beaten, sexually assaulted, traumatised, or simply left to fend for itself in a third world nightmare.

But I may be suffering from white privilege.

Yep. That’s pretty much the way I see it. The difference between Breivik and me is that I don’t think that shooting a bunch of kids is going to help, because I’m sane and he wasn’t. But he correctly worked out the problem. Even loonies can do that.

  235. thefrollickingmole

The 2nd worst thing that can happen to the kids is removal.

There is no “best outcome” when Billy Bongsmoke and his sisterwife Mary Chlamydia accidentally have a child. (and that is any race).

What would be of great assistance would be sterilization (temporary) until the adults actually become human again.
And before you say “thats horribble” let me tell you about some old customers of mine.
Him: fetal alcohol affected, serial domestic abuser with little self control.
Her: Mentally disabled (brain injury at birth) but functional in a supported environment also had mild physical disability as well.

Result (a few years ago now): 4 kids, 3 in care and another due to be removed as soon as it was weaned.

No it is a chronicle of craven idiocy and absence of morality. This is the perfect example of what will happen if you give even one little concession to lefties. It will snowball. Every fucking time. Serious question: Where does it end? How can it end?

I can’t see how they could end it even if the government wanted to. Every officer in the ADF over the rank of Lt Col and most of those below are fully committed to emasculation and diversity. So are a large portion of the other ranks.

The only solution I can see is to start again. No more recruits for the emasculated ADF while all recruits go to the new men-only ADF. As each new unit becomes operational, an emasculated one is taken off line. This will take over a decade I reckon but what other option is there?

I wonder how the process for selecting Dr Crompvoets to receive some $4 million of Defence consultancy funds would stand up against this statement from her report:

poor audit results, injudicious and wasteful practices in resources management, less than transparent or compliant acquisition practices,” the report says.

That’s an expensive bit of Crumpet.

You find me someone prepared to state that they should’ve been removed from their parents and given to strangers. That person doesn’t exist.
Find someone that was removed from their parents, and ended up abused, jailed, and homeless.
You’ll have no trouble finding one of those, Skid Row is full of them.

Short of a shooting war it’s not going to happen, Jupes. Nobody in power wants it to happen.
