Interesting to note. Hawaii certified the vote for Nixon. They then recertified the vote for Kennedy.

Because a vote is certified, it doesn’t mean that it can’t change. There is precedent.

The Kraken lawsuits were already released by Sidney Powell. They were literally based on Q drops, stopping just this side of the Protocols. They will be rejected with prejudice, like other Trump suits.

Anyone else who claims their stuff is the Kraken is lying.

Barr and Durham are yet to enter the picture.

Put yourself in their shoes. A Biden Presidency would never allow them to retain their positions and just “carry on as normal”. They’re toast and they know it.

What do you think is going to happen? The clock is ticking, so I’m expecting something big is coming within the next 10 days.

Barr is part of the Deep State

When you hear Barr has been replaced by an acting A.-G. (and Mike Flynn is appointed acting CIA Director) then you’ll know the Kraken release is imminent

  11. egg_ says:

Shiva demonstrated in Maricopa county, just as everyone suspected, voter turnout is directly proportional to the major parties – the more a precinct votes GOP, the voter turnout goes up and conversely the more a precinct votes Dem the voter turnout goes down.

I just don’t know how they’re going to prove this: joe won big in 6 swing states, on the POTUS ballot; in those swing states the down ballot for the demorats was terrible; even in the swing states the POTUS to joe was limited to far fewer counties then any other POTUS; outside of those limited counties, all in the capitals, joe’s POTUS numbers were much less than Trumps. All of the POTUS anomalies for joe were after the dumps and the removal of the GoP scrutineers. I would really like to see a breakup of where joe’s popular vote is based on.

This is the biggest bullshit ever, iran and the chunks are loving it; big tech and the media are loving it. At this stage I think people should be shot. Not that I’m advocating violence.

  17. Armadillo says:

    “Conspiracy theorists” has failed.

The “great reset” was regarded as a conspiracy theory. They now all openly admit that it’s absolutely true.

  18. Rorschach says:

However, this all assumes that the server logs haven’t been wiped, in which case, it may not be clear who made the changes, but evidence that the changes were made should be enough to overturn the results. I agree that assigning actual blame and culpability will require a physical inspection of the infrastructure and application layers logs and traffic.

Wiping the server logs and various audit trails is symptomatic of criminal activity in its own right. There are statutory requirements for data retention – and from memory – anything to do with US elections has to be kept for at least 2 years. But the problem with manipulated server logs is that if there is manipulation, it can be equally claimed that the “other side” is doing the manipulation and framing the other. Electronic records have a hard time standing up in a court of law.

But the way I see it:

The onus of proof of malfeasance is on the plaintiff. A government / AUSTRAC type body gets the data automatically .. a private suit, even if it is the DNC/POTUS needs proof of malfeasance before they can prove malfeasance. AHEM. Which is why all the suits are being turfed. They also need to prove that there was damage [i.e. the suit may be turfed on the basis that even if fraud occurred, it would not change the result – so cause no damage].

And this is why the certification of the results is actually a good thing. We now have proof that fraud has occurred, we now have damage [results certified] and we can have a very good basis of assuming that the damage was material – i.e. likely multiple thousands of votes illegally or fraudulently counted. [Remember – there are cases where down-ballot races were decided by a few hundred or even less votes – so these SHOULD be examined].

With all this in law, even if it has to go to the USSC, will be enough to justify a full forensic examination. Looking at paper [were these printed on different paper? were they not folded?], at ink [was the same ink used for multiple consecutive ballots], DNA [was the ballot envelope sealed with the same saliva] and then of course the possibility of electronic adjustments in the voting system.

I would bet that – knowing that particularly in Philly / Detroit there always is fraud – and finding it will cause a lot of headaches.

So will the USSC take it on? Will they then have the guts to rule on this in Trump’s favour. These are HUGE questions as the consequences are massive. Loss of confidence in the electoral process being the least of the problem! The big Media / Big Tech / Big Military industries have trillions on the line. And possible jail time for the principals. They will fight. And they will encourage the ANTIFA/BLM types to fight in the streets! What now?

Remember when the left said there was no evidence of any fraud?
Remember when the left said there was no evidence of widespread significant fraud?
    Where is the left now?

if you take away all of the voter fraud in Pennsylvania that involved illegally voting for Trump, you do not have one single, documented case of voter fraud in Pennsylvania.

