Not doing as well as with some previous attempts but I’ve been enjoying the resulting conflict between one of the herons and the crow kiddie. She’s been trying to steal the mince the heron eats but doesn’t like the very long and sharp beak the heron wields. Much dancing and hopping!

Here’s a young crow I did manage to get eating from my hand a few years ago. He got evicted by his family shortly after the photo. Life is brutal for male crow kiddies.

3 things have to result as a consequence of the chunk virus:

1 The dependency on chunks must end and chunk investment in this country must be severely curtailed
2 Australia must become more independent especially in respect of energy and other essential products such as medical equipment and not continue to be a slave to globalism.
3 The alarmists must not be allowed to capitalise on the chunk virus as a lesson to be learnt when in fact the opposite is the case; that we need a modern, energy efficient society to be able to deal with such things as the chunk virus

Got halfway there and realised I needed a shave, which makes the N95 mask less effective. So I knotted the the strings so it would sit tighter on the whiskers.
Took a crate, bought stuff and took it to the chick.
I’d packed eggs on the bottom, so she insisted on taking everything out and repackaging, putting her hands, which had been in the shop all day handling stuff, all over my goods.
Took two trips out to the car to pack everything in the boot, and then took my mask off.
Disaster! The string was too tight from being knotted due to the whiskers concern, the mask inverted and smeared whatever was floating around the shop onto my right eyebrow.
Panicked now, I grabbed the alcohol sanitiser and rubbed it all over my face.
But then, halfway down the street I remembered that the bird in the shop had touched everything. Oh my God, I have just rubbed all the previous customer’s secretions into my face. I grabbed the Glen 20 and sprayed it into my eyes at the lights.
Meanwhile, a police car had pulled up in the next lane and the cop was watching me rub my eyes and squinting trying to get my sight back.
I floored in on the green to find somewhere to pull over, but it was miles and miles of bus lane.
Eventually I pulled into one of the coffee kiosk thingos and grabbed the bottle of soapy water from the boot to rinse off.

What cause the sudden influx into those Northern Italian hospitals? It wasn’t all heart failure and diabetes related issues, was it?

    Easy to answer.
Firstly you’ve got to believe that there was an influx.
And remember, that quite normal hospital scene linked to by Notafan was an MSM produced piece.
    In other words propaganda.

Italians told about Kung flu and knowing the under 60 Chi.ng workforce that had just come back from Chinese New Year, with the Corona Cold, decide to start testing oldies who came in .
I note the Chi nks in Italy aren’t dying from it, because the truth is, hardly anyone dies from a cold.
The workforce from China isn’t retirement age, and the oldies, just like our old celebrities, get it and survive.
They catch a cold virus sure, that’s it.
People die from the flu in much larger numbers and I wouldn’t be surprised if they still are.
The stats are bullshit from a country you know is now, like us , subservient to China, I wouldn’t believe a thing coming out of Italy.

But I note, people are straight back to quoting figures of the propagandists.

But honestly, Italy now admits that no matter what you died of, if you had the virus and it played no part in your death, they still attribute it to corona virus.

    😃

  206. notafan

    Rank bs.

    You should be embarassed.

I provided one example. There are dozens of different articles available.

And I suppose the convoy of army trucks moving bodies was more propaganda.
    Btw
Italy has made no such admission.

    Go on.

Find a source, any source and link it.

I hope there’s a hole deep enough in hell for this disgusting old cow.

Pelosi Casts the First Coronavirus Stone
The Speaker compares Trump to Nero and blames him for deaths.

Demonrats are insane, they’re just evil.

“It’s almost like the wrath of Folau has descended upon her and her royal demesne.”

    Yes…and isn’t it sweet!

    Footy will beat COVID

AFL maybe (although AWFL must be on life support) but I am vicariously enjoying the gravitic arc described by Rugby Australia as Ms Castle makes like the castle in Howl’s Moving Castle.

The Vicar of Rugby is gone.
    The gall of the slag.
    Cutting her pay to $400k.
And I am salivating at the prospect of how “equal pay for AWFL” is going to play out amongst job cuts at HQ and yuuuge pay cuts for male players.
    The polo party is over.

    That’s definitely actionable.
Send Davidson your contact details so I can sue you please.

