  3. m0nty says:

m0nty, prior to today, one could be charitable to you and say that you may not have been lying when you said the testimonies of these witnesses was all hearsay. You could merely have been wrong when you said this. However, if you continue to assert that their evidence is simply them reporting what others have said, it will be beyond question that you are lying. Are you still insisting these are hearsay witnesses, m0nty?

Hearsay is probably the wrong word for Gregory Stenstrom’s evidence, for example. He is a witness… but to what? He saw no crime. He may not even have seen any breaches of regulation.

His testimony amounts to “I don’t understand what I saw”. On its own, his evidence proves nothing. His ignorance of procedures is not evidence of breaking those procedures. He apparently demanded that servers be imaged halfway through the process… all very well to ask for it, but if it’s not part of the process then them rejecting his request is not actionable.

Stenstrom’s evidence is circumstantial, by definition. There are possible explanations for all he saw that would be legal and following procedure. A lawyer in court could infer that shenanigans were afoot, but Stenstrom’s evidence does not prove it.

Given that he seems to be the best that you’ve got…. you’ve got nothing.

The first arrest has already happened. It was that nobody who was the sole indictment that resulted from the Durham investigation of the Dem coup attempt in 2016. The only people who were shocked by it were those assuming Barr would do his job. Virtually no one else noticed.

Trump wants minor politicians in marginal seats to sacrifice their careers for him, under threat of being primaried by MAGAts. So far, those pols are resisting. What have they got to lose, they either get primaried but keep their dignity, or join the cult and lose their seats to a bigger blue wave? Better to keep their status in polite society.

That Biden is far more popular among blacks in Detroit, Philly and Atlanta than Obama was in 2008. You can always spot the liar by what they fail to address.

That the media are lying about the evidence tells you everything.

If Trump’s case was as weak as the Cheatorats and the MSM (BIRM) claim, they would be broadcasting it to the world, and discussing in excruciating detail all of the errors. That they are instead suppressing any details says all that is necessary.

They have much to hide, and more to fear, and all the flannelling by the fat fascist fool munty and all of his ilk doesn’t change that reality.

You’ve got to be careful here. Mineral, for example, has about 800 voters. Small absolute numbers can easily lead to large % changes.

Change from 87% to 92% is only 40 people. The local masonic lodge may have decided to vote this year.

No – according to the election result, Trump gets out the vote. Both for and against him, better than any previous Presidential candidate.

That’s what accounts for the records.

  53. duncanm says:

You’ve got to be careful here. Mineral, for example, has about 800 voters. Small absolute numbers can easily lead to large % changes.

what is concerning, of course, is that maybe a couple of tens here, a couple of hundred there, adds up to many many votes.

    Colorado:
    2016: Clinton – 1,208,095, Trump – 1,136,354
    2020: Biden – 1,723,455, Trump – 1,316,021

    ie: Dem = + 43% in numbers, Rep = +16%

Now THAT is suspicious, but hard to get a handle on, unless there’s systematic ballot stuffing or vote switching that can be found.

  54. dover_beach says:

Yet every time that evidence is tested in court, it fails to convince. Why?

The evidence wasn’t test by Judge Brann. In fact, in the other case I’m aware of, the judge peddled the argument that simply being ‘in the room’ even if10-150 feet away from the counting tables meant the observers couldn’t effectively examine the envelopes or ballots satisfied the law. Sure, sure.

As things picked up at the TCF Center, with more and more white Republicans filing into the complex to supervise the activity of mostly Black poll workers, Chris Thomas noticed a shift in the environment. Having been brought out of retirement to help supervise the counting in Detroit—a decision met with cheers from Republicans and Democrats alike—Thomas had been “thrilled” with the professionalism he’d witnessed during Monday’s pre-processing session and Tuesday’s vote tabulating. Now, in the early morning hours of Wednesday, things were going sideways. Groups of Republican poll challengers were clustering around individual counting tables in violation of the rules. People were raising objections—such as to the transferring of military absentees onto ballots that could be read by machines, a standard practice—that betrayed a lack of preparation.

“Reading these affidavits afterward from these Republican poll challengers, I was just amazed at how misunderstood the election process was to them,” Thomas chuckled. “The things they said were going on—it’s like ‘Yeah, that’s exactly what was going on. That’s what’s supposed to happen.’” (The Trump team’s much celebrated lawsuit against Detroit was recently withdrawn after being pummeled in local courtrooms; his campaign has to date won one case and lost 35.)

LANSING — Chris Thomas, the dean of the nation’s election directors who is retiring after 36 years on the job in Michigan, says the growing influence of undisclosed “dark money” on elections is contributing to public cynicism and will “swallow the whole thing” if not controlled.