    The gosh-there-is-widespread-fraud-but-it-did-not-benefit-Biden stage of denial.

Trump does not even need Penn necessarily.
Without any of these battleground states they are sitting on Trump 232 and Biden 233 for the EC.
Under currently contested fake result they have Trump 232 and Biden 306.
Arizona is looking more like they will do the Constitutionally right thing first. Take 11 off Sleepy.
The steal in Georgia was so blatant, surely that will be nullified too, there’s -16.
That brings Sleepy down to 279.
Getting the election nullified in either Wisconsin or Michigan leaves Sleepy short of 270, and it’s on to a Congressional contingent election. Don’t even need Penn. But if justice and law prevail, he will pick up Pennsylvania too, as the lovely Kayleigh McEnany reminds us:

    PENNSYLVANIA:
    2016: 266 THOUSAND mail-in ballots, about 1% invalid
    2020: 2.6 MILLION mail-ins, just 0.038% invalid
    27 TIMES higher acceptance rate!

Statistical evidence is admissible, this has been established already.

•The Beijing Biden barge is trying to use the momentum of sheer audacity to keep the planned sequence of events sailing along despite having zero wind and accumulating a lot of ballot barnacles and witness whelks on its hull.
•The Trump Train is building a stronger fire in its boiler and starting to make progress in both legislative and legal redress. (The Pennsylvania voter fraud court case is now lodged with SCOTUS and Arizona is at least getting a special session to potentially stop their vote certification.)

BUSTED: Mike Pompeo Says He Has List of American Governors Named as ‘Friendly’ by Communist China
Flashback to 9 Feb 2020 but still important to note (perhaps with respect to the seized German servers?)
    From the article:
In a shocking speech in front of the National Governors Association, Secretary Mike Pompeo revealed that he is in possession of a list of American governors who have been listed as “friendly” by Chinese Communist infiltrators.

Pompeo said he received an invitation from a former governor to attend a networking event that promised great “deal-making” opportunities with the Chinese government. This networking event was run by “The Chinese People’s Association for Friendship in Foreign Countries,” said Pompeo. But what the participants might not have known is that “the group is the public face of the Chinese Communist party’s official foreign influence agency, the United Front Work Department.” Pompeo knew of this connection from his time at the CIA.

He questioned the governors on how many of them knew that this group was a communist front group. “What if you made a new friend while you were at that event?” he asked. “What if your new friend offered to invest big money in your state, perhaps in your pension, an industry sensitive to our national security?”

And then he dropped a huge bomb on the crowd. “These aren’t hypotheticals,” he continued. “Last year a Chinese government-backed think tank in Beijing produced a report that assessed all fifty of America’s governors on their attitudes toward China. They labeled each of you friendly, hardline, or ambiguous.” Pompeo continued, “I’ll let you decide where you think you belong, someone in China already has. Many of you, indeed, in that report, are referenced by name.”

Gen. McInerney reports US Special Forces attacked CIA server farm in Germany

He said, in server seizure operation, 5 soldiers killed, servers secured.

Lt General Thomas McInerney and Lt General Michael Flynn gave interviews to WVW Broadcasting Network today. It was Flynn’s first interview since his pardon.

In stunning testimony, McInerney stated his sources have told him U.S. Army Special Forces, possibly the famed Delta Force, raided the CIA-run server farm in Frankfurt, Germany. 5 soldiers were killed in the ensuing firefight, as well as one CIA paramilitary. The CIA personnel were allegedly flown in from Afghanistan for security, according to reports.

Subsequent review of the secured servers yielded proof that China, Iran, and Russia were involved in the attempted coup against President Donald Trump, who will be shown to have won an overwhelming victory for the American people, McInerney revealed.

“These people have committed treason,” declared McInerney. He pleaded with President Trump to not leave office until the treason is uncovered, otherwise America will be fatally wounded and ripe for takeover by our enemies.

“THE KRAKEN’ is a reference to the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, based out of U.S. Army Fort Huachuca, Arizona,” Lt. General Thomas McInerney revealed.

McInerney also stated that he believes President Trump knew the steal was coming, hence his executive order issued for sanctions for interference in our elections by foreign powers.

McInerney clarified that Powell had been using data provided by the 305th, and others, as fuel for legal battles, including her Georgia lawsuit, which alleges that the Chinese, Russians, and Iranians used Dominion to interfere in the 2020 U.S. Presidential election.

