That doesn’t mean anything, Indolent. There are other players in this game that haven’t been mentioned much.
If an insurrection has indeed been committed, forces above the national guard and secret service can still step in.

…given that this thread appears to be on its last legs. A pity (unless there is a new thread) as there could be some more activity…

I think that there is still some way to go with this election. While some would LOVE to bury and forget it (think: “At this stage what difference does this make”) there are ongoing legal challenges that are still waiting. The courts can not ignore them all for the simple reason that the electoral process has to be trusted, and they need to provide that certainty.

    A list of ongoing cases:

    http://wiseenergy.org/Energy/Election/2020_Election_Cases.htm

The fact that the litigation (in most cases) has been dismissed for lack of standing / timeliness etc does not mean that someone can’t re-litigate IF they have standing [and the resources!!!]. However, there are cases already with the SCOTUS waiting on a decision there, or are filtering their way up through the lower courts. Here are the more interesting ones:

    https://www.scotusblog.com/election-litigation/

There are also some interesting ongoing investigations by various State Legislatures that may also result in cases before the SCOTUS.

I believe the issue was that a case based on whether or not fraud was committed on an institutional level will take for ever to be argued, and even the constitutional questions will take months to argue out (COVID / Mail-in etc). So there was risk in taking a case up before the inauguration and the courts did not want to get involved. But we now have that time … and if the US is ever going to be brought together, certainty of and confidence in the outcome of any next elections has to be near 100%. So the courts must rule on these…

It will be interesting if the outcomes of any of these case reviews has the potential to change the election outcome!!! We have a strong likelihood that election irregularities occurred in Minnesota, Nevada, Virginia and New Mexico … and not just main challenged states: Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Wisconsin and Michigan.

    I read it like this:

Democrat propaganda is highly effective- To Democrats!

Despite Barry’s best efforts, America was not fundamentally transformed over his 8 years. Otherwise Sleepy Joe would have been unnecessary. Heck, the USA even clawed a goodly amount of its old standing back, despite the incessant leftwitninterference and tanty-chucking!

Between everything in play right now, and the leftwits burning their own edifices to the ground in a massive bonfire of insanities, I think things may not be as awful as Benito M0ntylini likes to crow…

  6. John Smith101 says:

So why are the rats so keen to continue. They would know Trump has a tonne of potentially fatal dirt on them?

The impeachment process was an attempt to stop Trump from running in 2024, or holding any official office beforehand. Think about Trump’s comment at Andrews Air Force Base about: “We’ll be back in some form.”

They, the ‘rats’, are in a trap, and they are desperate. Many of the Dems (& RINOs) are also politically blackmailed (involving young children) & compromised by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party), who have all the blackmail evidence. They do as they are told by their masters: China.

Trump did “declassify” EVERYTHING! in the binder [not explicitly requested to remain classified at VERY short notice]/

“I have determined to accept the redactions proposed for continued classification by the FBI in that January 17 submission,” Trump said in his memo. “I hereby declassify the remaining materials in the binder. This is my final determination under the declassification review and I have directed the Attorney General to implement the redactions proposed in the FBI’s January 17 submission and return to the White House an appropriately redacted copy.”

  12. Indolent says:

    Don’t be so inconsolate, Indolent.

It’s not that I’m inconsolate, I just try to be realistic, however unpalatable, and it seems to me that all the hope is on one side and the brute strength and levers of power on the other. That equates to a very unequal battle.

To be perfectly frank, I’m a little disappointed in Trump that he did not use the tools he put in place for just such a situation while he was still in power. However, I’m in no position to know that sort of pressure he was under and what support he actually had.

  14. Rorschach says:

However, I’m in no position to know that sort of pressure he was under and what support he actually had.

I am guessing it is more the pressure the people around him were under! A lot of these would be career bureaucrats. They would have been told to abandon Trump if they ever wanted another job in the town.

Same with lawyers – it appears that the word was out that no one could represent Trump post election.

Don’t expect to see any that negatively impact the Democrats till the power shifts!

They are either incredibly stupid or incredibly confident?

I find that 90% of Democrats activity is solely directed at suppressing, massaging and “contextualising”, and blatantly lying about information detrimental to them. The whole Trump Russia Russia started out with an intent to hide Hillary’s email (and other) scandal(s); the Muller Investigation was to hide Obama’s spying on Trump, the 1st Trump impeachment was to hide Biden’s Ukraine payola … this current impeachment is to hide / distract from the election scandals. And there is lot more. The kneejerk reaction nto get anything done is to threaten and then to destroy anyone in their way.

And why? So Nothing stands in the way between them and the trough.

The simple fact that someone like Dianne Feinstein or Eric Swalwell can still hold highest clearance credentials and access top secret info tells you that they have have power even amongst themselves! They can unleash hell on each other as easily.

Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General Announces Initiation of Investigation

Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz announced today that:

The DOJ Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is initiating an investigation into whether any former or current DOJ official engaged in an improper attempt to have DOJ seek to alter the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election. The investigation will encompass all relevant allegations that may arise that are within the scope of the OIG’s jurisdiction. The OIG has jurisdiction to investigate allegations concerning the conduct of former and current DOJ employees. The OIG’s jurisdiction does not extend to allegations against other government officials.

The OIG is making this statement, consistent with DOJ policy, to reassure the public that an appropriate agency is investigating the allegations. Consistent with OIG policy, we will not comment further on the investigation until it is completed. When our investigation is concluded, we will proceed with our usual process for releasing our findings publicly in accordance with relevant laws, and DOJ and OIG policies.

REPUBLICAN Trump loyalists in Arizona are closing in on a proper audit of voting machines and voting data from their suspect election, allegedly won by the crooked long-time Democrat and deep state political operative Joe Biden.

But they are being fought every step of the way by the “Never Trump” Republicans who are as deep in the swampy mire as the Clintons, Bidens, Podestas and others on the Democrat side. One example is former Arizona Republican politician Paul Petersen, who has been sentenced to six years jail after pleading guilty in federal court in Arkansas to conspiring to commit human smuggling.

I know ‘democracy’ has been a bit of a bad joke for many years- citizens are really only allowed to vote for candidates approved by the establishment.

Trump was an exception and the US aristocracy is trying to ensure that there will not be a repeat. So it may be true to say that democracy is over in the US. There has been a coup d’etat and DC is occupied by the military. Quite shocking when you think about it. Now there are trying to criminalize any opposition including even saying that the old thief stole the election. What next? Maybe Texas breaks away? The lefties who taught me over the years were certain right about the military-industrial complex and evil corporations.

Isn’t this part of their transition to totalitarianism? They ‘debate’ all policy among themselves (left vs hard-left) and then use the designated forum for this (Congress) as a rubber stamp. Time in Congress is then mostly taken up with their attempts to try and make the opposition as irrelevant as possible. Impeachments and censure motions are just part of this. Hardly government for/by the people.

Good find Chris. Interesting that there is no date, or author’s name, on the paper. So it’s potentially bogus. But to someone who hasn’t studied control theory for over 10 years now, it looks like a reverse engineering of the control algorithm used to alter the vote count, presumably in the 2020 Presidential Election.

If true, then what I see is of interest here is that:
    1. Someone appears to have access to the timestamped output of the Dominion voting machines; and
    2. They appear to have been able to derive an algorithm that has been used across a number of counties i.e. they have validated their model of voting adjustments.

Trump always hated the Hedge Funds and people making billions while building nothing.

Makes me wonder whether the WhiteHats instigated the Reddit push. 🤷🏼‍♀️

More red pills to wake up the people. 🙌🏻😜

    That made difficult reading, howard.

If true, it means that the show was run by an inebriated has-been and a team of second-raters who pruned out the good wood and left in the dead. Doomed to failure. Also a good explanation of why they went with the procedural line rather than the technical stuff.

Still doesn’t account for why the courts refused to hear evidence, or even the Texas suit (which I understand was prepared by others).

That’s entirely correct. It would be a criminal proceeding and the bar is beyond reasonable doubt.

Pat Byrne can… over-egg the pudding a bit at times. But what he is good at is identifying flaws in systems. In his long spiel, there was one thing that stood out at me and that was the comment about the “sh!tshow” of the management of the Trump White House.

Now there’s a lot of garbage that has been directed at Trump, but this smacks of being absolutely true. And if it is (and I think it is), it is a clear point of failure of the Trump administration. Just imagine if the media had honestly focused on that, rather than the hysterical nonsense they did.

And no, trolls, you don’t get to claim that this was what you were complaining about all along. That would be what is known as “a lie”.

Good Q, HH tweet already removed though. Been immersed in a number of books about all sorts of things, one about the Dark Web. Not a world I inhabit but makes digital currency a whole lot clearer. Major player (and it’s hard to tell who are the good guys) is a chap with the handle DeepFuckingValue who rose from nowhere. It’s just a book I thought might be interesting.
    Well, lookee here
Much of the stuff is way beyond my ordinary cognitive capacities but look at the timing – 20Jan, POTUS45 gone. Just a few days later, Dem-supporting, market manipulating hedge funds get their first kick in the cods.
I don’t think DFV is POTUS45 but there has been no more financially literate president than he.
Keep up the good work, Cats. You’ve got stronger stomachs than I, dealing with the trolls of the last few weeks/months. The Great Reset might just become The Great Upset. I reckon in a few months time American patriots will be visiting their local homeless shelters with food parcels for former hedge funders.

The fat fascist fool seems, however, to have finally twigged that Big Government and Big Money are now joined at the hip. Soon he might even realise that this is classic fascism (Everything within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state). Then he will finally understand why he is so unhappy that “the little people would dare to take on Big Money on its home ground and under its own rules, and succeed”. They are outside the state!

He will then understand that he is the fascist, the little people are not.
