Long document, difficult to see if it will get up at all or not, makes some big claims.
As explained and demonstrated in the accompanying redacted
declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military
Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic
intelligence, the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf
of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the
most recent US general election in 2020. This Declaration further includes a
copy of the patent records for Dominion Systems in which Eric Coomer is
listed as the first of the inventors of Dominion Voting Systems. (See
Attached hereto as Exh. 8, copy of redacted witness affidavit, 17 pages,
November 23, 2020).
15.
Expert Navid Keshavarez-Nia explains that US intelligence services
had developed tools to infiltrate foreign voting systems including Dominion.
He states that Dominion’s software is vulnerable to data manipulation by
unauthorized means and permitted election data to be altered in all
battleground states. He concludes that hundreds of thousands of votes that
were cast for President Trump in the 2020 general election were transferred
to former Vice-President Biden. (Exh. 26).

Zippy has shown superior betting strategy this Election.
Tinny bastard.
What relief they request from the courts…
For these reasons, Plaintiff asks this Court to enter a judgment in
their favor and provide the following emergency relief:
1. An order directing Governor Kemp, Secretary Raffensperger and the
Georgia State Board of Elections to de-certify the election results;
2. An order enjoining Governor Kemp from transmitting the currently
certified election results to the Electoral College;
3. An order requiring Governor Kemp to transmit certified election
results that state that President Donald Trump is the winner of the
election;
101
4. An immediate order to impound all the voting machines and
software in Georgia for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs.
5. An order that no votes received or tabulated by machines that were
not certified as required by federal and state law be counted.
6. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia Secretary of State
Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 violates the Electors and Elections Clause,
U.S. CONST. art. I, § 4;
7. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia’s failed system of
signature verification violates the Electors and Elections Clause by
working a de facto abolition of the signature verification
requirement;
8. A declaratory judgment declaring that current certified election
results violates the Due Process Clause, U.S. CONST. Amend. XIV;
9. A declaratory judgment declaring that mail-in and absentee ballot
fraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statistically
valid sampling that properly verifies the signatures on absentee
ballot envelopes and that invalidates the certified results if the
recount or sampling analysis shows a sufficient number of ineligible
absentee ballots were counted;
102
10. An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be
Seized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—by
plaintiffs’ expects;
11. A declaratory judgment declaring absentee ballot fraud occurred
in violation of Constitutional rights, Election laws and under state
law;
12. A permanent injunction prohibiting the Governor and Secretary
of State from transmitting the currently certified results to the
Electoral College based on the overwhelming evidence of election
tampering;
13. Immediate production of 36 hours of security camera recording of
all rooms used in the voting process at State Farm Arena in Fulton
County, GA from 12:00am to 3:00am until 6:00pm on November 3.
14. Plaintiffs further request the Court grant such other relief as is
just and proper, including but not limited to, the costs of this action
and their reasonable attorney fees and expenses pursuant to 42
U.S.C. 1988.

Shut up – my Betfair average is a feeble 4.06.
Goddamit!!
🤣🤣
Gunner Im not convinced unless the expert witnessess have some strong stuff to back it up.
For instance there is mention of China/foreign actors interfering but nothing I spotted in the skim outlining it beyond references to vulnerabilities if they are internet connected.
This might be something..
Plaintiffs have learned that the representation about “a water leak
affecting the room where absentee ballots were counted” was not true. The
only water leak that needed repairs at State Farm Arena from November 3 –
November 5 was a toilet overflow that occurred earlier on November 3. It
had nothing to do with a room with ballot counting, but the false water break
representation led to “everyone being sent home.” Nonetheless, first six (6)
people, then three (3) people stayed until 1:05 a.m. working on the
computers.
But like I said I think its on strongest ground where it points out the massive breaches in procedure.
The Georgia Election Code instructs those who handle absentee ballots
to follow a clear procedure:
Upon receipt of each [absentee] ballot, a registrar or clerk shall write
the day and hour of the receipt of the ballot on its envelope. The
registrar or clerk shall then compare the identifying information
on the oath with the information on file in his or her office, shall
compare the signature or make on the oath with the signature or
mark on the absentee elector’s voter card or the most recent update
to such absentee elector’s voter registration card and application for
absentee ballot or a facsimile of said signature or maker taken from
said card or application, and shall, if the information and signature
appear to be valid and other identifying information appears to be
correct, so certify by signing or initialing his or her name below the
21
voter’s oath. Each elector’s name so certified shall be listed by the
registrar or clerk on the numbered list of absentee voters prepared
for his or her precinct.
,,,,,
The Georgia Legislature also provided for the steps to be followed by
County Officials with respect to defective absentee ballots:
If the elector has failed to sign the oath, or if the
signature does not appear to be valid, or if the elector has failed
to furnish required information or information so furnished does
not conform with that on file in the registrar’s or clerk’s office,
or if the elector is otherwise found disqualified to vote, the registrar
or clerk shall write across the face of the envelope “Rejected,” giving
the reason therefor. The board of registrars or absentee ballot clerk
shall promptly notify the elector of such rejection, a copy of which
notification shall be retained in the files of the board of registrars or
absentee ballot clerk for at least one year.

