Matt, thanks for the disinformation spiel. Now go back to wherever you crawled out from.

  2. Matt

I can prove it’s a lie as much as you can prove it’s a verifiable fact.
But it’s not up to us – ultimately the US courts will determine that.
Everything else is wishful thinking and clutching at straws.

  3. 138000 ballots arrive at the Detroit counting centre at 4am in a Ferrari.

Add in coal and iron ore and it sets the Australian economy back to about 1990.
Great while it lasted. Unfortunately, we can no longer support about 8 million of our population.

    Fisky:

Yes, many of them will have to go back to where they came from.

And won’t that be just so fucking sad.
We’ll be able to find out what Australia can do when the locusts have filled their bellies and piss off.

‘If Civil War occurs it will be short and brutal. The demonrats Aktion Arms have no rifles or skills, they think civil war consists of throwing M80 crackers and bags of piss. It isn’t going to be like that.’

Damn right. Add in feminised police forces and a military (like our own) going the same way, and it’s a whole different ball game.

  7. Knuckle Dragger

Stefanovic on Skah call it 264-214 for the gerro.

Not one fucking word about 120 year old (and dead) Georgians voting.

  8. Elizabeth (Lizzie) Beare

Matt, I want to see those 4am dump votes for Biden in Michigan at least checked independently for veracity.

As for the Democrat states rejecting the legal appeal. Well, in the immortal words one Mandy, one who knew how to take a trick or two, they would do that, wouldn’t they?

Free for all scattering ballot papers around like confetti was always a very bad idea and should have been stopped before it ever started.

As Guiliani says, they votes could have come from Mars

Avoid civil war by an in person only new election in the swing states? Supervised by the Austrakian Electoral Commission maybe. Never been done, but maybe it’s time.

Americans needed to know how fragile and broken their electoral system is. This had to happen eventually.

Like so many things Trump brought to light, this was the final and most damning exposure.

It’s up to them to fix it or go down the gurgler.

Well summarised Matt, but this is Catallaxy where facts are entirely optional.

  13. Matt

Agree Lizzie – independently verified and let it play out in the courts as required.

A since deleted tweet posted by Matt Mackowiak, a conservative commentator and chair of Texas’ Travis County Republican Party, appears to show that during one results update in Michigan, Joe Biden received 100% of newly counted votes. Attached to the tweet were two election maps appearing to show election results from earlier in the count and one from later. Mackowiak said he took the screenshots early this morning. Mackowiak acknowledged the posts were inaccurate. He has since deleted the tweet, explaining, “I have now learned the MI update referenced was a typo in one county.

The maps shared by Mackowiak appear to come from Decision Desk HQ, an election data company.

The data from Mackowiak’s second map showing Biden receiving 100% of the newly counted votes was released at 5:04 a.m. by Decision Desk HQ which showed Biden with 2,130,695 votes at Trump with 2,200,902 votes. But that data was not correct. A tweet posted later by Decision Desk HQ at 5:43 a.m. brought both Trump and Biden’s vote count down, with Trump at 2,217,540 votes and Biden at 2,019,899 votes. In a tweet this afternoon, Decision Desk HQ wrote, “This morning there was a clerical error in the Shiawassee, MI county presidential data.” The company explained, “Once we identified the error, we cleared the erroneous data and updated it with the correct data as provided by officials. We stand by our data as reflected on results.decisiondeskhq.com.”

An hour-by-hour update from Associated Press data shows that there was no point in time when Trump did not post an increase in votes.

  15. Mater

Obviously if SCOTUS rules in favour of Biden you will all accept the result.

If that is how it falls, yes, but as FelixKruell keeps reminding us, a lack of evidence doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
That said, if the Russian collusion crap (and all the other crap that was thrown at Trump) was ‘righteous’, imagine what can be done with the laptop and all the other skeletons in the closet. As for Kamala Harris, she’s little better. Tulsi Gabbard burned her big time in the primary debates.

What you, and a lot of other Australians, fail to comprehend is that roughly 50% of the people you work with, socialise with and play with, disagree with your politics. Just because you suppress their ability to speak their mind, by being the loudest, most opinionated prick in the room, doesn’t mean you’ve changed their mind. You’ve just sent them underground…where you can’t see what they are up to.

The American Right is heavily armed, and they know how to handle them, but they also generally respect the rule of law and natural justice. If they get the slightest sniff that the law is unjustly being turned on them, the powder keg will explode. This movement hasn’t gone anywhere. You, and any Democrat administration, would be wise to remember that, and act accordingly.

