Much of this story is still not being told. At its simplest it could be child hides, doesn’t want to get off the bus for whatever reason, driver doesn’t do routine checks at end of the run, its been crazy hot up here lately….kid asleep, dehydrates (they don’t have to lose much fluid) gets found too late. I’m kind of hoping that’s all it is.

It is the only right outcome, comrade. The toddler confessed in open court to having a brother who was a member of the Boohoorgeoisie.

When I went to that ABC page I was shocked and distressed to see a photo of a seagull with a baby turtle in its beak. What kind of inhuman monster does that?!? Actual quote from caption to that photo: “Even though scenes like this appear gruesome and cruel it is a vital part of the ecosystem…

    Well no, P.
    That’s not all it is.
What it is is a consequence of babies being abandoned by their mothers all day to the “care” of strangers who – in comparison – don’t give a shit.

    Sweet cheeses!

I suppose the homo non sapiens that tune into that baleful organ think animals in nature grow vegetables and sell them to each other at the farmers market in the jungle.

Also mating only takes place with the gazetted consent of the female and she has the right to withdraw that consent at any time – a position which the male animals support.

And if an lion wants to shag a gnat – well, love is love.

When you outsource the care of your kids to strangers don’t be surprised when things go wrong. A stranger isn’t as invested in the kids survival as highly as you are. Bet the regulations are tightened up and the costs of compliance goes up. The costs of daycare aren’t payed for by working women anyway. All mothers in the workforce do is drive down the wages of other workers. The greatest contribution any female can do for her species and civilisation is to have kids and care for them.

Wtf is a 3 year old doing on a bus by itself for any reason?

What adult in their right mind would take responsibility for single-handedly managing a busload of them… while operating a bus?

    PB not P, sorry.
I see what you did there.
