    This from the archbishop got me:
    “In my view granting you [permission to officiate] at this time would be to get ahead of where the church currently is on these matters, and for that reason would not be appropriate for me to do…If the church’s position on same-sex marriage changes or is further clarified and it becomes appropriate for me to reconsider your request, I will certainly do that.”
    So, he thinks the Anglican church might actually exorcise particular parts of the bible? What pantywaists these priests are.

    Dumb question. If the male priest transitions and I doubt that is remotely possible unless the y chromosomes are detachable , and he changes his birth certificate to female , will that lead to the birth certificates if his children also being changed. ?? Just wondering how far the changes go.

    I understand what you are saying BA but it is much…much….more perverse than that. You now have a tiny fraction of the population who insist they are no different to biological women and if you disagree with them then you are smeared as a bigot, a TERF, a transphobe and so on. The “tranny story” is usually a story of mental illness, autogynephilia and deep seated misogyny.