“What Happened” by Hillary Rodham Clinton?

For the first time, Hillary Rodham Clinton reveals what she was thinking and feeling during one of the most controversial and unpredictable presidential elections in history. Now free from the constraints of running, Hillary takes you inside the intense personal experience of becoming the first woman nominated for president by a major party in an election marked by rage, sexism, exhilarating highs and infuriating lows, stranger-than-fiction twists, Russian interference, and an opponent who broke all the rules. This is her most personal memoir yet.

In these pages, she describes what it was like to run against Donald Trump, the mistakes she made, how she has coped with a shocking and devastating loss, and how she found the strength to pick herself back up afterward. With humor and candor, she tells readers what it took to get back on her feet—the rituals, relationships, and reading that got her through, and what the experience has taught her about life. She speaks about the challenges of being a strong woman in the public eye, the criticism over her voice, age, and appearance, and the double standard confronting women in politics.

She lays out how the 2016 election was marked by an unprecedented assault on our democracy by a foreign adversary. By analyzing the evidence and connecting the dots, Hillary shows just how dangerous the forces are that shaped the outcome, and why Americans need to understand them to protect our values and our democracy in the future.

The election of 2016 was unprecedented and historic. What Happened is the story of that campaign and its aftermath—both a deeply intimate account and a cautionary tale for the nation.

Trump cannot win Nevada based on too many postals left to count.

Still reading mixed messages on Arizona but think bridge too far.

Which means even if he keeps in front of other States would need to win a Wisconsin court suit to have any chance and this is unlikely.

Also Senate is not a hold yet given f ups in Georgia.

There are 2 red flags on voter fraud separate to the 120 year old guys still voting from heaven.

Wisconsin turnout at 90% is insanely above trend that was dipping to below 70%.

City mail in returns in battle states penn and another also streets ahead any other city.

Third bonus concern is biden getting far more votes than his senate ticket

  37. notafan

There are reasonable questions to ask about votes well in excess of registrations and sudden after hours Biden ballot dumps that should certainly be worthy of query and worthy of suspicion.

I also think vote curing is a completely unacceptable practice, particularly if a ballot is spoilt.

Election officials don’t look over people’s shoulders in the booth and help out if a voter makes an error.

Pete, do you mean officially or in a moral superiority sense?
Because officially a SC decision which gives Trump 270 or more EC electors will see him retain the Presidency, just as the Supreme Court decision in 2000 gave Bush a win in Florida and enough EC votes to win the Presidency.

138000 ballots arrive at the Detroit counting centre at 4am in a Ferrari

Just for reference, it was a white van, and only 38000.

    https://conservativedailypost.com/tens-of-thousands-of-detroit-ballots-mysteriously-dropped-off-at-330-am/

Former Michigan state senator Patrick Colbeck wrote that the total number of ballots dumped on the counting board totaled 38,000:

Starting hour 13 at AV Counting Board in Detroit at Cobo Hall. The majority of the final drop of 38,000 ballots that arrived at 3:45am have yet to be counted. Military overseas ballots have yet to be counted as well.

Before the ballots showed up mysteriously at 3:30 am, no ballots had arrived at the TCF Center for over six hours, and many poll workers in the facility sat around with no work to do while getting paid hundreds of dollars by the state of Michigan.

According to Michigan election law, all of these mail-in and absentee ballots had to be submitted before 8pm on Tuesday night in order to be lawfully accepted and counted for the election. This means the city of Detroit potentially sat on these ballots for hours. The white van that arrived had the name of Detroit city clerk Janice Winfrey emblazoned upon it as well as a logo and a phone number. Last month, Winfrey set the stage to drag out the process in an interview with ABC 7 News.

“We’re back in control, and we know that we will have nearly 10,000 poll workers that will be working with us to process ballots on election day, or election week is what we’re calling it now, because we know we’re going to be slow,” she said, adding that she was not going to let “outside influencers” get in the way of her election day schemes.

Just for my own personal amusement, I’ll now be counting the days until Biden denounces antifa.

John Commenus alluded to this on another thread.

He either accepts their existence as an ‘idea’ and allows them to go unfettered, which will result in him realising in the imminent future that antifa’s aim wasn’t to instal him as President but to self-enforce concepts that would put Beria to shame.

Or, he denounces them – thus enraging the heavily funded nimrods with an already established infrastructure.

