Hearsay is probably the wrong word for Gregory Stenstrom’s evidence, for example. He is a witness… but to what? He saw no crime. He may not even have seen any breaches of regulation.
His testimony amounts to “I don’t understand what I saw”. On its own, his evidence proves nothing. His ignorance of procedures is not evidence of breaking those procedures. He apparently demanded that servers be imaged halfway through the process… all very well to ask for it, but if it’s not part of the process then them rejecting his request is not actionable.
Stenstrom’s evidence is circumstantial, by definition. There are possible explanations for all he saw that would be legal and following procedure. A lawyer in court could infer that shenanigans were afoot, but Stenstrom’s evidence does not prove it.

The Electoral College votes of each state have traditionally reflected the popular vote, but there is no obligation for State Legislature to follow that course under any circumstance.

I note that in the article mOnts posted yesterday it was “standard practice” to transcribe military votes from ballot paper to another (or words to that effect). It was one of the arguments put forward as to why ROP poll watchers apparently didn’t understand the “process”.

I listened to a short interview with Patrick Byrne last night. He has a hard maths background and is the billionaire owner of Overstock. He has put together a team of ethical hackers, computer scientists, mathematicians and statisticians to collect evidence of electoral fraud. Three things jumped out at me:
1. His motivation. He is neither GOP or Dem. he is doing this to save the Constitution and country. He argues that if this fraudulent election is allowed to stand then there will never be a fair election in America again and the USA will be lost forever. I agree with that wholeheartedly.
2. He has been doing this since 2018 and has reported irregularities to relevant Federal authorities who were not interested in the vulnerabilities his team identified and irregularities in the lead up to the election.
3. He said there are many examples of Biden getting thousands of votes is a row in individual districts. He said that if the district in question was 96% pro Biden the statistical probability of getting 1000 votes in a row, let alone more, is around quadrillion to one.
The importance of this in my view is two fold, if this happened once you might say well that was the biggest fluke ever. But to happen in multiple locations demonstrates absolutely there was fraud. And demonstrates that beyond reasonable doubt. Courts accept DNA evidence as proof of a crime and the odds of the DNA being wrong are merely billions to one. So the strength of this evidence is off the charts compared to DNA which is widely accepted and seen as reliable and authoritative.
Now I know Monty is going to say that is hearsay evidence or the guy is not credible. No that won’t fly, because the Court can get him or his team, or independent mathematicians to demonstrate their methodology and it should come out the same. This is expert evidence of the kind used all the time in courts and it demonstrates beyond reasonable doubt that there was widespread fraud.

Typically 1 or 2 are recorded per year. Nearly all this incomplete registrations happened between July and September.