The Dominion complaint is a process complaint: to wit any ballot counting process which cannot be checked is invalid. The Dominion counting process cannot be checked within the machine itself because of its programming and is therefore invalid. On top of that the many documented examples of electoral fraud involving the Dominion machine consistent with that being its purpose, to manipulate election results. She has the expert witnesses and employee witnesses for this.
Monst
You’re now an expert on US election law?
Who knew.
Get back in the basement.. Now!
How do State Republicans deal with so many concerned citizens and how will those same citizens multiplied respond if nothing is done? Without the support of the citizenry (and especially for them) Republican electors, those members may not be re-elected. The fact that the steal has been so big so as to counteract the huge numbers who voted for President Trump must be causing much disquiet to these various state legislature panels. I see rock and hard place ahead.
Frolicking:
So most of the relief requested is about things to help them prove fraud or corruption. Except this one:
Wouldn’t they need all their other relief first, before they could prove their claims, and then figure out the consequences on the count of the ‘legal’ votes.
I guess it is easier to go straight for the outcome you want, before you have your evidence.
No! Evidence!

Fortunately they have a slightly deeper talent pool in the US. For now.
Well Trump has launched his counter offensive. A counter attack simply recovers lost ground. A counter offensive is where you strategically shift from defence to attack. The selection of thanksgiving eve is clever. Lots of families coming together means Trump 75 mil supporters will tell their families what the media and social media are trying to censor. Master stroke. Will it work? Time will tell.
Powell’s Kraken lawsuit cites Ron Watkins and a source identical to the bio of Q, and accuses Iran and China of working together to overthrow the US government. It’s just Q gussied up in a suit.
No wonder Giuliani underbussed her. Her top paddock is full of poisonous frogs.
monty posits that Iran and China are good guys, incapable of fuckery.
What a child.
For Dot and JC in particular:
Evidence of a fact is direct where a witness claims to have had a sensory perception of the existence of a fact, and this evidence, when taken alone (and if believed) can tend to establish the existence of a fact in issue on the trial. A lot of evidence given at a trial is direct in this sense, but a case can be said to be based on direct evidence only where this fact in issue points to proof of all of the elements (or the ultimate facts in issue) of the crime or of the civil cause of action.
Evidence of a fact in issue is based on circumstantial evidence where proof of fact is an inference drawn from the existence of a number of other facts (or circumstances). A case is based on circumstantial evidence where at least one of the ultimate facts in issue is to be proved in this way. It is easy to see that most cases are of this kind. Such as where to prove that an accused intended to do something, the evidence is that he had a motive to do so, which involves drawing an inference of intent from evidence of motive. Then evidence of motive is in turn usually drawn from evidence of one, or usually more, particular facts.
It is hard to postulate a situation where a case can be said to be based only on direct evidence. One example cited is where the prosecution adduces evidence that the accused admitted the existence facts which would establish all the elements of the crime (a confession in common law language). But on analysis it can be seen that here the evidence is circumstantial in nature. The admission is comprised of a number of words (“I shot her intending to kill”). But it won’t be enough for the prosecution to prove merely this fact. Taken alone, these words lack a sense of reality. To give them probative force, there must be other pieces of evidence, such as when, where, and in what circumstances the statement was made if the fact-finder is to be persuaded that the words of admission prove what they assert to be the facts. Once we take the words together with the other facts, the case becomes circumstantial.
This true too of identification evidence, which is evidence from a witness that a person seen on one occasion (such as when striking someone), is seen on a later occasion (such as in a line-up, or on a photo-board) and said to be the same person. Again this evidence lacks force unless there is other evidence, such as the condition of the light, and the distance between the witness and the person, at the time of the first sighting, and of the second. (By the way, identification evidence is notoriously unreliable.)
What judges and lawyers probably mean is that a case is primarily based on direct as against circumstantial evidence. But this has not stopped them formulating rules that assume a clear distinction.
One more comment for those who read the Pell case judgments closely. Weinberg JA (at para 950 of his judgment) said that Portelli gave direct evidence that, if accepted, provided a complete answer to the complainant’s evidence in relation to the alleged sacristy incident. This I think refers to the evidence of Portelli that on both of the relevant Sundays, he stood on the Cathedral steps with the Cardinal for more than 10 Minutes. This looks like a situation where the defendant’s case was established only by direct evidence. But as I read Weinberg’s summary, this evidence was based on, or accompanied by, a number of more particular pieces of evidence that gave credibility to what Portelli said he recalled, and thus his evidence of what he recalled was based on circumstantial evidence.
Here endeth the lesson.
Trump, the outsider, has been a unifying force for the base. The extend of the fraud is the trigger that will unite the Trump voters even more.
Here, in Australia, we have Conservatives in small factions. Until the groups and parties are willing to set aside minor differences and big egos and band together the situation will not change.
Ha – nice, rafiki

