There is absolutely nothing to thank Daniel Andrews for

If there has ever been a more repulsive political leader in Australia than Daniel Andrews I cannot think who it was. The notion that the leader of a government through its incompetence has led to hundreds of deaths and the longest lockdown in the world is owed any gratitude is a notion so grotesque that only a socialist party could even have conceived of it.

And even now we are still in lockdown although some, but only some of the worst excesses have been lifted. The premier is a bungling idiot. He has done nothing that he can point towards with an ounce of pride. His stupidity has led to the deaths of many many individuals who would be alive today were it not for his personal involvement in the lockdown.

Daniel Andrews is, moreover, such an evil presence that he actually thinks he has been a positive influence on the outcomes we have endured in Victoria. Look at the other states, you stupid fool and tell me what you have achieved in Victoria. For others, in the grip of the Melbourne Syndrome, there are those who are grateful for still being alive in the midst of a viral epidemic that had virtually no possibility of killing them.

I, on the other hand, think of Andrews as a monster who has been responsible for the deaths of hundreds of people, responsible for the destruction of millions of dollars of value across the state and for a lockdown that will drain the resources available to Victorians for a generation.

And it is still not over and Andrews has still not resigned. He must live inside the tightest most secure echo chamber ever constructed if all he can hear is the praise from deluded idiots for what he has done. Step outside, you buffoon, and hear what the rest of us think.

Josh Frydenberg has said it well, and he has said it in response to a Labor Party motion in the Federal Parliament to thank Dan Andrews for what he has done. How out of touch with reality can these people be! Repulsive remains the only word that captures the essence of Andrews and the sooner he leaves the political stage the better it will be. If you “Stand with Dan”, you are a pretty stupid person yourself.

    Incredible.

I just finished reading The Lucky Country and the timing really couldn’t be better. I suspect we are on the verge of Horne’s hopes for Australia being realised if we can only push past the current crop of abject losers in the press and parliaments, who have been exposed like never before.

  3. RobK

I’ll go out on a limb here; odds are Steve won’t be voting forPremier Dan.

  4. The worst aspect of this naked socialist overreach is how quickly Australian’s accepted rule by a police state. We all have under the cloak of pandemic. Meanwhile in China, 1 million citizens are incarcerated in concentration camps. So much for the lessons from history.

Welcome to Bizarro World. Rona and the web of lies surrounding it is mind boggling. Lets summarise.

A “novel virus”, sure it’s one of the greatest stories ever told.

What is it? No one really knows as it hasn’t been isolated ever by anyone and repeated requests for a sample of the virus are repeatedly and flatly refused.

How do we test for it? The universally accepted test (PCR) cannot be used to diagnose infectious diseases according to the Nobel prize winning scientist who invented it. Used in this manner the test is notorious for it’s false-positive/false negative results.

How do we know it’s the cause of death? Cos they say so.

    Mortality rate? Pfft.

The political to and fro from all sides is irrelevant, what matters is maintaining the perception that the “Novel” is real and deadly which rationalises irrational behaviour.

Notice also yesterday’s media put up job- fake poll obligingly vomited up saying most approved of the dick- tator and O’Brien was in trouble.

Afternoon news on 3AW saying O’Brien says he won’t be resigning.

Donald Horne was always part of the problem- a winging perfesser who never ever bother to finish he degree.

Australia used to be quite well run actually until it caught to various cultural marxist ailments that have plauged all western countries.

A big lie (German: große Lüge) is a propaganda technique. The expression was coined by Adolf Hitler, when he dictated his 1925 book Mein Kampf, about the use of a lie so “colossal” that no one would believe that someone “could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously”.

“The dog must die also, bahhahhahaha! ”

I suspect Andrews would piss on the fire “heroically” whilst taking a perverse pleasure in watching the smoke rise. Not one thing would survive, though the chimney would still stand and he would take the resulting praise for saving at least that.

The Diktator is coping a pasting on each and every post in his facechook page. As are his army of ChiCom #istandwithdan bots.

