“I’m essentially staking my personal and professional reputation on these allegations, and I have no hesitation, from what I’ve seen, in doing so. In fact, I think it would be irresponsible if not criminal of me not to come forward with it.”
From the interview with Larry O’Connor here.

  4. There are 2 things to look for: the machine alters the ballot itself and/or it provides trends and then the phony ballots come in. The GA recount did NOT cross reference signatures or other ballot particulars. Having said that it will be a challenge to prove.

Ya think? You’d need a snitch inside the conspiracy itself. Which, I am tipping, does not exist.

Of course, the theory relies on there being physical phony ballots, which would be easier to prove than software shenanigans, but of course there will be no hard evidence. Lacking any solid grounding to even give the slightest credence to this wacky conspiracy theory, it should be dismissed out of hand as the clown show it always was.

  5. cohenite

So sez the fool who pursued the Wussia, Wussia, Wussia clown show for years. He is starting to sound desperate, dismissing everything out of hand with no supporting evidence for his actions.

Unfortunately for the fat fascist fool, statements like “but of course there will be no hard evidence” are a pious expression of hope, not evidence.

If you regularly watch Fox News and have been noticing something feels “off” with their election coverage, you’re not wrong. Around a year ago, conservative political wonks turned off Fox News for good. The reason why has to do with events that unfolded in 2019. What did these conservative news junkies see that the rest of us missed? And, why does it matter now? …”

and from cohenite at 6:26 pm:

“The big steal, Donald Trump probably did win in a landslide
Kerry Wakefield The Spectator Australia 21 November 2020
Consider this election night scenario: America and the world sit down and tune in to the vote count for the US presidency. Early tallies appear. Those who believed the media’s polls and expected a Biden blue wave are quickly aghast; it’s not happening. More like a red wave. … Panic sets in; time for Plan B.”

These stories serve to highlight just how deeply corrupt US business, political and legal practices are now. I have no confidence that the Supreme Court judges are any different to their predecessors – everyone is a player, with their hand out for a quid – a big quid.

Whoever it is who badly needs a judgement to clear the path for them is willing to cough up whatever it takes to make that happen. Newcomers Coney Barrett, with the conspicuously righteous family demographics, and Kavanaugh – who sat silent as the dog politicians publicly insulted him – are not about to mess up the playground during their first few weeks at school.

The interview with Sidney Powell at 10.53 (thank you Some History) is remarkable on several counts. For me, two matters arise: (1) will we see some senior Democrats call for at least a deeper investigation, given that will be some who care for the integrity of the American democracy; but (2) will the CIA, FBI et al, given the threat she poses, trike back at Powell?

This is a critical moment for the USA (and other democracies). The antics of Monty and Numbers have spoiled it, but this thread illustrates its tremendous value.

  55. incoherent rambler

will the CIA, FBI et al, given the threat she poses, trike back at Powell

    Yup.
And if that don’t work they will take out as many judges and senators as required (or a few more than required).
A critical moment for the USA. A live or die moment for the swamp people.

  56. Judd Legum @JuddLegum
    1. This thread is going to be the entirety of the intro to Judge Brann’s dismissal of the Trump campaign’s federal lawsuit in Pennsylvania.

    It lays everything out beautifully.

    2. “In this action, the Trump Campaign and the Individual Plaintiffs (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) seek to discard millions of votes legally cast by Pennsylvanians from all corners – from Greene County to Pike County, and everywhere in between.”

    3. “Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated.

    4. “One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption , such that this Court would have no option…

    5. “…but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.

    That has not happened.

Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations…

    6. “…unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence.

In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state.

Our people, laws, and institutions demand more.

    7. “At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice.”

    END

    Kraken still undiscovered.

  57. dover_beach

The Ras poll overestimates the numbers re conceding and underestimates the number that think the election was stolen, just as they did prior to the election re support for Biden and Trump. I think People’s Pundit is going to poll along these lines very soon but in the relevent states as those results will matter to the state legislatures.

  58. DrBeauGan

    2. “In this action, the Trump Campaign and the Individual Plaintiffs (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) seek to discard millions of votes legally cast by Pennsylvanians from all corners – from Greene County to Pike County, and everywhere in between.”