They’re partisan, of course, but they’re perfectly credible. I reckon their testimonies will be accepted in the court of public opinion. What do you think, m0nty?
Attorney Sidney Powell Files 104 Page BOMBSHELL COMPLAINT of Massive Fraud in Georgia Election
Filing here.
Technically I am paying, because JC whined about setting a line and we negotiated Biden 310. He came five votes short, but I’m happy to pay under those circumstances.
Not interested in Sidney Powell’s case. The real action is elsewhere.
Rafki
Wow, you did it!
You seriously believe Biden got more votes than Hillary.
Ahahahahahaha. By the way, the election has not been called.
Pipes are bursting again, m0nty!
(neat dovetail with the convenient burst water pipe in that counting room in Atlanta)
Apparently in PA only the POTUS has been certified; none of the other contests have.
Mainstream media isn’t reporting it, OCO. I don’t see much of it on Fox. It’s irrelevant, except in the fever swamps where the Trump cult likes to go.
Gab
This is the funniest thing. I was kind of surprised back in 16 that Crooked didn’t mount much of a protest for a re-count etc. I thought to myself, that’s not the Demons because they’re literally like Christ. Christ could turn stuff into bread while the demons can turn nothing into lots of votes. She stayed quiet.
It’s all coming to me now. The reason she remained relatively quiet is because if the risk their massive cheating would be come out. They just didn’t cheat enough to put them over the line.
GOP effort to invalidate more than 2.5 million votes in Pennsylvania dealt another setback
By Elise Viebeck and Josh Dawsey November 25, 2020 at 6:12 p.m. CST
Republicans faced another procedural setback in a Pennsylvania lawsuit seeking to invalidate more than 2.5 million votes, as a temporary order blocking further certification of election results was stayed on appeal from state officials who had already formalized President-elect Joe Biden’s win the day before.
Legal experts said the case had little chance of success, much like the other last-ditch GOP election lawsuits pending in battleground states. Republicans have gained no substantive traction across more than two dozen cases trying to undo results favoring Biden since Election Day, and as of Tuesday, four of six states where President Trump tried to overturn the outcome have certified Biden’s win.
Oh well, there goes your talking point.
LOL!
Pipes are bursting again, m0nts.
Oh, and something else – m0nty, have you seen and heard these testimonies? Or have you decided that you won’t look at them because the corporate media has curated them from public view (for now), and that’s good enough for you?
Mainstream media isn’t reporting it, OCO. I don’t see much of it on Fox. It’s irrelevant, except in the fever swamps where the Trump cult likes to go.
Drrm TISH Drrm TISH Drrm TISH
Ti-TISH
Oh well, there goes your talking point.
Piss taker quotes wapo.
I looked at that Stenstrom guy’s testimony OCO, since he seemed to be the one getting most traction. It’s a bunch of procedural complaints, poorly explained with nobody cross-examining him to figure out what he’s actually saying, so it comes across as a bit of a dog’s breakfast. He may be a CEO but that doesn’t mean he’s an expert on electoral procedure – or a clear speaker.
That sort of thing might be enough to call for an internal review of processes, sure, but it is not even in the same galaxy as proof to overturn a presidential election.
It appears that counting was stopped in WI, MI, and PA because of a burst pipe in GA.
TFM:
Not a silly question at all – we’d probably be surprised at the amount of people who don’t do that.
So yes – I capitalise and lower case stuff as necessary.
Another thing I noticed was they use the European 7 with the bar across the vertical.
Technically”, you’re paying because your side cheated terribly. Trump won by 400 to 138.
A couple of days ago, I said this:
Today, I think it’s fair to say that the chances of the ‘official result’ being overturned have improved markedly. Probably less than 50/50; not much less.
I also said:
This I am now certain of.
Biden/Harris, if they do go on to ‘win’, are going to wear their ‘victory’ like a crown of thorns. Even more so when the hard evidence of their electoral theft emerges
They won’t give a rat’s arse: biden because he is insane, caramello because she’s a slut and commie.
This is now a political process, m0nty. Once more. What legislators believe is now highly relevant. It isn’t solely the purview of some slimy partisan hack judges anymore. That should worry you, m0nts. A lot.
Of course, your side will try to delegitimise and smear these people. Just like they did to that USPS postal worker (remember when you credulously lapped up the obvious lie that he had rescinded his allegation, and then tried to pass him off as irrelevant when their lie became clear) – it’s your SOP. Trouble is, that’s what you do when you’re scared. You lie and smear and lie and smear some more.
Pipes are bursting again, m0nty.
Overturning the election is not the purpose.
Seeding doubt in American democracy and institutions is.
The institutions may hold, but unity and cohesiveness are casualties.
These tactics are textbook subversion.
The ruthless pursuit of power is relentless.
They have discarded the rule of law, and respect for the constitution.
The future does not look bright.
Big Bog Bob is Kraken up, too.
It doesn’t matter if they give a rat’s arse or not. They will not achieve anything. The truth of what happened in this election will become crystal clear. The Dems will get absolutely smashed in 2022. Filibuster proof Senate majority a possibility. Every GOP pickup will be a result of candidates vowing to right the wrong in 2020. The demise of Democrat Party is a distinct possibility once this process is through.
Monty, have you ever been right (as in correct) about anything to do with politics?
You strike me as the Peter van Onselen of the Cat.
Our very own wrongologist.
Don’t you feel a bit uncomfortable with the ease of Pedo Joe’s “win,” particularly by small margins in key states? Do you really think that old Lazy Jo was able to drum up more votes than old Hilarybat and the Magic Negro, not just a few more votes, but millions more. Broke all election records. Joe couldn’t get more than 20 people to his “rallies.” The Democrats don’t even like him or Kamala. I see desperation here. Deep down, do you think everything is hunky dory with this election? You have seen the clips posted here, the fraud by the Democrats was humungous, but you persist with your scripted piss weak talking points. You are fighting a losing battle son. Give it away or move to a blog where you have like minded idiots that you can fellate.
My god numbers, you’re the perfect contrary indicator.
Nup, it’s a legal one. You wish it was just political, like the impeachment. It’s not like that this time.
Legislators in some of the relevant states are prevented by law from doing what you want. In other states, it’s technically possible but it would be tantamount to nullification. That never went well for your side.
But of course! That explains it all.
Oh, and one more thing, m0nts. Watch the whole thing. You really should, for your own benefit. Because what you’ll see is what you’re going to be facing again and again and again for many months to come. If you’re going to carry water for this massive fraud, you’ll need to know what you’re up against. Have fun 😉