Federal Labor clearly doesn’t have any Victorians in its mist, otherwise how could they have such a tin-ear? I know my circle of friends and family is a small sample but the raw hatred of Andrews is there to see, and you don’t need to go looking to see it. And the lockdowns are far from over, Andrews is still making up petty rules every day to micromanage our lives (grandparents have to record any visit made by their children or grandchildren, Halloween is essentially canceled etc).

And Labor thinks this sociopath is worthy of our gratitude? The multitude of harms he has inflicted on so many people should see the bastard in jail.

Next step is to hand out honours and prmotions to those who created the problem then “fixed” it.

  17. Mother Lode

That is what I don’t get. How people can praise Andrews when his state has had the worst outcome of all the states in the nation?

You can see Federal Labor is gearing up to pour money into Victoria when this farce is over. And preparing a strategy of depicting the Libs as steeped in partisan vindictiveness by denying a Labor state what it needs to recover.

And how would this recovery work? Big spending on government programs to stimulate the economy. All the time progressives condemn ‘trickle down economics’ (which no one has ever declared themselves to believe) Labor is a fervent adherent of ‘trickle out economics’ where private spending by employees in favoured industries like construction trickles eventually through to car dealerships, dairy farmers, and dentists. It is exactly the same idea as ‘trickle down’.

If the Federal Libs had gonads (stop laughing – I am trying to say something) they would start talking about taxpayers in other states having to pay for what happened in Victoria. Problem is that once people start thinking of government spending as not government money but their own private money, and therefore they should have a say on how it is spent, then half the budget can be discarded and half the cabinet out of a job.

Oh, but the sweet schadenfreude of former Canberra mandarins reduced to saying ‘Would you like fries with that?’

Without missing a beat, Nine have switched over to phase two, which is start bashing Michael O’Brien. For what? Some guy who barely scored a ten-second soundbite once a night on the news throughout the lockdown and has practically zero name recognition in the electorate? His crime is apparently not Standing With Dan.

Even if Chairman Dan resigns he goes with a massive pension . Rat cunning with no empathy is how I would describe him as he has been smart enough to surround himself with a coterie of hangers on who owe him favours . How he has operated during his political career is working on the promise of I will cover your
a ##se or reward you if you cover me such as car accidents and the firemen , unions and deals eg exorbitant wages , tearing up billion dollar contracts , not prosecuting labor people when recommended by Royal Commissioners, Eg a present senator and a former PM , controlling police force and the list goes on. The frightening result of this he has too many promissory notes he can call on and he evades any consequences.
Just hope Peta can keep digging up all the questionable behaviour by the Crisis Cabinet and others .

Wouldn’t have happened without (the pick a word) of the Fed Gov who want us all vaccinated, have a financial plan so cunning debt will be $1.7trill by 2031, who don’t address the ABC, continue to fund the left and their institutions, ruinables, cronies et al. Just words, Josh, empty words.

Here on the GC, just over in the Tweed, we have the Tweed Council taking full page ads in the Tweed Weekly thanking everyone for co-operating in adapting to our “new normal”.

Uhm, I don’t want your “new normal”:

“As we adapt to our new normal and keep up the good work to stay covid (1984) safe, we want to share a heartfelt thanks to the Tweed community.” (with photos of people holding a big heart)

They are not stupid, in the traditional definition of not being able to walk and chew gum at the same time or having a measurable IQ in the 50’s.
What they are, though, are leftist ideologues. They live in a parallel universe, down Alice’s rabbit hole, as it were. You see the same in the USA. Factual information about jobs gained, peace deals achieved, black and Hispanic lives improved and all the other achievements of the Trump Presidency are immaterial.
Remember, there were countless examples recorded where Russians, imprisoned and tortured horribly and repeatedly by Stalin’s minions, still wrote on their prison walls (sometimes in their own blood from their still seeping wounds) words of praise for Stalin and the Bolshevik Revolution.
You cannot persuade them, you can only defeat them and restrict their insanity.

I remember saying about a month ago that figures will all magically come down…which is what you’d expect from an outfit with the level of transparency of a Stalin era election in Soviet Russia…..