Righto you sheep-fucker – I’ll be down there as soon as our new Chinese Overlords have taken full control and shove your Model A up there with that fucking pipe you smoke.
I’m not taking no shit from a gerbil in a dinner suit

Good things to come out of coronavirus:

    1. Barristas are learning real skills like stacking shelves

    2. Dogs have never got so many walks

    3. Sydney’s beaches are spotless

  214. Struth

You never saw a body in any of those army truck stills Notafan.

  215. Gab

Any bet that cash will be the next thing “no longer required”.

  216. Cassie of Sydney

    “The polo party is over.”

Yep..and high time too…maybe one silver lining is that companies….if they ever recover from this…will have to focus on business…and not on LGTBQRTUVW guff, indigenous guff like “The Uluru statement from the heart”, transgender guff, the wage gap guff and all the rest of the incessant insane stupid guff that we have been bombarded with over the last decade…..”the guff is over”.

    4. The ABC has stopped their 24/7 Climate Crisis propaganda campaign.

  218. Armadillo

Any innuendo that I spent the day at the supermarkets rubbing an corona addled armadillo over the fresh produce and I’m suing.

Arky seems more irrational than usual.

    Is this a bad thing?

My own thought. Some of them have had – okay, not this, but something coming.

  220. Bruce of Newcastle

The most recent major threats in our history (the depression, WW2, and the GFC) all landed in the laps of Labor governments.
Now the Conservatives are having to deal with this one.

    Conservatives, Numbers?
You’ve not been paying attention to comments from conservative Cats, I see.
Wet Libs are Labor lites, with green tingly bits.

  221. Gab

How do you control the world? Fear and a lying media.

  222. feelthebern

    I disagree Cassie.
Now the Statists have complete control, they will force everyone in private business to bend the knee.
    Non-compliance is futile.

  223. notafan

    Yeah yeah it’s all #fakenews

    The website is called reason.com

An alien concept for the narrative man

Italian death rate up 20 percent because of corona virus Lombardy up about 80 percentage

    Arkys new video is great.

I think Dice outed a chick influencer as a blatant extortionist. I the ones I follow (mainly DIY) who are popular (with content that is interesting and don’t look like Hannibal Lecter’s deformed brother) enough to get sponsorship are very careful to disclose.

  226. Cassie of Sydney

“You’ve not been paying attention to comments from conservative Cats, I see.”

BoN…he doesn’t pay much attention to anything.

  227. cohenite

Oops I’ll just put this here — Bruce Hawker on Bolt, what a tool

I called the bastard walker; yep he’s a tool; no actually he’s a complete bastard and used every leftie trick: the moral position: you don’t care if people die; the superiority: only lefties can deal with this: just like alarmism. Lefties need a victim and the chunk virus is delivering not enough so they’re going to invent more; and bolt was polite to the prick; I would have told him to piss off; cut him off and never had him on again; and then shredded his bullshit arguments.

  228. Gab

FACT: In Australia, influenza on average causes 1,500 to 3,000 deaths,3 about 18,000 hospitalisations and 300,000 GP consultations1 each year.

  229. Armadillo

The best thing about Bat Flu is that the scales are being removed from the eyes.

  230. Old School Conservative

The Vicar of Rugby is gone.

An interesting coincidence – one of the departing Board members of Rugby Australia is Ann Sherry, CEO of Carnival Australia.
    Owners of the Ruby Princess.
She seems to attract corporate disaster.

Serious question BoN – at the beginning of last year, I was driving down the street (suburban Toowoomba) and i saw 3 crows on the side of the road.
There were 2 adult birds (black) and what looked like a juvenile – fully grown, but soft feathers.
This juvenile (?) was chocolate brown in colour.
Do crows have choco babies or was I mistaken?

  232. Geriatric Mayfly

The Don has given that grease ball Acosta another smack in the mouth.

Ferguson episode underway 5min & all becomes clear as the word sacristy is mentioned & what went on there in another case in a church in Newcastle. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink.

  234. mh

And still government won’t act on those disgusting pathogen-rich supermarket reusable bags.
I went in Coles last night, and there were two staffers at the entrance making sure every customer wipes their hands with the antiseptic wipes provided.
Including customers with a green bag full of pathogens tucked under their arm.

  235. Arky

Arky seems more irrational than usual.