It looks to me as if the proverbial Russians undid the DNC electoral fix of the 2016 election; leaving HC shocked that the best laid plans went nowhere – and no-where to go but only claim Russian collusion
No, m0nty, it’s a political process. There is a political remedy for a contested election. Therefore, it’s a political process. Deny all you like. You being in denial doesn’t change reality.
Thanks, I have a copy, will forward it around. She just wrote her name into the history books!
‘Overturning the election is not the purpose.’
Yeah, no shit Sherlock. The Electoral College assembles and votes on 14 Dec 2020. After they’re done, there might be something to “overturn”. Until then, you will have to satisfy yourself as inaugural holders of “The Office of the President-Elect (as crowned by media cronies)’ – quite a title, quite an achievement. As real as most of Biden’s votes.
Seeding doubt in American democracy and institutions…by blatantly cheating. There’s a very good reason for the doubt/lack of trust. Completely justified.
but unity and cohesiveness are casualties… Oh FFS. Destroy the joint and then call for peace, calm, and unity. Puke. This is what you wanted (or so you thought). You fool NO ONE.
‘These tactics are textbook subversion.’ Rules for Radicals no less.
‘The ruthless pursuit of power is relentless.’ Yeah righto. A leftard has the utter gall to openly project and expects no one to notice.
‘They have discarded the rule of law, and respect for the constitution.’ Okay, now you’ve just gone full retard. Never go full retard.
‘The future does not look bright.’ Well, certainly not as well as you had imagined at the peak of ‘The Steal’; but then it is only going to get worse. Trials, prosecutions, incarcerations. The swamp is deep but has every reason to fear a very bleak future.
Pearl Harbour was an extraordinarily high-risk strategy. It needed to be a knock-out blow – it wasn’t.

