Teddy shoots down ADF nobs as they strafe SAS survivors

LET us not forget that Scott Morrison initially rejected a unanimous recommendation that Sheean be awarded the VC. He was following the somewhat strange prejudice of ADF Chief Angus Campbell who “strongly advised” against conferring the paramount honour. Campbell himself was awarded the hefty DSC for heroic services to paper work above and beyond the call of duty.

Government sources also said General Campbell had a history of trying to shut down the [Defence Honours and Awards Appeal] tribunal and that he believed decisions on awards should rest with him or the top brass.

The ADF’s top general has now been ambushed by Corporal Jacqui Lambie (Ret) twice. She wants him to quit:

.. to be immediately revoked because someone else in the Navy did some nasty shit?

  2. Ian of Brisbane

Prosecuting the SAS was only ever going to end badly and has given the Chinese ammo to use against us.

Morrison never misses an opportunity to disappoint.

And so the prick should have backed down! I have precious little time for Lambie, but at least she’s in there swinging!

An inquiry is coming as to whether Teddy Sheean ensured that the pilots of the Japanese planes weren’t LBTQIA+ folk before shooting at them.

Does anyone know why VC recipient Ben Roberts Smith is being harassed by the media?

Media seem to have a hard on him like Abbott666, is it true he was going to get into politics

They hate Australia and the military. They’re loving it that they can feel righteous while spitting on our soldiers.

Does anyone know why VC recipient Ben Roberts Smith is being harassed by the media?

It’s because of the pasting a pair of vile meeja imbeciles (BIRM) copped after they criticised BRS on a hugely unwatched braindead commercial FTA television show back in about 2012(?).

George Fungus and some stupid bint who’s name I’ve forgotten.

Collectivists have not forgotten about this incident, or forgiven. First it was (utterly unfounded) domesticated violence allegations and then (equally utterly unfounded) war crimes.

    @Alain:

“Does anyone know why VC recipient Ben Roberts Smith is being harassed by the media?”

    He’s a bloke.

A bloke who did uncommon things, in spite of personal risk of death or maiming. Things that churnalists are congenitally and pathologically incapable of comprehending, let alone emulating. (And those are their better qualities).

He’s “white”, (Well, more of a bronzed beige, like so many other actual Australians).

    He’s not like “them”.

    I think that covers it.

Though we’ve watched it before, we saw The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp the other night.

At the beginning of the film war games have been planned between the Home Guard and the regulars. However, the orders include the direction “to make it as real as is possible.” Consequently, the regulars decide to ambush the Brass of the Home Guard.

    The subsequent discussion runs thus:.

‘War starts at midnight!’, says the head of the Home Guard, General Win-Candy

But the young officer on the other side of the war games responds thus: ‘You say war starts at midnight how do you know the enemy says so to?’ To which the General asks ‘But my dear fellow that was agreed, wasn’t it?’

The young officer then replies ‘How many agreements have been kept by the enemy since this war started. We agree to keep to the rules of the game and they go on kicking us in the pants. When I joined the army the only agreement I entered into was to defend my country by every means at my disposal, not only by the the national sporting club rules but by every means that have existed since Cain killed Abel.’

Perhaps Angus Campbell, as well as the Prime Minister and the Minister for Defence, should consider those sentiments before they send more of our young men to fight in wars that they themselves do not care to win.

I believe any serious independent inquiry will expose the main reason the top brass in conjunction with the Defence Force Department hierarchy has acted in this way was to protect solely their own arses so that there was no interference in their ongoing careers?

Meanwhile, the fiddling Emporer ScoMo is exposed in the headlights by his ineptitude & bungling of an ill-thought-out response that should have seen NO publicity until after the Courts had made their decisions on the allegations? And these people have the gall to put their hands out each week to be paid? They need to set an instructive example for future bunglers/incompetents with the entire top echelon of Defence either resigning or being sacked!

And where’s Hec Waller’s gong for the battle of Bunda Straight?

Then again Hec never had any time for the pen pushers, arse polishers and boot lickers who sat in comfy chairs back home and getting offended by salty language.

  17. Rafe Champion

Nice to see her doing something useful.

  18. kraka

SMIII-i think you will find the bint Yumi also questioned his manhood/virility and made fun of the fact Ben and his partner were trying to have kids (and struggling) at the time. She was and is a low life piece of shit. I still drink coffee at Jamacia Blue to this day because they were the first to pull sponsorship from their crap show.
PS-got to hear VC Ben at a function in Perth years ago and meet him afterwards-very impressive speaker and a huge human being.

  19. Lambie was discharged as a LCPL. She was busted after her second assault on another soldier.
Lambie refused to deploy on active service on INTERFET the day before citing a crook back.
DVA wrote a scathing report which Lambie spent $60G getting suppressed.
She likes to be on the spotlight as the meddia will refuse to questions about her service.

  20. Rafe

Nice to see her doing something useful.

Lambie has never done anything useful in her life.

Things have to be pretty bad when someone with as lacklustre a military career and a grudge against them for not approving as much of a pension as she wanted, is the most vociferous and outspoken champion of the military in Parliament.

And it is not as if the whole thing is a slam dunk. No charges have been laid, no convictions delivered, and no chance for the accused to defend themselves. No one even thought to point that out.

It is not just Campbell and Scomo who are a disgrace. It is the whole damn lot of them.

  22. Mother Lode

Lambie, BTW, sees the military as her particular bailiwick.

Not sure she would have been so outspoken for other victims of government malice.

Not sure whether any of them really would.

  23. Rex Anger

    @ SMIII andBruce-

Further to your points, Ben Roberts-Smih was awarded the VC not for uncommon valour in saving another man’s life (Mark Donaldson), or attempting same (Daniel Keighran). Like Cameron Baird, Roberts-Smth’s VC was awarded for decisive aggressive action in support of decisively engaged force elements, more or.less single-handedly regaining the initiative and allowing his mates to win the fight.

Cameron Baird’s efforts cost him his life. RS not only lived, but subsequently thrived. And worse, took up a position in a media organisation that was happy to support him. And maintaned a favourable and positive public presence.

All unforgiveable sins to the leftwits and the bugmen.

Regrettably, I suspect that had Cameron Baird VC lived, even if he lived as a complete hermit, the leftwits would be after him, too.

For more or less the same reasons.

  24. Zulu Kilo Two Alpha

Lambie has never done anything useful in her life.

Be fair – she was a “traffic control specialist” – she wore the big reflective gauntlets and made sure all the trucks in the convey went the same way!

The above is a song I wrote about our naval heroes. If anyone knows Sheehan’s family I’d live to share it with them.

I always say to myself “I’d rather not.”

Military leaders who don’t support their troops are the lowest; and those called angus are the lowest of that group; angus is 2 meters of pure turd, as bad as that queer he replaced.

Andrew Hastie missed a huge opportunity here by siding with the bugmen.

Great stuff, Turtle. Thanks for posting.

  32. Robbo

Lambie is an idiot but even the biggest of idiots can occasionally get something right. On the subject of General Campbell she has got it exactly right. That paper shuffler should be shown the door immediately.

Washed down with a bottle of scotch.
Be fucked if I’m going to leave the good stuff for the grandies…

“Defence is developing a comprehensive implementation plan to action the Inspector-General’s recommendations”.

Doesn’t that second quote make you want to throw a bloody big rock at the head of the utterer?

I have been known to mutter on occasion to “Purge the top three layers of every institution in Australia.”
The more I say it, the more I believe it is the only way out of this leadership crisis we find ourselves in.
I cannot think of one institution in Australia that wouldn’t benefit from a good, old fashioned purging.