It’s the legally cast part which is contested. No valid judgment can just assume that as this purports to.

My view is that if there is a strong prima facie case for substantial fraud in the election, the supreme court cannot ignore it and will refer it to Congress. Which will almost certainly means Trump wins.

  59. if there is a strong prima facie case for substantial fraud in the election

    There isn’t.

  60. Brad Heath @bradheath
The short explanation of the reasons the judge tossed President Trump’s Pennsylvania lawsuit is: All of them.

  73. cohenite

As I’ve said before the real issue will be whether Trump can argue the merits; he won’t be able to do so before obuma appointees; it’s that simple. We have seen politicised and ideological judiciary in Australia, notably with Pell. The problem is magnified in the US. The liberal judges are implacably opposed to Trump. God help us if the demorats can cheat the remaining senate vacancies because then there will be no checks to their power grab. And make no mistake that is all this is about. The demorats, like all the left, have no real problem with trump who before he became POTUS, was one of them. It’s all about power, there’s no principle involved.

Now some of you may think I’m too harsh with piss taker and the old bastard when I wish them death. But these 2, and their associated trolls, are just the tip of the ice-berg. Sites like this would be closed in the US by their ilk. So I don’t think it’s extreme to wish people like this harm and death. Anyway they’re arseholes and who gives a fuck if they live or die. The only problem is if they live they’re coming after you and every other conservative.

The company has used lobbying firms that employ lobbyists with ties to major figures like Georgia’s Republican governor and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as well as a lobbyist who donate money to Republican majority leader Mitch McConnell. Increasing the scrutiny, it has also worked with firms tied to George Soros and Robert Mueller. A former ambassador named by former President Barack Obama sits on the board of the company that acquired it in 2018 (Staple Street Capital). There are eight registered lobbyists for DVS in Georgia alone, including former Georgia Democratic Secretary of State Lewis A. Massey and Jared Thomas, former chief of staff to Republican Governor Brian Kemp. The first lobbying firm hired by DVS was the powerful Brownstein Farber Hyatt Schreck, and Nadeem Elshami, Pelosi’s former chief of staff, was one of the firm’s lobbyists. weighting

a vote is counted as more or less than it face value.

so vote for Trump might count as .75, vote for Biden might count as 1.25 written into the program. However it appeared their guesstimate wasn’t going to be enough to wind Trump back, hence the stop the count readjustments and ballot stuffing in the middle of the night.

Unfortunately there will be some expert evidence required plus eye witness testimony. Unless confirmation through shit ballots is sufficient to support the machine cheat.

World Economic Forum-Endorsed ‘Great Reset’ Seeks to Eliminate Currency, Private Property

With the results of the 2020 General Election soon to be discovered, the next great threat on the horizon – aside from losing the Republic to Democratic Socialism forever, is “The Great Reset.” It will impact everyone on the planet and be the declaration that Big Brother is here to stay.

Global political elitists, like European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and failed Democrat presidential candidate and former Secretary of State John Kerry, are positioning themselves to use Democrat presidential hopeful Joe Biden as the driver of the World Economic Forum’s “The Great Reset” mission.

The Great Reset seeks to execute an intrusive and wholesale transformation of the world’s economy and the economic system we have known since the beginning of time. It seeks to radically alter the world’s economy by: abolishing money in deference to digital currency, which the government would be able to adjust and control; eliminating all private property, and greatly reducing the potency of democracy for the sake of a “New World Order.”

In a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum, Kerry said Biden is ready to not only rejoin the Paris Climate Agreement – which would literally eliminate more than a million jobs in the US – but be the driver for the “Great Reset” whereby unelected global bureaucrats would literally take control of the sovereign governments of the world…

The votes in Ramsland’s document were from the wrong state: Minnesota, not Michigan.

I said it happened, I didn’t identify a state, God knows where you got that distraction squirrel.
The linked document proves illegal fractional vote counting was happening.

There are no vote totals from official sources reported as fractions.

Dominion WAS the official vote counting mechanism for several states, including Michigan in this case.
Are you saying that the state voting authorities weren’t smart enough to round off the fractions? Well no shit, they also didn’t say “we are criminals, lock us up now”.