“Sidney and the President through, I believe, General Flynn, have got the ‘Kraken’ organization, the 305 Military Intelligence Battalion, working with them,” said McInerney. “Because in all of this, we have not seen any footprints of the DOJ, of the FBI, nor the CIA on the friendly side. It’s been on the ‘Deep State’ side.”

U.S. military seized Dominion servers in Germany?

“Special Operations Forces seized those, that facility, so they have those servers” said McInerney. McInerney added that the raid did not go “without incident” and stated that U.S. soldiers faced casualties during the operation:

“My initial report is that U.S. soldiers were killed in that operation. Now, that was a CIA operation, so that’s the very worrisome thing. Did that occur because of what Mary and I, and Allen, were notifying on Sunday and the Monday in different networks, that this was going to happen, that they were using Hammer and Scorecard…”

When WVW-TV’s Brannon Howse pushed, “But you are saying that it was a CIA facility, and that was where the server was taken from, by these special forces, was a CIA facility in Germany?” McInerney responded saying, “Yes. That’s correct. Frankfurt, Germany.”

He continues to explain how various elements of the U.S. government, such as the “Deep State”, the executive, the legislature, and the judiciary, are involved in “this coup d’etat.”

“This is treason. Benedict Arnold gave away West Point, or tried to, in the Revolutionary War. We haven’t seen treason to this magnitude ever in our history,” said McInerney.

McInerney stated further that President Donald Trump must not leave the Oval Office until the American people have “had a full disclosure of what’s going on.”

“What you’re saying is that President Trump needs to fulfill his oath that he took to defend America against enemies both foreign and domestic, and he must not let deadlines stop him from fulfilling that oath. Is that what I hear you say?” Howse asked.

McInerney responded by saying “That is exactly what you heard me say Brannon.”

“Well if they do, then, the American people must demand that the President stay in office until this is cleared up, because it’s treason. It’s a coup d’etat against the government of the United States and we cannot accept that,” said McInerney.

The general claimed to be confident that widespread voter fraud will be revealed upon the inspection of the Dominion servers seized in Germany.

Reports are now circulating that General Flynn is involved in helping the President with a private intelligence operation.

Who knows what is going on in America (I mean apart form Monty, Numbers and Kruell who know everything)?

This is for everything, but alas, the Democrat fraud machine has seriously wounded America. It can never be a moral voice on democracy again. Given it’s totally corrupt judiciary, it can never be credible as a country that abides by the rule of law again – unfortunately theDemocrats have destroyed America, and the West will go down with her. If Biden is the next POTUS then the mass of voters who voted Trump will never accept that he legitimately won. If Trump wins then the Antifa crowd will go bananas.

We lived through the beginning of the end of the West, because Democrats wanted to keep the wars in the Middle East going and opposed the Trump – Kushner success in bringing Israel and its Sunni neighbours to a normalised relationship. Whatever happens after this election, the US will be grievously damaged. There is no doubt there was massive fraud, and everyone including Monty and numbers knows it. I have been of the view that the American Left has been trying to provoke a civil war for quite some time, but they want conservatives to fire the first shot.

If Trump prevails, as he should, then there is going to be some serious clean up and the institutional resistance will be extreme and the CCP and domestic terrorists like Antifa and BLM will go wild. Trump has never been in full control of his military, his foreign affairs, his justice dept, FBI or intel community. Some people in these departments have been doing what they want and against the direction of the POTUS. Whether you like Trump or not, the statements by the outgoing US ambassador to Syria that the military and embassy lied to Trump to keep troops in Syria that Trump had ordered out is shocking.in a sane world the ambassador would be arrested and the generals involved court martialled. But there will be no consequence because America is so institutionally corrupt.

Unfortunately we in the west have created such powerful bureaucracies that they now think they should call the shots. How many times have politicians like the feckless and spineless SCOMO said he has taken advice on an issue? The more power our elected leaders give to bureaucrats the less likely the bureaucrats will be to give that power back and the more likely they will be to abuse that power.

Government is a good thing, but big and powerful governments are the most dangerous thing mankind has ever created. All the greatest crimes in modern history have been committed by government. If you want to kill on an industrial scale like Hitler, Stalin, Mao or Pol Pot, you need the full resources of the state to do so. Right now the bureaucracy in America is trying to overthrow the President, something they have been trying to do for four years. If Trump doesn’t win, then the faceless bureaucrats will be in charge. The only upside of a Biden win will be when the Dems realise that they are now beholden to a bureaucracy they help to make so powerful.