Int he latest example of him being badly wrong, Biden thought antifa were helping him, when in fact it was the other way around.

The federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA) places additional identification requirements on first-time voters who registered by mail.

    ARIZONA

Absentee ballots include an affidavit that must be signed by the voter under penalty of perjury. Upon receipt, the signature on the affidavit is compared to the signature on the voter’s registration form. The vote is counted only if the affidavit is found sufficient.

    *Only 38,000 emergency votes*
*So what if you’ve proven supercentenarians vote, after we denied it all along, you can’t prove it was us..*

  56. Arky

If you are hoping Trump comes back in Nevada, you are accepting that later counted votes can break different from those already counted.
In that case you have to accept that it is at least theoretically possible that the late counts that broke Biden’s way in other states were valid.
Also, you cannot take anecdotal evidence of one or two incidents of fraud as widespread fraud that tipped the election.
If it was true that individual incidents of fraudulent voting were sufficient to void election results, then every party in every election would have one or two such manufactured incidents up their sleeve to use once they lost.
In order to conclude that the result is a “steal”, you must prove widespread, systematic fraud in states where so doing would reverse the result.
The number of people currently able to draw such conclusions with solid evidence is probably zero.
Has it occurred? I think it’s a possibility.
If it isn’t proven, the right thing to do is accept the loss, and accept that a lot of work must be done to ensure the MAGA movement has a Presidential candidate in 2024, with as good a chance as possible of winning.
Despondency, giving up, buying into an impossible to prove narrative on victory being stolen, will not help yourself or anyone around you or change anything.
If, like me, the sight of Biden makes you feel sick in the guts, a break from politics might be in order.
If Trump proves in court that there was significant fraud that changed the outcome, there are two further possibilities: 1. The court remedies the situation, all good. 2. The court does not offer a reasonable remedy.
It is in this last case where some outrage will be appropriate.
Do not buy into the narratives being offered by either side. It isn’t good for your mental state, and it’s unlikely to do anyone any good if such beliefs become widespread.
Bottom line: Probably a Biden victory, start accepting it and figuring out what it means for your plans, your investments and your future.

  59. mh

Do not buy into the narratives being offered by either side. It isn’t good for your mental state, and it’s unlikely to do anyone any good if such beliefs become widespread.

This definitely isn’t a good time for the weak of mind and weak of heart.

Those types should definitely focus on something less polarising.

  60. mh

Here are seven ways the vote is tilted.

    1. Voter fraud.

Actual voter fraud, though relatively small in scale, includes voting twice; dead people voting; filing out ballots for other people; “losing” ballots before they are counted; and so on. An unnamed political insider explained to the New York Post before the election how he once did it, and trained others to do it, with mail-in ballots. “An election that is swayed by 500 votes, 1,000 votes — it can make a difference,” he told the Post. “It could be enough to flip states.”

    2. Ballot harvesting.

Ballot harvesting involves using third parties to collect an unlimited number mail-in ballots from other people. It has been legal in California since 2016, and Democrats used it effectively in 2018, delivering hundreds of thousands of ballots that way. (Republicans have tried, and failed, to copy them; GOP voters don’t part easily with their ballots.) Democrats want to legalize ballot harvesting nationwide. In several states, Democrats sued to let it happen; in Michigan, it was allowed briefly.

    3. “Curing” absentee ballots.

Several states — including Republican-governed states — allow voters to “cure” problems with absentee ballots — such as a missing signature — then re-submit them. Democrats are literally going door-to-door right now in closely-contested Georgia, asking “absentee” voters, in person, to “fix” their ballots. Democrats also sued in Arizona for a list of names of voters whose ballots needed “curing,” probably so they could focus on likely Democratic voters. They lost, but that is their strategy.

    4. Deadline extensions, relaxed rules.

Democrats sued in several key battleground states to force states to extend the deadline for mailed-in ballots to be counted past Election Day itself. They won in several states; they lost in several states. In North Carolina, they reached a deal with the Democrats who run the state’s election board. In Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court split 4-4 (before Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation), allowing the state’s new rules to stand.

    5. Privately funded get-out-the-vote efforts.

As Breitbart News warned in October, liberal billionaires like Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg donated hundreds of millions of dollars to so-called “safe elections” efforts. Ostensibly nonpartisan, these appear to have functioned as get-out-the-vote operations for Democrats, targeting key cities and states.