For those needing a review, including obviously monty:

Ramsland Jr.’s affidavit: Looking at the vote count with decimal places enabled, the Dominion machines were giving out percentages of a vote. Only way this happens is if the “Ranked Choice Voting Algorithm” is enabled, which allows an operator to select a winner before the count starts. Smoking Gun!

This spreadsheet documents the votes being reported to the news networks by Dominion during the election. Note the columns labeled TV and BV or Trump votes and Biden votes. Note also the decimal points and the fact that some results were out to 3 digits past the decimal point. This proves the use of an algorithm, as compared to a direct and honest tabulation of votes, which would have been a whole number.

Dominion used an algorithm to improperly tally votes resulting in the telltale sign of fractional results. This was fraudulent by whomever controlled Dominion.

    P:

Sidney Powell briefly mentioned ‘weighting’ which I’m still trying to get my head around.

As I understand it, it works as follows. Firstly, note that the sum of the weights, divided by the number of weighted candidates, should equal one. E.g. 0.75 for Trump, plus 1.25 for Biden, equals 2.0. Divide by 2 (candidates) and the result is 1. An example of three-way weights could be: Trump 0.8, Jorgensen 0.8, Biden 1.4

If the result doesn’t come to 1, then the machine count of total votes would not match the actual number of votes cast, thus raising red flags.

How the weighting works, assuming 0.75 weighting for Trump, 1.25 for Biden:

If Trump receives 1000 actual votes, the count will show he received 750 votes. If Biden received 1000 actual votes, the count will show he received 1250. Note that the count shows that 2000 votes were cast, agreeing with the actual number of votes cast.

  140. Boambee John

Change those figures to odd numbers, what are the results? Say 873 each.

But these servers belong to the CIA, not Dominion or Sctyl. The U.S. military has full authority to do this because any CIA activity in the European theater is being conducted using military cover. In other words, CIA officers would be identified to the German government (and anyone else asking) as military employees or consultants.

Such an operation would have been carried out with U.S. law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence. That means that the evidence will be under the control of the Department of Justice through US Attorneys and can be used in court or other judicial proceedings.

It’s going to the Supreme Court. No way they refuse to hear this case. No way.

Trump Lawyers: Pennsylvania Lawsuit Dismissal Moves Us Closer to Supreme Court

President Donald Trump’s campaign lawyers said Saturday they would file an appeal to the Third Circuit court after a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit to challenge the results of the election in Pennsylvania.

Trump 2020 attorneys former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis said in a statement:

Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.

The lawsuit argued that the legal guarantee of “equal protection under the law” was violated after counties where voters were primarily Democrats took different approaches than counties where voters were primarily Republicans to help voters with problems with their mail-in ballots.

U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann dismissed the suit on Saturday “with prejudice,” issuing a stinging rebuke to the campaign for trying to “disenfranchise almost seven million voters.” He wrote:

One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened.

Ellis and Giuliani argued that their evidence showed that 682,777 ballots in Pennsylvania were cast illegally, after poll workers denied the Republican party’s right to independent review, and said they wished to present their evidence in court.

“This is just an extension of the Big Tech, Big Media, Corrupt Democrat censorship of damning facts the American public needs to know,” they wrote.

I did explain that assumption. It’s pretty uncontroversial. The fact you didn’t understand it, isn’t really my problem. Just keep thinking that courts declare people innocent if you want.

  167. How many times do I have to link to the official Dominion readout?

They are not official vote tallies. Assuming that Ramsland didn’t just make it up (which is generous given his other incompetence), it was apparently data provided to media organisations, not to electoral commissions. This is at least one step removed from the actual vote tallies. There may have been an error in the code to produce the media feed, yet the actual vote tallies remained as integers.

The screenshot of the affidavit in that Reddit thread conveniently leaves out the rest of point 11, within which that passage is contained… which also makes the blazing error of confusing 19 precincts in Minnesota with Michigan. The text in the Reddit screenshot follows on directly after this egregious error, and its reasoning flows from it. Maybe Ramsland added in the BV and TV columns post facto, based on his screw up.

Forgive me if I distrust the rest of his analysis, as it is connected to this embarrassing lapse.