If Biden does win then I expect very few Trump supporters to accept the result. Right now America is on the balance. The best outcome is a Trump win and a rapid clean out of the “resistance” and a quick round up of the leadership and most violent members of the CCP backed domestic terrorist organisations like Antifa and BLM.

    *Trump’s “democracy” – 2016
    56.9% turnout
    46.1% Trump
    48.2% Clinton
That turnout means that 43.1% of voters had no say in the outcome, and of the 56.9% who did, the majority (48.2%) didn’t vote for Trump.
Or put another way, 91.3% (48.2% + 43.1%) didn’t vote for the incumbent.

You were wise to steer clear of percentages this time.

  129. John Comnenus says:

What’s the bet Billy Barr gets the arse before Trump does.

WASHINGTON — Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

His comments come despite President Donald Trump’s repeated claims that the election was stolen, and his refusal to concede his loss to President-Elect Joe Biden.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Barr said U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but they’ve uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome of the election.

  132. John Comnenus says:

The old canard thrown up when you have non compulsory voting – the majority of people don’t decide, a majority of voters decide and the majority of voters is likely to be a minority of the electorate. Essentially if you don’t vote you accept the decision made by the people who do vote. The theory is that people engaged with the issues will vote. On the other hand when you have compulsory you are more likely to get a majority decision but you get a whole lot of low information voters who are not really making an informed decision.

The old canard thrown up when you have non compulsory voting – the majority of people don’t decide, a majority of voters decide and the majority of voters is likely to be a minority of the electorate.

If the majority of people don’t decide, to call the country a “democracy” is an abuse of language.

Any government by the people, for the people, needs to have the following characteristics –
    1. Collaboration and cooperation should be encouraged. The Kiwis Mixed Member Proportional system does that.
    2. Hyper partisanship is destructive and should be avoided. Again, the MMP system goes a long way towards that.
    3. Minorities, especially indigenous minorities, should have their voices heard. The Maori seats do that.

Another day in America, nothing but bad news for the Trump campaign. You love to see it.

Bob Mueller finally snapped the cuffs on Trump?

  166. cohenite says:

The old bastard troll rabbiting on at length about voting systems, which is odd for many reasons mainly because it can’t count and it belongs to an ideology which only seeks power based on whatever it takes and voting be damned.

The EC is as good as it gets. It simultaneously caters for smaller less populated regions while being based on the majority vote within those less populated regions. In fact this is what has worked against it with the cheating occurring in maybe 1/2 dozen of the most populated counties of those less populated regions in the 6 swing states.

Credit where credit is due; this cheating is both brazen and ingenious and essentially simple.

Anyway, with Barr navel gazing we, the voter, now know the state of play.

  167. Mother Lode says:

Mueller has probably learned the lesson by which leftists seem forever to be taken by surprise even though examples abound.

When he was running his fatuous inquiry he was the left’s lion on the spoor of the mortally wounded Trump. They loved him. They probably named drinks after him. Democrat men may well have cried out “Mueller! Mueller! MUELLER!” in throes of ecstasy as their husbands reamed them.

But then Mueller delivered a list of rumours as groundless as they were salacious*, finishing off with saying that there was insufficient evidence to pursue prosecution.

After that he became the enemy. He had not tried hard enough. Not looked in the right places. Secretly in league with Trump to make sure the inquiry went nowhere.

The left hate the right with passion. But they hate each other with purpose, with vindictiveness, and with newfound solidarity.

In the most extraordinary report, a U.S. Postal Service contractor said his trailer full of 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots, which he drove between New York and Pennsylvania, disappeared after he delivered it to a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, depot.

Another claimed that ballots were backdated by postal workers, and in Traverse City, Michigan, Trump campaign mail was put in bins labeled “Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail” while the same type of mail for Joe Biden was ordered to be delivered on time…

The Dems are excellent cheaters. In some ways it’s awesome how they have pulled this off – different, varied types of fraud in all the usual ways and then some, and including electronic, but honed into exactly when and where needed. Also some stand-over tactics and threats to families of repubs/judiciary etc.
I reckon even Trump might be impressed so to speak by the organisation that has gone into this by now and wondering – is it relevant to keep trying to overturn the fraud. Would it be better just to gather MAGA and split off into a new party, given he has massive support.