    6. Automatic vote-by-mail applications.

Some states, like California, decided to send vote-by-mail applications to every registered voter in the state, whether it was constitutional or not. The most striking thing about some of these efforts is that they were federally funded. The CARES Act, for example — the first coronavirus relief package — paid for states like Wisconsin to send information packets to millions of registered voters — in effect, a federally-funded voter turnout operation.

    7. Social media censorship.

The decision of Silicon Valley companies to censor information during the election had a profound effect whose true impact may never be fully known. Twitter regularly censored the president, and the New York Post‘s reporting on Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. Google suppressed search results for Breitbart News. Now they slap “nutrition labels” on articles about voter fraud. This is a form of election interference that will likely continue.

Joel B. Pollak is Senior Editor-at-Large at Breitbart News and the host of Breitbart News Sunday on Sirius XM Patriot on Sunday evenings from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

  61. FelixKruell

    Arky – well put.

Can I add – jumping on every tweeted allegation of voter fraud and immediately assuming it’s accurate, and evidence of widespread or systemic voter fraud, doesn’t do anyone’s credibility any good.

  62. Helen

gunner you are magnificent. Me and my Trump/Pence 2020 hat are heading off to the dozer in a little while to do some work. I need to get away from this it is doing my head in.

I agree Arky, to an extent, I say we should be considering our future all the time and not just when some disaster strikes. Does a Trump loss bring forward the sale of the family farm? It is something I will think about on the dozer. What are the implications for the business vis china, south china sea, markets, yadayada.

However the best result would be a win in the courts on proved voter fraud that can then be used to prosecute a system which is less open to fraud. To do the prosecution though, Trump needs to win.

Something really simple like no mail in voting and finger ink dye.

No-one else will do it and the dems would actively block/mess with it.

Tell me something, did spend the last four years accepting the Brexit result and Trump’s election of November 2016? Did you query the Steele dossier, Russiagate, Peegate, Ukrainegate and so on? I doubt it. So whilst I agree with Arky I certainly will not be accepting any sanctimonious and hypocritical pontificating from cretins like you as what I should accept and what I should not accept. You and others changed the political landscape…refusing to accept electoral results. There’s an old saying…”what’s good for the goose is good for the gander”.

Whoever gets in, the other side will consider it a dirty election. Scott Adams argues that this makes it the likely outcome one of persuasion than counting votes. I think he’s right on that, but I think the persuasion was set by the MSM slow-rolling Trump victories whilst calling states for Biden on flimsy projections.

If US voters went to bed went on Tuesday night with Trump in the lead, then perceptions would be different right now even if result looked the same as at present. It’s all smoke and mirrors. And Fox will soon call either PA, GA or both to seal the deal.

President Trump is simply suing to stop the counting of bogus votes

Now that’s where we are. Trump’s lead in battleground states is shrinking as the counting proceeds. Mid-morning on Nov. 4, Trump vowed to seek a ¬Supreme Court ruling on which ballots are being counted. When he said it, the left erupted in outrage. Rep. Adam Schiff said the president was acting like “a would-be despot.” That’s a hoot. Despots trash the rule of law — Trump is appealing to it.

Trump has a strong case that some of the ballots being counted in Pennsylvania, Minnesota and other battlegrounds are illegal. In fact, Pennsylvania and Minnesota have already been ordered by courts to segregate ballots arriving after Election Day.

You won’t hear this on CNN. Wolf Blitzer announced Wednesday afternoon that the network was calling Wisconsin for Biden, as “millions of legally cast ballots” are counted. The media are doubling down, insisting everything is “legal.” Not so.

    The whole thing

President Trump is simply suing to stop the counting of bogus votes

    By Betsy McCaughey
As the American public waits, confused and annoyed that there is no presidential winner, Democrats insist that we should just be patient. That the turmoil is normal. It’s a bald-faced lie.

The post-election limbo is a deliberate creation of the Democratic Party. In the months leading up to the election, the Democratic National Committee and allied groups blanketed swing states with armies of lawyers filing suits to challenge voter-ID laws, signature-verification laws and, more than anything else, deadlines for mail-in ballots — as if elections should no longer have deadlines but instead be staged as a rolling, never-ending process.

The Biden-Trump contest was held under a set of rules foisted on an unknowing public and likely to tilt the election.

The pretext for all these changes was the pandemic. But the fact is, this nation has elected presidents in a timely way during world wars, polio epidemics and many other emergencies without doing away with Election Day finality.

