For its germ warfare actions the CCP to pay the whole world $US100trillions in reparations. And another $US100trillions for past crimes against humanity since 1949.

The only state/territory where we have no family working. We drove through Snowtown once, took A quick pic of the bank, very creepy, abandoned town, lLots of SA is like that..They should have drawn the Goiyder line at Port Lincoln.

I drove through South Australia about 15 years ago and at the time every town had a sign a kilometer or so out saying, “Be careful you are driving through [Name of town]”.

Once I got to the outskirts of Snowtown, I thought, “Yeah, fucking oath.” Then put my foot down.

I think we need to organise a black-ops team to rescue this husband. Just bolt out the door ASAP mate and keep running, better to risk the virus and jail-time then live with that woman!

  5. jupes

    So the dog suffers.

Isn’t cruelty to animals a crime?

Big problem with that. Morrison has judged and juried them out of practical existence.

  7. notafan

Lol no self awareness; Andrea is supercovidKaren.

No-one gets covid from walking the dog.

Daily visit to supermarket still fine in SA.

Letting dogs and children outside, superspreader event.

  8. Shy Ted

Andrea loves Scott. Not. Or hubby. Or men. Or common sense. Ad infinitum. She’s on the list.

Saw an article at zerohedge claiming the the SA Health Officer had declared that the strain in SA is much deadlier than the one common in Vic and the rest of the country. How the hell would she know that at this stage? Like all of them, they just make up stuff as they go. I’m starting to become a Hanrahan.

This is why large, randomised trials like this most recent Danish study are so important if we want to understand the impact of measures like face masks. Many people have argued that it is too difficult to wait for randomised trials – but Danmask-19 has shown that these kind of studies are more than feasible.

And now that we have properly rigorous scientific research we can rely on, the evidence shows that wearing masks in the community does not significantly reduce the rates of infection.

Reading further into that story, the ANU is implicated in this bit of madness.

Well, let’s face it. The booming South Australian economy, drawing in thousands from other states, can easily handle almost indefinite lockdowns. Having blown up a fully functioning power station to help ensure a smooth transition to more reliable energy forms – the sun, after all, never stops shining somewhere – the state has the cheapest and most reliable energy, and thus a perfect foundation for future prosperity. Why the fuss, then? They tell me, my friend, the answer is also blowing in the wind.

  14. notafan

Andrea spends most of her twitter time in criticism of scomo, serious issues like what name he called the Japanese pm.

The tweet before the Karen one was an enquiry about dog walking on behalf of both her and her husband.

  15. yarpos

We have a lady on local radio, Gertude from Mansfield. She thinks Dan has done a wonderful job but should have kept the lockdown going until a magic vaccine appears. I imagine she is trembling under a doona somewhere these days.

  16. miltonf

Sound like a red school ma’am

  17. sfw

yarpos, I would bet she hasn’t lost a cent so far, our irresponsible gov and media have colluded to scare the crap out those incapable of thinking for themselves. I just don’t know where this will end. The effing ridiculous Vic Gov adds keep telling us that “we are on the way to a new normal”. Not normal but a new normal, what do they mean by that? Except that Dan and Scotty don’t want life to get back to what is was at the start of the year and yet people accept this almost without question.

  18. notafan

Mansfield had a big sign up welcoming people from Melbourne back.

The locals that wanted (permanent) road blocks* must be very very traumatised.
    *not for delivery trucks, obviously

There are dogs in a zero carbon (sic) state of SA?

One dog equals a large SUV in carbon (sic) output.

Make no mistake people, we are in the final stages of losing the war. Just prepare and get ready for the great “Reset”

  24. Ken S

On the face of it, it seemed to my first reading that Andrea was sick of her stupid husband avoiding walking the dog on some spurious covid grounds … and was hoping that the police would be reasonable and say “of course you can walk the dog or exercise”. Am I missing something ?

  25. Chris M

the strain in SA is much deadlier

No, you should look up what she said. Essentially claimed it A) short generation so people became infectious quite rapidly generally 24-48 hours and B) mostly showed no symptoms

Yes no joke, it’s so dangerous you may be oblivious to it. Rather like climate change, you can’t see it but the experts know it’s out there. Thankfully we’re not Victorians so won’t comply with this utter nonsense.

  26. mh

    Ken, you may be right.
If the husband is being called a Karen by his appalling wife, then he is the one saying you’re not allowed to walk the dog.
    Andrea believes you can.

  27. notafan

She asked the question on both their parts, got an answer before tweeting this.

So no she’s exactly what people think she is.

Speaking of China, remember back in February all those videos – a steady stream, tgat went viral of chinese people dying in the street, mouth at the mouth foaming, etc, etc.

Or the whole bit where brave chinese doctors were risking all to blow the whistle on the plague like danger of covid19?

So now we know it was propaganda and state manufactured lies.

That time is all pretty awkward to think about now.

  29. mh

So someone in regional areas of SA is imprisoned inside their home, even though no one will have this virus within hundreds of kms of where they live.

Yes, I got conned by that at the time. In hindsight the fact that twitter is banned in China should have been a clue. It was a social media run con even more effective than the mass media con.

Always assume the possibility that exact opposite of what you see in the media (any type) could be true!

  34. cuckoo

Confusing. I saw an SA cop on tv last night shrugging his shoulders and saying, if you take your dog with you on your permitted shopping trip, that’s up to you.

At the same time SBS, which is normally ooga-booga about alcohol as an evil drug of dependence, was tying itself in knots to justify the bottle shop exemption. Their justification? Er, because alcohol deprivation would be bad for people with mental health issues. Somehow I don’t ever expect to see them run that excuse again when things return to normal.

Apparently its a UK variety of the virus, or so a spokesthing on their ABC said a couple of days ago.

  43. thefrollickingmole

So in effect the apparently “less lethal” strain has been crushed in Austfaliure by sthaknovite Dan and we are now being exposed to the new killer-killer version.

  44. Real Deal

Maybe all this dog walking was to escape sharing lock down with her. Perhaps he wants to spend more time with his Schnauzer than with her.

CL thry’re tens in QLD – call them a pot and you’ll probably get sprayed with detol because they” know instantly that your an diseased Victorian

  47. EvilElvis

If SA stays true to form Andrea should end up in a barrel.

Nope. They’re pots (or tens) in every pub I’ve been in.

But at least SA admitted it was a blunder and cancelled the worst of the lockdown almost immediately. Unlike Dan Andrews who made everyone else pay for his mistakes for 3 months.