My point is that its all been stage managed theatre of the absurd, masks are a symbol of oppression and submission, that its hugely disturbing that the ( waffen ) Brown Pol did happily smash windows and drag people out of cars for daring to defy Dear Leader on not wearing a mask.

The decline in the “cases”is purely arbitrary I suspect – some one has said to Dear Leader that the risk of being lynched outweighs continuing the charade, and besides, now the NWO know exactly how far for the next planned plandemic they can push the punters before they will squeal. They also know how well social media facial recog and AI-based word seaches will dob in anyone who dares commit thought anti-Dan crimes….

The NWO then promptly rolled out the leasson learned from Victoria, across europe.

These are evil people, have no doubt.

  32. dopey

Dan’s their man alright, for the climate lock-downs and lots more still to come.

  33. When I saw Andrews in his presser hectoring Victorians about who, and how many, people they are allowed to have in their own homes, I felt like punching the computer screen. Come next year’s Australia & Anzac Days, if I hear any fool spewing out the usual rhetoric about Australia being a “free” country, I will laugh in their face.

  34. Mooka

Nooo, Noooo, No. I’ll not have that.
We’ve got an extra $100 billion of debt , 800 deaths, thousands of business’ ruined, kids schooling retarded, and god knows how many suicides to thanks Dan for.

  35. Can the “I stand with Dan”
No, Victoria is not the “envy of the world” in tackling this pandemic. The only fair comparison is with other states. Most recently, Victoria had 20,341 cases and 817 deaths. NSW, in contrast, has had 4,386 cases and 53 deaths, despite a larger population.

Based on these numbers adjusted for population (0.8) and if VIC had achieved actual NSW virus management outcomes, VIC would certainly be the envy of the world.

Instead of VIC deaths of 817 these would have been only 42 (53 x 0.8)
Instead of VIC cases 20,341 these would have been only 3,509 (4,386 x 0.8)
I welcome any review of my logic and arithmetic.

Only idiots would really envy Victoria when its track record is so bad.

  36. Roger

A Victorian epidemiologist says Melbourne will not go into a third lockdown because “no city in the world has done that”.

    Dan: “Hold my beer.”

  37. Rob MW

And even now we are still in lockdown although some, but only some of the worst excesses have been lifted.

That would be commie Dan & comrade Sutton having their arses kicked into Port Melbourne and those aggressive coppers, who put their job security before the people, by putting their nuts in a vice and the handle rotated.

The Vic opposition get no accolades as well, they should have all resigned on mass weeks ago in support of the people and most importantly, those oldies in aged care who sadly did not overcome commie Dan’s deadly incompetence.

Most recently, Victoria had 20,341 cases and 817 deaths. NSW, in contrast, has had 4,386 cases and 53 deaths, despite a larger population.

While I agree with your argument re Victoria and the repressive Kim Jong Dan, we must get away from using the false term ‘case’.

PCR tests do not show that someone is sick with the virus (the usual standard for diagnosing someone before this ‘pandemic’ ‘changed everything’). They merely show the presence or absence of DNA converted from the virus’s RNA (the virus has only RNA, the PCR test detects DNA). Thus, Victoria had a cumulative total of 20341 positive test results and not cases of disease, and NSW had a cumulative total of positive test results and not cases of disease.

This may sound picky, but it is quite important as ‘case’ is being used to frighten and manipulate large numbers of people with the idea that all those cumulative numbers are cases of disease, when they are not.

Not using the term is an important part of fighting back. The Left are past masters at getting everyone else to use their preferred terms. That is one way that they expand and consolidate their control at the same time as weakening opposition. If you use your opponent’s terms you disarm yourself.

  41. Struth

So Friedeggburger hands Dan the fuel and the matches and then bomoans him starting a fire?

It was great to see federal Labor’s slimy tactic exposed on Sky last night – idiot Labor MPs who had already tweeted attacks on Morrison for denying (as they wrongly assumed he would) the Opposition motion before it had been launched and then agreed by the Government.

I’m looking for a TV remote which automatically activates the mute button when Andrews appears on the screen.