What a child.
All those juicy contracts for Hunter (with 10% for the Big Guy) are based on Hunter’s extensive knowledge of a range of industries, and of Chinese and Ukrainian language and culture?
And you lot are all in for Trump.
Sez the fat fascist fool munty, who is “all in” for a geriatric who can’t string a sentence together. He and his ilk don’t care about the abilities of their candidate, only that he/she/it claims to be “progressive”. Sad, low energy.
By the way, I’m not saying there isn’t a legal process in motion. There is. But what we saw today was the start of the political process. These will operate concurrently. However, the most conclusive resolution via the political process is superior to the most conclusive legal resolution.

This +1
There is no political remedy. State legislatures rejecting the democratic will of the voters in their state is illegal. In the unlikely event that Trump flips the three or four states he needs through this shameful trick, the courts would decide it.
I get that you want to make everything in America political so that Trump can bully his way through like he has his whole life, but he just got punched in the nose, and it’s his turn to sit down. Any further whining just looks pitiful.
The institutions may hold, but unity and cohesiveness are casualties.
It seems that the bin chicken spent the last twelve years with his head buried in rubbish bins, failing to notice the Demonrats destroying institutions, unity and cohesiveness in a four year long temper tantrum worthy of a two year old child.
IRS, FBI, DoJ, CIA, NSA, FISA Court destroyed, Antifa and BLM riots, cancel culture, doxing anyone who challenges their pieties. All the responsibility of the Cheatorats.
mOnts, just apologise and be done with it. You’re just making a fool out of yourself now.
Hey monty is it Muellerween yet?
And another thing about this. Sure, (inter)national corporate media can ignore it. I’d bet my firstborn that local Pennsylvania news has covered the absolute shit out of this. The latter is infinitely more important than the former. It’s Pennsylvanians who will determine whether this goes anywhere – not m0nty. Or myself, for that matter. It’ll be them breathing down the necks of their elected representatives (or not) that will be the decisive factor. And they’re seeing all of this through their local news channels.
Water pipes are bursting again, m0nty.
but it would be tantamount to nullification. That never went well for your side.
Mmmyes. Didn’t the Demonrats cause a civil war because of nullification? How well did that go for them?
Poor m0nty just doesn’t get it.
You want some Brooks Brothers riots, don’t you OCO. That would help you immensely.
Unsurprising that Trump’s strategy is to bully his own party members to subvert democracy on his behalf, but this one’s a bit tricky for him to pull off.
One angle I haven’t seen yet is “Who are the counters”. Who employed them.
Brace yourselves.
State legislatures rejecting the democratic will of the voters in their state is illegal.
So the Demonrats in 2016, calling for Electors to reject the will of the voters was illegal? Thanks for the confirmation.
Now, as the saying goes, pliss essplain how the “democratic will of the voters” can be ascertained when there has been massive, overt, electoral fraud?

ThanksMueller, actually, Muellerween passed years ago.
Fraud vitiates everything.
You can’t pull off a fraud on this scale without people on the ground.
Watch that space. Birds are singing.
I’ll explain this to you nice and slow, m0nty. I’m typing slowly for your benefit. The legislatures may have delegated certain responsibilities entrusted to them in the US constitution to other authorities. However, they can take back those responsibilities at any time. This is perfectly legal.
Now, you may not like the above. You can object and deny it all you want. That doesn’t make it untrue. It is true and it can be done as part of a perfectly legal political process. Buckle up, m0nty!
Look what the vile old bastard troll wrote:

LOL you’re hilariously unoriginal, m0nty. Which crappy left-wing pundit did you nab that hot take from? There is no need for those kinds of shenanigans. What we saw today is enormously more influential.

1735099, Overturning the election is the purpose because Biden the old pervert won by fraud.
You are right in the other two points. Repubs or conservatives do not want to disrespect institutions. It really truly utterly goes against the grain to see institutions fail. Conservatives believe in the innate cohesiveness of society and work towards it.
That is why Andrew Bolt and esteemed conservative commentators here are against Trump now.
But MAGA phenomena is something they do not understand as in a sense they too are wealthy elites bound together but of a conservative kind. I understand you cannot comprehend MAGA. That’s okay.

