    Dems don’t have much choice.
    Joe or HRC?

Impending dementia ? Just the guy to lead the decromats, many of them sound as though they have already developed dementia . Can the people “impeach “ congress and senate members ,? there are good grounds for it the way a lot of them behave .

Sleepy Joe is the Wilbur Cobb of the Demorats

Wilbur Cobb is a demented, decaying old man who was once the foremost cartoon producer in the world. He speaks in malapropisms and suffers from a malady that results in body parts falling off.

    Lurch likes him though.

John Kerry Joins Joe Biden on Iowa Bus Tour – Kerry Touts Biden as Messianic Figure Who Can ‘Save the World’ (7 Dec)

Sorry John, he’s not the messiah he’s just a very naughty boy. Which any number of videos of him in action would tell you, if you ever bothered to check.

  5. lotocoti

It’s easy to laugh at him now, but you won’t be laughing if Corn Pop returns.
You’ll want him at that pool.
You’ll need him at that pool.

All part of the Kabuki theater when at the 11th hour Hillary will waft in to save the Democrats. The game plan seems all the Dem’s nominees will be so politically off to the left that parachuting Hillary in will save the day and swing the votes away from Trump to Hillary, the political moderate voice of reason.

parachuting Hillary in will save the day

The final battle in Times Square between Hillzilla and The Wookie will be a sellout movie.

Someone said awhile ago that Michelle Obama will be brought in a couple of months before the election as the Democrats Presidential candidate. The more I see of the Democrats clown circus the truer this statement gets. Hillary has too much baggage, Michelle has the name, Obama, African American, Female, Media adulation, in short untouchable.

Perfect, controlled by Deep deep swamp

    Clearly, this can’t go on.

Damn straight. Sure hope you’re not a Trump supporter though…

  11. Ah, there’s an interesting story behind this nickel. In 1957, I remember it was, I got up in the morning and made myself a piece of toast. I set the toaster to three: medium brown.

Is there another alternative standing for election as POTUS that has the qualities you’re looking for?

Michelle has the name, Obama, African American, Female, Media adulation, in short untouchable.

To the extent she is associated with Obama she is associated with a pretty appalling record – Obama always had excuses for why life was turning to shit and promising government intercession was the only answer.

But to the extent she is not associated with him she is nobody, with the exception of a few unpleasant programs (school lunches) and unfortunate sound bites (like never having been proud of America until her husband became President) she has no merit.

The Obama brand is much reduced, coinciding with the loss of prestige of the MSM whose copious hot air kept The One aloft. And if Obama’s record of misconduct is broadcast then she will be tarnished as well.

Amazing, innit? No one tries to protect Obama’s legacy any more. He is all but forgotten. When Trump won the election Obama was buying a property in DC so he could run a ‘parallel’ White House and ‘keep Trump honest’. Where did that go?

Michelle should stick to her daily routine of touring the kitchens in her house emptying the fridges (each of which is replenished every night in readiness for the next day.)

And just why the h*ll shouldn’t anyone be a Trump supporter?

Why the h*ll would anyone of common sense support any of the current Democrat nominees, or any of the touted late-comer ring-ins? If Trump’s got nothing, then the Dems have got even less.

  15. We can’t bust heads like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to tell ’em stories that don’t go anywhere – like the time I caught the ferry over to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for my shoe, so, I decided to go to Morganville, which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So I tied an onion to my belt, which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on ’em. “Give me five bees for a quarter,” you’d say.

Now where were we? Oh yeah: the important thing was I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn’t have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones…

  16. Not many people know this, but I own the first radio in Springfield. Not much on the air then, just Edison reciting the alphabet over and over. “A” he’d say; then “B.” “C” would usually follow.

Most plausible explanation is that the CIA mind control program has unfortunate long term side effects.

There are some things that humans simply shouldn’t be tampering with.

It could be a Baldrick clever plan ,you put the corrupt Biden up to get rid of the communist fascist left crazies ,he stuffs up as you expected and withdraws due to ill health and fear of jail time . Then Hilarity steps up to the plate, shes a modicum better than Biden ,and she did win the last election . To cement the coloured vote and pay back Soros for paying for the great Obamas way into the presidency ,so you put Michelle ,who is owned by Soros in as vice ,and who would know more about vice than the decromats . The msm would wet their pants with excitement . Baldrick you did them proud .

It would not be a surprise if Soros put up the $30 million Obama got for not writing a book .

Who do you suppose purchased Bernie Sanders? I can’t find anyone who bought his book … people you talk to can’t even tell you title. I guess someone must have read the thing.

  20. I first took a fancy to Mrs. Bouvier because her raspy voice reminded me of my old Victrola. Oh, it was a fine machine with a vulcanized rubber listening tube which you crammed in your ear. The tube would go in easier with some sort of lubricant like linseed oil.

  21. Overburdened

IMO it will get very messy due to the momentum against the institutionalised corruption, his sense of entitlement that one finds in all criminal milieu and his loss of resilience.

Has a Joe Biden impersonator ever done this song?

  23. Iampeter

Is there another alternative standing for election as POTUS that has the qualities you’re looking for?

    No.
But if you support Trump because of his policies/positions, as many here do, then you certainly can’t really oppose someone like Bernie or Elizabeth Warren. Opposing someone like Biden would only be for the reason that he isn’t left wing enough for you.

If you opposed Obama that opposition no longer makes sense and so on, so forth…

Trump supporters have a lot problems they are conveniently ignoring…

  24. Scott Osmond

I don’t think that creepy Joe can stand the pace. Once the brain starts to fail it goes quickly. 11 months out gives plenty of time for his obvious problems to manifest. HRC is still sniffing around hoping to be drafted. Not going to happen. Many on the left can’t forgive her for losing to the orange man. On another point I’m interested to see that unlike previous generations boomers and some silents aren’t willing to step aside. With few younger candidates who will take over once the elders die off?

  25. The BigBlueCat

I’m not a US voter – I don’t “support” any of them. But even blind Freddy can see that Trump has shown he can deal with domestic economic issues far better than the Dems.

Opposing Biden goes well beyond left/right politics. Sleepy Creepy Uncle Joe is corrupt (look at Burisma and his stand-over tactics with Ukraine) and becoming more incoherent as time goes by. Warren is a liar when it comes to her “heritage” (she has since apologised, but the fact remains she made the claim and stuck by it for so long) and her policies are crap. Bernie is a screaming Socialist who wants to dismantle Capitalism.

People support Trump because he is calling out the swampies and the fake news. He’s got strong economic indicators and his focus is on the American people. The Democrats are the swampies, the originators of the fake news, and their focus is on themselves. If the Dems weren’t so butt-hurt over the 2016 election loss, Trump would have even wider support from US voters.

For sure, Trump is a Capitalist and rates high on the rational self-interest scale – they’re the biggest criticisms of him coming from the neo-Socialist Dems. Is that a problem for you, Iampeter?

  26. Jef

That’s why America have the Democrats.

  27. My story begins in nineteen-dickety-two. We had to say “dickety” because the Kaiser had stolen our word “twenty”. I chased that rascal to get it back, but gave up after dickety-six miles. What are you cackling at, fatty? Too much pie, that’s your problem! Now, I’d like to digress from my prepared remarks to discuss how I invented the toilet.
