Australian rugby will soon be semi-professional.

May not be a bad thing, either.

Good. What does butsex marriage airlines finances look like? Once the cashflow goes in to the red many of these businesses and sporting clubs might get back to the core business of delivering goods and services instead of social engineering.

Potentially the best thing that has happened to the Wallabies in years. No more being second guessed by the gay leprechaun. Now if they can work out how to win…

Good luck trying to find a replacement sponsor in the current conditions. Most corporates are trying to work out how to pay their own employees. Channel Stokes how to avoid paying for the cricket before the summer has even started.

Was my response to this – loud laughter- inappropriate. I feel it wrong to kick someone when they are down but if ever a sport needed a kick in the cobblers. Oh well, I live in Victoria so I need all the laughs I can get!

Agree. Focus on club rugby…sadly neglected by RA for the last few years.

HB Bear (12.03pm). First step in working out how to win is to not dump your best players for believing, as PJ Keating once noted “two blokes with a poodle do not a family make” Next step is to not antagonize / alienate / whatever many of your other best players by telling them that if they are Christians they are f’wits (this applies especially to the other Islander-heritage ones).

Ok, so once everyone’s relaxed in one another’s company, do the drills and the work. Simple.

    Sponsor gone.
Best player and drawcard gone, with a pocketful of RA cash.
No TV deal to speak of, outside major international matches.
    .
    Pretty much as Googlery predicted.
    Not.

Unlike RA management, which is fully amateur.

The happy leprechaun and the kiwi goth (self beaching) whale – the most destructive imbeciles that could have been inflicted on Australian rugby imaginable.

I have zero sympathy for RA and can’t even remember when I last willingly watched a rugby match.

    Go woke

Twiggy will buy the Wallabies by years end.

They’ll have a woke benefactor with very very deep pockets.

I eagerly await the first Walleebees V Pandas test match. No prizes for guessing who the winners will be.

Spot on, IT. Can’t wait for the forthcoming transpacific series in China…

Yep…and other sporting codes too. This might help rugby return to its roots. They needed a big broom….RA headquarters boasted almost 180 staff before the lockdown…located in swish digs at Moore Park…and infested with such “jobs” as “Diversity Officers” etc…meanwhile club rugby here in NSW was being starved of money and resources.

  20. I am not a fan of the arsewiper from Quaintarse.

The various decision makers from Rugby Australia, or the ARU as it was have made the most lamentable FUBAR deals as far back as dropping and not supporting the Force in favour of the Rebels ($). I’m sure there are older poor decisions which led to a decline in the sport as a goal for youngsters.
I wonder how they are going to finance the outrageous offer to the teenager, Joseph Suuali. He is 17 years old.

Further, until they get rid of the play for cash brigade of poor players they will not be competitive IMHO

  21. Gyro Cadiz

The word in QANTAS about this … bugger it, I’ll just quote some corridor chatter. This is the politest heard to date.

“So the fat little fairy and his beached whale of a jiz spittoon have gone right off fit firm-buttocked muscular men, have they?”

Lots of people losing their jobs in QANTAS while he gets bigger bonuses. Lots wishing the fat greasy little spudmuncher would bugger off back to the peat bogs and take his beached whale with him.

  22. Oh come on

    awokenated

    New word coined!