He is a very robust male and might just do that. There seems no reason for the Republicans to continue as they are particularly as ones like Romney and so on are more Democrat than Repub and despise MAGA.

  181. jupes says:

The Trump Legal Team, led by Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, said in response to Barr’s comments:

With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation. We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined. We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud. As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth.

Nonetheless, we will continue our pursuit of the truth through the judicial system and state legislatures, and continue toward the Constitution’s mandate and ensuring that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is not. Again, with the greatest respect to the Attorney General, his opinion appears to be without any knowledge or investigation of the substantial irregularities and evidence of systemic fraud.

After the interview was published, CNN reported that Barr arrived at the White House:

I hope Trump sacks the useless piece of shit. Put someone like Gowdie in to replace him, then put Sidney Powell in charge of the FBI and Mike Flynn in charge of the CIA.

That would put the cat amongst the pigeons.

And in 2020, those diebold voting machines are now owned by….guess who! LOL.

  185. dover_beach says:

So much is happening right now. In WI, the Election Commission is in meeting, the Chairman, a Democrat, was rebuked for ‘certifying’ without authority, and the Trump campaign just dumped a four-pronged lawsuit that involves potentially 221K invalid ballots. In MI, there are hearings conducting witness statements of election fraud. In Virginia, there was a press conference conducted by the Amistad Project involving the movement of 122-244K ballots being transported across state borders in mid-West. In NV, there is going to be an evidentiary hearing on Thursday. And in AZ, the shit is hitting the fan as state and federal politicians and voters express extreme dismay at the certification occurring even as the hearings were taking place and threats that members of Congress could challenge the electoral college in January.

  186. m0nty says:

I reckon even Trump might be impressed so to speak by the organisation that has gone into this by now and wondering – is it relevant to keep trying to overturn the fraud. Would it be better just to gather MAGA and split off into a new party, given he has massive support.

That would be terrible, the left would be completely owned, please don’t do that.

  187. cohenite says:

We should have a thread looking at what is going to happen if Trump leaves. In the meantime, it’s been put up before but worth repeating: 20 of the electoral anomalies:

    1. Biden allegedly got 80 million votes, which is more than Obama received at his peak, in 2008 – and Biden did this despite losing minority voters to Donald Trump and trailing Trump in voter enthusiasm.

    2. Biden broke 60 years of precedent by winning nationally despite losing prodigiously in bellwether states and counties. The last time this happened was when the mafia got out the vote for John F. Kennedy in 1960.

    3. Trump had extraordinary coattails, so much so that even the New York Times admitted that the “Democrats Suffered Crushing Down-Ballot Losses Across America.” Think about that: Biden had no coattails and no enthusiasm, yet he allegedly won a record number of votes. Smells fetid to me.

    4. Biden barely made it through the primaries, while Trump soared, with Trump’s performance being a historically sure sign of voter enthusiasm and probable victory – yet Biden, again, allegedly scored an equally historically strong victory.

    5. Trump exceeded his original vote count by the largest margin for any incumbent in American history. He got 10 million more votes than before; by contrast, Obama, in 2012, got 3.5 million fewer votes than in 2008.

    6. Trump’s support among blacks grew by 50%, while Biden’s fell below the important 90%-mark that Democrat candidates need to secure victory.

    7. In the Rust Belt, Biden lost black support everywhere except in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee. In those cities, every single black person apparently voted for Biden.

    8. While pollsters can and do manipulate polling outcomes, non-polling metrics (historical norms such as the economy, enthusiasm, etc.) have never been wrong – only we’re being told that this year was the exception.

    9. The fact that Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia simultaneously pretended to halt ballot counting while continuing to count is evidence of election fraud collusion.

    10. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.

    11. The scanners were almost certainly programmed to fail to keep audit records.

    12. In the contested states, the voting machines were alleged to have processed hundreds of thousands of ballots within a short time, which is a physical impossibility.

    13. In Pennsylvania, statistically impossible numbers of late-arriving mail-in votes went to Biden.

    14. Dominion and ES&S voting machines were created to have back doors and specific functions to manipulate votes either at the machine or over the internet.

    15. Fox News’s behavior on election night (refusing to call pro-Trump outcomes while prematurely calling Arizona for Biden) was so abnormal that Vegas oddsmakers instantly assumed that the fix was in.

    16. The allegedly late-arriving mailed-in ballots increased Biden’s equally alleged lead with statistically impossible perfection and stability.

