    I think that there is still some way to go with this election. While some would LOVE to bury and forget it (think: “At this stage what difference does this make”) there are ongoing legal challenges that are still waiting. The courts can not ignore them all for the simple reason that the electoral process has to be trusted, and they need to provide that certainty.

    The fact that the litigation (in most cases) has been dismissed for lack of standing / timeliness etc does not mean that someone can’t re-litigate IF they have standing [and the resources!!!]. However, there are cases already with the SCOTUS waiting on a decision there, or are filtering their way up through the lower courts. Here are the more interesting ones:

    There are also some interesting ongoing investigations by various State Legislatures that may also result in cases before the SCOTUS.

    I believe the issue was that a case based on whether or not fraud was committed on an institutional level will take for ever to be argued, and even the constitutional questions will take months to argue out (COVID / Mail-in etc). So there was risk in taking a case up before the inauguration and the courts did not want to get involved. But we now have that time … and if the US is ever going to be brought together, certainty of and confidence in the outcome of any next elections has to be near 100%. So the courts must rule on these…

    It will be interesting if the outcomes of any of these case reviews has the potential to change the election outcome!!! We have a strong likelihood that election irregularities occurred in Minnesota, Nevada, Virginia and New Mexico … and not just main challenged states: Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Wisconsin and Michigan.

    The impeachment process was an attempt to stop Trump from running in 2024, or holding any official office beforehand. Think about Trump’s comment at Andrews Air Force Base about: “We’ll be back in some form.”

    They, the ‘rats’, are in a trap, and they are desperate. Many of the Dems (& RINOs) are also politically blackmailed (involving young children) & compromised by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party), who have all the blackmail evidence. They do as they are told by their masters: China.

    It’s not that I’m inconsolate, I just try to be realistic, however unpalatable, and it seems to me that all the hope is on one side and the brute strength and levers of power on the other. That equates to a very unequal battle.

    To be perfectly frank, I’m a little disappointed in Trump that he did not use the tools he put in place for just such a situation while he was still in power. However, I’m in no position to know that sort of pressure he was under and what support he actually had.

    I find that 90% of Democrats activity is solely directed at suppressing, massaging and “contextualising”, and blatantly lying about information detrimental to them. The whole Trump Russia Russia started out with an intent to hide Hillary’s email (and other) scandal(s); the Muller Investigation was to hide Obama’s spying on Trump, the 1st Trump impeachment was to hide Biden’s Ukraine payola … this current impeachment is to hide / distract from the election scandals. And there is lot more. The kneejerk reaction nto get anything done is to threaten and then to destroy anyone in their way.

    And why? So Nothing stands in the way between them and the trough.

    The simple fact that someone like Dianne Feinstein or Eric Swalwell can still hold highest clearance credentials and access top secret info tells you that they have have power even amongst themselves! They can unleash hell on each other as easily.

    Isn’t this part of their transition to totalitarianism? They ‘debate’ all policy among themselves (left vs hard-left) and then use the designated forum for this (Congress) as a rubber stamp. Time in Congress is then mostly taken up with their attempts to try and make the opposition as irrelevant as possible. Impeachments and censure motions are just part of this. Hardly government for/by the people.

    That’s probably so but the players have yet to be dealt with. I suspect we might yet get to see their crimes exposed to the world (military tribunals). The military are in control (insurrection act) – in DC only (the remains of corporate USA) as far as I can tell. Conjecture only.

    Good find Chris. Interesting that there is no date, or author’s name, on the paper. So it’s potentially bogus. But to someone who hasn’t studied control theory for over 10 years now, it looks like a reverse engineering of the control algorithm used to alter the vote count, presumably in the 2020 Presidential Election.

    If true, then what I see is of interest here is that:
    1. Someone appears to have access to the timestamped output of the Dominion voting machines; and
    2. They appear to have been able to derive an algorithm that has been used across a number of counties i.e. they have validated their model of voting adjustments.

    If true, it means that the show was run by an inebriated has-been and a team of second-raters who pruned out the good wood and left in the dead. Doomed to failure. Also a good explanation of why they went with the procedural line rather than the technical stuff.

    Still doesn’t account for why the courts refused to hear evidence, or even the Texas suit (which I understand was prepared by others).

    Pat Byrne can… over-egg the pudding a bit at times. But what he is good at is identifying flaws in systems. In his long spiel, there was one thing that stood out at me and that was the comment about the “sh!tshow” of the management of the Trump White House.

    Now there’s a lot of garbage that has been directed at Trump, but this smacks of being absolutely true.