But it will probably take a Watergate-scale scandal before reforms are enacted, said Thomas, who, before returning to his home state of Michigan, worked for the Federal Election Commission soon after its 1975 creation in the wake of President Richard Nixon’s resignation.

  95. Armadillo says:

Chris Thomas commented on “what he observed”. mOnts wants to argue he should be believed, but those who signed affidavits (under penalty of perjury) should not. It’s a typical leftie stance.

On War Room, they unearthed this Swiss chap who followed events (he’s a stats guy) who went on to do some deep and very revealing research – like how batches of mail votes in one postcode were all issued on the same day, then received on the same day – but alas for the Democrats they were received before they were issued. Which is how the Trump campaign wants it, so they can bully the state legislatures into performing fascism on their behalf.

Aside from the frothing hyperbole, the constitutional Republic of the United States is not fascism. Each state joined the federation under certain conditions. It’s now 12 days later than that, although in the scheme of things it doesn’t take long to resign … I suppose she can do it anytime … although the lack of confidence is noted.

  196. John Comnenus says:

I listened to a short interview with Patrick Byrne last night. He has a hard maths background and is the billionaire owner of Overstock. He has put together a team of ethical hackers, computer scientists, mathematicians and statisticians to collect evidence of electoral fraud. Three things jumped out at me:

    1. His motivation. He is neither GOP or Dem. he is doing this to save the Constitution and country. He argues that if this fraudulent election is allowed to stand then there will never be a fair election in America again and the USA will be lost forever. I agree with that wholeheartedly.

    2. He has been doing this since 2018 and has reported irregularities to relevant Federal authorities who were not interested in the vulnerabilities his team identified and irregularities in the lead up to the election.

    3. He said there are many examples of Biden getting thousands of votes is a row in individual districts. He said that if the district in question was 96% pro Biden the statistical probability of getting 1000 votes in a row, let alone more, is around quadrillion to one.

The importance of this in my view is two fold, if this happened once you might say well that was the biggest fluke ever. But to happen in multiple locations demonstrates absolutely there was fraud. And demonstrates that beyond reasonable doubt. Courts accept DNA evidence as proof of a crime and the odds of the DNA being wrong are merely billions to one. So the strength of this evidence is off the charts compared to DNA which is widely accepted and seen as reliable and authoritative.

Now I know Monty is going to say that is hearsay evidence or the guy is not credible. No that won’t fly, because the Court can get him or his team, or independent mathematicians to demonstrate their methodology and it should come out the same. This is expert evidence of the kind used all the time in courts and it demonstrates beyond reasonable doubt that there was widespread fraud.

  205. John Comnenus says:

Trump doesn’t need to win any law suits, he can win by showing the state legislatures that the election was fraudulent and getting the states not to send electoral college voters to the electoral college.

If he has to win in court, then like Cardinal Pell, he only needs to win one case – the last one which will be in SCOTUS.

Now Nevada shows 13,000 + incomplete voter registration where the voter lives in casino or the like. Going back 13 years there has never been more than 400 incomplete registrations in a year. Typically 1 or 2 are recorded per year. Nearly all this incomplete registrations happened between July and September.

No, nothing unusual in this data point either. Nope, all just one coincidence after another, where every coincidence, glitch and error happens to favour Biden, because that’s what random events do – always favour one candidate. Anyone saying there was not a problem with this election is either totally stupid or thinks voters are totally stupid.

A lot of unnecessary spending could have been prevented by Trump telling the state legislatures not to hold elections at all because they were always going to be fraudulent, just send their electors to him because they have the numbers. Same result, same reasoning. I mean, why hold elections at all if you could lose?

The customer who brought in the water-damaged MacBook Pro for repair never paid for the service or retrieved it or a hard drive on which its contents were stored, according to the shop owner, who said he tried repeatedly to contact the client.

The shop owner couldn’t positively identify the customer as Hunter Biden, but said the laptop bore a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, named after Hunter’s late brother and former Delaware attorney general.

Photos of a Delaware federal subpoena given to The Post show that both the computer and hard drive were seized by the FBI in December, after the shop’s owner says he alerted the feds to their existence.

But before turning over the gear, the shop owner says, he made a copy of the hard drive and later gave it to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello.

    Yes it is.

It demonstrates two things, neither of which are surprising:

    (i) She is not going to give up a single dollar of her Senatorial salary and entitlements until she absolutely has to; and

(ii) She is not committed to a Biden victory. There is a chance that he won’t make it, and no way is she risking a thing until it’s in the bag.

I don’t begrudge her instinct for self preservation, but it’s not exactly a ringing endorsement for Biden.