It’s going to the Supreme Court. No way they refuse to hear this case. No way.

It’s a pathetically weak case legally. None of the courts have given any credence to Trump’s arguments. The evidence is just not being provided to support those arguments.

So the question is: do the supremes take it on, because they’re indebted to Trump, or do they bat it away to maintain any semblance of an independent court? I suspect the latter.

Hey, Montifa and Fallix, could you explain to us ‘illiterates” why a number (WI, MI, PA, GA) of States decided to stop the count at around 11.15pm, Nov 3? Does that seem like a red flag to you? Then, having stated that they would resume counting at 9am the following morning, they resumed counting at 3am instead? Another red flag?

Thanking you in advance for your profound insights.

Justice Alito wouldn’t have done this unless he knew SCOTUS would hear Trump’s case.

This is going to be 2000 & “hanging chads” all over again. SCOTUS constitutionally settled the winner of that election and America didn’t fall apart, and it won’t fall apart this time either when it legally declares President Trump the winner of the EC delegates for Pennsylvania and other states.

They had finished their election day counts so there was nothing to do until the MASSIVE DUMPS IN THE DARK OF NIGHT (h/t OCO). Obviously they had decided to consolidate their absentee ballot counting at a single location in each state to minimise overtime, which makes perfect sense. It took a while to consolidate all the ballots into the massive dumps.

None of this would have been necessary if the Republican legislatures in those states had let the mail-in ballot counting begin a lot earlier, like they did in Florida.

Ringshot is a dishonest sack of shit. Nothing he says should ever be taken at face value.

The six or so battleground states did for a time stop reporting their count. It appears to have been coordinated in order to cheat more effectively. It wasn’t the counting that stopped. It was the reporting.

Brann is a judicial activist; his judgment is here. His first sentence is riddled with factual errors and hyperbole:

In this action, the Trump Campaign and the Individual Plaintiffs (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) seek to discard millions of votes legally cast by Pennsylvanians from all corners – from Greene County to Pike County, and everywhere in between. In other words, Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise
    almost seven million voters.

This is just a lie. Trump wanted the votes counted while GoP scrutineers were thrown out of the ballot counting area, ~660000, not millions, repudiated because they were counted unconstitutionally. That’s incontrovertible. Ballots are not legal unless GoP scrutineers are permitted to observe. This is not strained evidence because it happened and asserting the votes are unconstitutional is not speculative as the activist prick concludes.

Sidney Powell: ‘Biblical’ Lawsuit Coming, Accuses Ga. Gov. Kemp of Deal With Dominion

Levying explosive claims of widespread voter fraud specifically tied to Dominion Voting Systems and potentially a pay-for-play scheme with GOP Gov. Brian Kemp, Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell on Newsmax TV vowed to deliver a “biblical” voter fraud case this week.

“We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together,” Powell told Saturday night’s “The Count” co-hosted by Rob Schmitt and Mark Halperin, teasing the explosive allegation of the Georgia governor in a contested and key battleground state.

“Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical.”

“It’s a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in,” she added.

“You name the manner of fraud and it occurred in Georgia.”

    https://www.newsmax.com/newsmax-tv/sidney-powell-campaign-lawyer-dominion/2020/11/21/id/998181/

And Justice Clarence Thomas has been assigned Georgia and he will decide if President Trump’s appeal goes to the full SCOTUS. That should give us all lots of comfort.

    Sloppy? Overconfident? Invulnerable?

Sloppy. They don’t need decimals as long as they can reassign votes as part of a batch of 100 ballots or more. Then {B:43, T:57} becomes {B:53, T:47}, no need for any 0.825 votes.
They can test to see how quickly votes are coming in and start accumulating them into batches for rigging once the arrival rate is high enough. You could even call this part of the program the “vote quality check queue” or such nonsense, and only a programmer who checks what is done to the entries in the queue would know what was happening. From an end users’ perspective this may just look like a 20 second delay between when the ballot got scanned and when the Absolutely Reliable™Chavez Election™ Total™ next updates on the screen, which is a delay you might expect anyway and is not discernable amidst all the other voting going on.
But that requires a bit more effort than just scaling each vote value by a percentage.