I know nothing about the legal intracies of putting a case together however I did wade through the 104 Pages . A lot of it ihave no idea if there is a case or not however where Sidney Powell team cited the legislation re how the vote count should be carried out and then list affiants who had said that these laws had not been observed and then that is not constitutional . There were Pages of such details as well as other irregularities with affiants to support that these had occurred .
Not sure if the mathamatical and Statistical Analysis of voting patterns that showed irregularities is classed as unconstitutional or fraud or would be accepted as evidence in a court . However unlike Monty et al I did read it and not just posted made up stories based on no facts .
Once the legislatures have committed to choosing electors via a popular vote, it’s difficult to then turn around and say no, we don’t trust those results for the other guy, we choose our party’s leader instead.
Not only that, but he managed to lose all but one of the ‘bellwether’ counties. But he still won overall! Amazing!

First and only mistake you’ve made regarding mUnted.
The leftwits and trolls out there do not believe in dialectic. You may speak to colleagues, friends, family adother Cats in it. They may respond in it, also.
Trolls do not. They only speak in rhetoric.
It is all emotional gamesmanship to them. The first side to be too outraged to reply, loses.
This is why we kick. This is also why we often shut down one avenue of attack, or temproarily chase a troll away.
Because of the emotional involvement, a dedicated troll will never leave its chosen haunt. A disinterested troll or paid astroturfer will get jack of a community that calls it outand refuses to play its games.
But the only time you will ever see the back of the likes of mUnted, Fallacious or Numbers is when they are banned.
So, bamboozle them with actual (and appreciated!) facts and insights, or just insult them until they give up. It’s your freedom and your choice… 😎

Today we saw some of the receipts. The great lie of ‘no credible evidence’ was exposed as exactly that – a great lie. m0nty’s repeated claim that the witness affadavits were merely ‘someone saying they heard someone else say’ was also exposed as a lie by these very credible witnesses testifying about what they saw and what they experienced. m0nty above admitted that he won’t listen to their testimonies, which is revealing.
m0nty, prior to today, one could be charitable to you and say that you may not have been lying when you said the testimonies of these witnesses was all hearsay. You could merely have been wrong when you said this. However, if you continue to assert that their evidence is simply them reporting what others have said, it will be beyond question that you are lying. Are you still insisting these are hearsay witnesses, m0nty?

Again, who are the “election counters” and who employed them? They seem to be a zealous lot. Common sense would tell you that if Soros was prepared to pay big money to get AG’s elected, then it would be unsurprising if people were placed into the counting booths themselves.
Who are these people? Who’s behind them? Once some of these foot soldiers are confronted with prison time, they are gunna sing. It may well emerge that there is incontrovertible evidence that this election was bought by big money interests.
It’s always about the money to a large degree. Always.

INFOGRAPHIC: The Shocking Allegations of Mass Vote Fraud Made by Sidney Powell in Georgia
So easy to consume, even Democrats can understand…
No worries Biden will wave a few ‘Palms’ around whilst lawyers paw through the 104 Pages of the law suit put out by Sidney and Co . MSM have noted typos but nothing else and of course banned by twitter .
Lawyers on Jonova site have made some assessments but can only comment that there appears to be enough evidence to support allegations that need to be given court hearing . ( as I understand their interpretations)
But it will be a slow process hopefully they get what they have asked for no final result until tested in court.
They didn’t challenge it before the election, thus they didn’t see them as a problem before their guy got beat.
Didn’t Justice Alito put an injunction on some of those “unchallenged” changes?

m0nty above admitted that he won’t listen to their testimonies, which is revealing.
If the legal cases and the evidence are as weak as munty and his ilk make them out to be, surely the DNC, MSM, Tech giants and other Cheatorat supporters (BIRM) would be giving them maximum publicity, to destroy publicly Trump’s case that there really was fraud on a massive scale? Instead, they are suppressing the whole story in a way that would make the old KKK voter suppression work look amateurish.
What they say and what they doo do not synchronise.
MSM have noted typos but nothing else and of course banned by twitter .
Hehe, fell for it!
Weaponized typos.
Make them report on it. The signal spreads.

Observers at the vote recount in Fulton County Georgia were ejected from the room for “breaking rules” against making recordings, although this only happened after they had documented several bags of ballots that were not secured with zip ties in the normal manner. The recount director responded the ballots “were marked and secured by paper“.
Signature checks are still not being done, so it is a sham recount.