In what seemed to be a coordinated effort, the media told Americans not to expect a winner on Election Night. If President Trump is ahead on Nov. 3, we were told, it’s just a “red mirage” that will be clawed back and undone once all the mail-in and late-arriving ballots are counted. CNN stopped talking about Election Day and switched to “election season.”

Now that’s where we are. Trump’s lead in battleground states is shrinking as the counting proceeds. Mid-morning on Nov. 4, Trump vowed to seek a Supreme Court ruling on which ballots are being counted.

Earlier this year, Pennsylvania Democrats did an end-run around the Republican majority in the state Legislature. Dems managed to get a concession from a sympathetic, Democratic-dominated state court to allow ballots that arrive as late as the Friday after Election Day to be counted, even if they lack a postmark or a verified signature.

Republicans went to the Supreme Court before Election Day to try to get a ruling against the changes, but the Supreme Court declined to act on an emergency basis. The Supremes may have hoped that the state would go for Trump or Biden by such a blowout margin that the extra ballots would be inconsequential.

But the election turned out to be a nail biter, with Trump ahead by a slim margin. Imagine how the results could change if ballots can be counted that show up after Election Day — with no postmark and no verified signature.

The Constitution is on Trump’s side. The Constitution states — not once, but twice — that state legislatures decide “the time, place and manner of elections.” Governors, commissions and local judges have no authority to go around the state lawmakers.

In fact, the justices already ruled in a Wisconsin case that ballots arriving up to six days after Election Day couldn’t be counted, because allowing them to count would be contrary to state law. Justice Brett Kavanaugh said it’s the job of “politically accountable state legislatures” to make those decisions.

Don’t be fooled by the Biden team’s rhetoric that every ballot must be counted and all it takes is patience. Only valid, legally cast ballots should count.

Trump is right to ask the high court to protect the system set up under the Constitution and to stop the Democratic Party’s legal maneuvers. The Democrats have already used the courts to create pandemonium. They’ve stolen Election Night. They mustn’t be permitted to steal the election, too.

By Election Day, much of the voting already will have happened
Even before the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Americans had been shifting away from lining up at the polls on Election Day. In 2016, only 54.5% of all ballots nationwide were actually cast in person on Election Day, according to data from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. The share was roughly the same (55.4%) in the 2018 midterms.

More people than ever before are likely to vote in person before Election Day, by absentee or mail ballot, or by taking ballots they’ve filled out at home to a drop box or other secure location. Close to half (47.3%) of the ballots cast in this year’s primary season (among the 37 states, plus the District of Columbia, for which data was available) were by absentee or mail ballot or by voting early in person. As of Oct. 28, more than 75 million voters already had cast ballots.

I have lessened my time spent here as the insanity which started many months ago has steadily increased in many, as the denialism is getting to be off the charts.
It’s not healthy for your mind to be here too often.
And the emotional response regards constructive criticism against Credlin by the desperate prisoners of Victoria show the level of distress many are under and the psychological problems now arising from this massive globalist crime against humanity.
And yet for all the good she has done, Dan was still threatening Victorians just yesterday to do the “right thing” (obey government dictate) or else back in his slammer you go, he’s still firmly in control, while he actually hasn’t released anybody, just given them extra time in the exercise yard, while Credlin keeps banging on nation wide about 8oo deaths and scaring everybody else with the what is actually nothing more than the normal deaths of the elderly, and thereby supporting the global socialist lying narrative that this virus is deadly and requires totalitarian government control of the healthy.
Credlin is as ridiculous as all of us who thought the elections in the US would be even somewhat fair.
Credlin like us, has known there is corruption of course, but the level of brazened corruption in all areas, whether it is the US elections, or the inquiry in Victoria, as the left are so in control they aren’t even trying to hide it, means playing by the rules now can only be described as naive in the extreme.

My plan would be to continue to kick up a stink and lodge suits in court as per now.

But the minute the election is called for Biden sack Wray and Barr and appoint someone good who is already Senate cleared as AG and Grenell as FBI director. Then immediately appoint Sidney Powell as special counsel to look into voter fraud. Use NSA to verify comms between parties involved.

Then develop enough information in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia to pressure the State Legislatures to reject the certification of results and refuse to send any delegates to the electoral college. Then no one can clear 270 ECV and it goes to the house where it is one vote per state and the GOP controls more states than the Dems. President Trump gets a second term.
