V for Victory

trump v for victory
churchill v for victory

Here was I going to give Donald a day off but came across this article from The Daily Telegraph on Drudge of all places, under the heading Trump Down Under. The same zombie Murdoch press that has brought us Malcolm as PM is using its resources to oppose Trump for President. I actually noticed the moment in the press conference yesterday when Trump held his two fingers up which was actually a gesture of no significance. But it did occur to me that if you were the sort of media organisation that liked to run anti-Trump stories, and of course if you were either in England or Australia since the gesture has no negative meaning in North America, then there it was. But then again, there it was when Churchill was doing the same during the war.

Actually, Trump was counting to two. Churchill was using a gesture of contempt for the enemy which goes back to Agincourt.

Could be a portent the way things are going.
The Marxists are mobilizing under Soros et al.
    Things are gonna get ugly.

We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in Florida,
we shall fight on the yaughts and ocean liners
we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in my private jet, we shall defend our Delegates, whatever the cost may be,
we shall fight on the golf resorts
we shall fight on the play grounds,
we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,
    we shall fight in the hills;
we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this casino or a Miss Universe contest were subjugated and starving, then my Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the Trump fleet would carry on the struggle, until, in God’s good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.”

Steve you are just Trumprolling now.

Yes, we are further down the globalist road in sleepy hollow Australia than most may have understood – thanks largely to Rupert and his merry band of crafty persuaders, more so than the ABC.

The Americans are waking up fast, Faux is backpedalling hastily after being outed and seeing their ratings fall off the back of the truck, all the while playing the other side for all its worth. Now DJT offs their next lucrative debate.

But let’s all laugh.. in fact have a laugh along with Vlad and bark with 2016 loser-to-be Hillary!

    arf arf, bow wow

Donald’s people have a finely honed sense of humor, and Hillary must wear it due to one of her many foreign policy disasters – the ‘Russian Reset’. 5/6 yesterday, ~240 more delegates over Lyin’ Ted. And now Christie is the hot tip for AG, Hillary is running for her freedom.

All of it has failed – Trump as Hitler, as KKK, Trump as Lucifer, Trump as inciter of riots, master misogynist, closet Liberal – tens of millions of dollars of hate ads just so you would know it all. The US is so lucky to have an informed population segment with solid political instincts. Imagine liking your country, wanting to see it do well, wanting infrastructure that works, wanting a job, an intact constitution, a budget, self-respect – without tens of millions of unidentified cultural primitives flooding in. The cheek of some people.

Yes, our MSM gives us a pure unadulterated stream of Cathedral messaging, tailored to our market. It actually seems to be cleaner under foreign supply than it is locally (here or there).

‘Please think like this about that.’

No need to pander to market segments for profitability I suppose, no need to provide alternate views.

I for one (and many) are for Trump for POTUS. Stuff the elites, stuff the media, stuff PC, stuff Hollywood, stuff moslem invasion. If he achieves 50% of what he says he will do he will be a great President.

How do you know if wasn’t an ‘F U’?

…okay then, good idea. Replace my ‘stuff the’ with ‘FU”…. thx Ant.

Donald Trump..Nigel Farage ..Christine le Penn….These people are a breath of fresh air in a otherwise odour filled political landscape. Am I allowed to say that?

Yes you are allowed to say that for the moment, don’t know for how long but?
Was reading some comments on a different forum and they would’ve skinned you alive for saying that there.

Nigel Farage is the sane one, don’t much care for the others.

Most photos of Churchill that I recall seemed to show his hand the other way around, with the thumb and folded fingers visible? Perhaps he saw a Labour member in the crowd in this one?

    We’re no strangers to Trump,
You know the rules, and so do I.
    A full commitment’s what I’m thinking of,
You wouldn’t get this from any other guy.

  19. Sean

Maybe Kates would be best suited to supporting One Nation. Same kind of policies as Trump.

Could be a portent the way things are going. The Marxists are mobilizing under Soros et al.

Soros is a strange guy, I used to read his books when I was younger. So he escaped from Communism and he got rich in the free market doing currency speculation (and he is good at it) so Capitalism made him wealthy. Then he talks about “Open Society” which supposedly is free speech and democracy and stuff like that.

At the same time he goes and supports these “Progressive” nutter groups that are fundamentally based on envy, and “Critical Theory” and all sorts of nasty minority identity politics, tribalism. All of then are bent on bringing socialism to the West in some form or other; confiscate property, wealth redistribution, political correctness, shutting down free speech. Why?!? Why does he support this?

Someone like Putin, I can see where he is coming from. Doesn’t mean he’s a nice guy by any means, but Putin is effective at what he does. He’s going to captain the transition of Russia out of the failed Soviet system and towards a free market (not entirely free but good enough to build up the Russian economy) while at the same time making damn sure nobody messes with him. That’s a common sense kind of guy, you know where you stand.

Soros is a smart guy with no common sense. He has plenty of everything he needs, and he knows what works, but just can’t resist messing things up for everyone. What the heck is wrong with the dude?

  21. DrBeauGan

Tel, my best guess is that he can see his policies lead to chaos and wants exactly that. He expects to make money out of it.

Most amusing of all in the reaction of the established order to Trump is that the lefty group-thinking dimwits are so busy being outraged by the superficial aspects of the Trump campaign that they seem not to have noticed that it has brought out from the shadows the string-pullers of the established order – i.e. the “vast right wing conspiracy” which they love to obsess about.

Will this penny drop? Will there be a lefty surge to Trump? – could be very interesting.

It is just hilarious how Fox is trying so hard to make somthing happen:
Now Marco Rubio’s delegates will be the “kingmakers”

Last time I checked Cruz’s 411 plus Rubio’s 169 makes 580, which still less than Trump’s current 673 (and he’s pulling away from the pack). Where exactly is the candidate hiding that will be made king by Rubio’s delegates?

Funny how they need really almost all the career politicians to stand on each other’s schoulders to be as tall as Trump…