    17. There were anomalies in Virginia that suggested that computers were subtracting votes from Trump and, sometimes, giving them to Biden.

    18. One analysis shows that voting machines in Michigan systematically removed votes from Trump and handed them to Biden. I saw a rebuttal (which I cannot locate now) that purported to debunk this but did so by using a different scale on the X-axis, which I found inherently suspicious.

    19. Over 100,000 Pennsylvania absentee ballots were returned either a day after they were mailed out, on the day they were mailed out, or on the day before they were mailed out.

    20. In all the contested areas, and at Dominion’s website, Democrats have been systematically failing to create or have destroyed all data that could be used to demonstrate fraud. This creates the legal presumption that the data do, in fact, show fraud.

The appointment of USAO Durham as SC violates the very regulation that Barr cites:
” The Special Counsel shall be selected from outside the United States Government. “

    https://twitter.com/TheLastRefuge2/status/1333904128125378562

Incoming Biden just eliminates Durham because his status is in violation of the statute that authorized his existence.
    https://twitter.com/TheLastRefuge2/status/1333904456317071362

The most obvious answer is the appointment of a special counsel blocks President Trump from declassifying material under the investigative authority of Durham.
Barr has painted Trump into a legal box, and justified the non-release of evidence adverse to FBI/DOJ and Mueller.

Now we just found out it’s because their guys at Dominion bought all of those companies, with the blessing of Obama:

Waldron went on to explain that Dominion Voting Systems has acquired other voting companies, including Premier Election Solutions [Diebold] and Sequoia Voting Systems.

On May 19, 2010, under the leadership of Eric Holder, Obama/Biden’s justice department settled the anti-trust case with the sale of ES&S’s legacy Diebold Premier Election assets to Dominion Voting Systems

Hey m0nty, in the 2000’s boingboing all of the other midwit “tech” goon sights was breathlessly showcasing dozens and dozens and dozens of stories like:

Diebold voting machines can be 0wned in minutes

Diebold’s notoriously insecure voting machines — in use across the USA — have been found to have an even deeper vulnerability than previously known. A new report by Harri Hursti, released on BlackBoxVoting, documents how an attacker with a few moments’ of private physical access to a machine could compromise it and load it with his own software, compromising every function of the machine, including the ability to count votes. — Read the rest

    And :

Black Box Voting has released its stats from its investigation of the electronic voting machines used in 2004 in Palm Beach County, Florida: they found over 100,000 anomalies in the logs:

The internal logs of at least 40 Sequoia touch-screen voting machines reveal that votes were time and date-stamped as cast two weeks before the election, sometimes in the middle of the night…

Dozens of voting machines were turned off during the middle of the election while the polls were open.

    And

Diebold’s voting machines have a stunning security defect:

Manipulation technique found in the Diebold central tabulator — 1,000 of these systems are in place, and they count up to two million votes at a time.

By entering a 2-digit code in a hidden location, a second set of votes is created.

Was all of it a lie? Was boingboing and reddit and slashdot and the NYtimes lying to you with a mass misinformation campaign about insecure voting machines during the 2000’s?

    Uh-oh.

  207. twostix says:

All those machines and system in the hundreds of articles written during the 2000’s about “insecure” easily “hackable” Diebold voting machines are now owned by Dominion thanks to the Obama administration’s intervention.

Now we know why voting machines conspicuously never came up during the last four years when they were accusing Trump and Russia of “hacking” the election.

“Sssssshh, stay away from that stuff – we own them now!”

  208. m0nty says:

Was all of it a lie? Was boingboing and reddit and slashdot and the NYtimes lying to you with a mass misinformation campaign about insecure voting machines during the 2000’s?

Dunno. That was a long time ago in software terms, though. Technological development marches on. I daresay the Dominion machines have little or no code from the Diebold machines, probably written in a different language.

Was there any massive software cheating in this election? I would have thought the recounts in Wisconsin and Georgia would have put a lie to that one. The discrepancies, all on minor scales, have come from human error with missing data.

Is it technically possible to cheat in state elections using Dominion? Sure. That is true of any software voting system. Is it operationally possible to cheat in state elections using Dominion given the large amount of people who check the numbers in real time? No, it’s not really. The conspiracy would have to include way too many people to be workable. There is no way you get 10,000+ people across six states to join that sort of conspiracy without a single person snitching.
