I often wonder about the words “Leftist progressives”, as Cassie has said. It’s an oxymoron. We let them take over every instruction, the education system, the judiciary, the public service and now allowed them to become impregnable if elected by virtue of manipulating the system once in government ( don’t think our local left wingers haven’t been watching events unfold in the USA) and now we complain. Bad luck sunshine! It happened on our watch and we let, even encouraged it by craven appeasement, to happen so we cant complain. Time to learn the correct gender assignment titles, bow down to Giah on climate change and prepare to hand over what we have to the leaners. A lesson to be learnt. Whenever a leftwing party takes over government, there is inevitably a purge of deluvian proportions in the halls of government. When the opposite occurs, the leftist bureacrats somehow get retained and even promoted in the name of unifying and bringing the country together.

It appears that Trump won’t pardon Assange because Mitch McConnell threatened him with impeachment otherwise. LOL – Trump’s naivete shows through. He’s not going to get impeached as he can’t after he leaves office. But he will get dragged through the courts for way longer than Assange after!!!!

Chuck Schumer years after the fact still lying to cover the governments (his) criminality. I can’t find the footage on Spewtube of the house hearings during the siege but Schumer was all but calling for the nuking of Waco from a distance. He presided over the contravention of “Posse Comitatis” in authorised the use of military personnel to “resolve” a domestic situation. The official line was that the FBI counter terrorism types sorted the problem with munitions not available to them until at least 2005.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the Trump campaign’s lack of success in election litigation too.

Between this judge protection, the Crossfire Hurricane declassifications, national presidential election requirements, and FCC Section 230 reform, Trump now probably realises what he should have done in 2018 if he wanted a 2nd term in 2021.

No, it’s quite similar in that the threat of violence is implicit.
What Trump said –

“We won’t have a country if we don’t fight like hell,”
“we will not let them silence your voices. We’re not going to let that happen.”
Trump’s comments resemble Schumer’s in that the threat is implicit, not explicit.
What is explicit is that Trump is responsible for the repetition of the Big Lie, which provided the rationale for violence – implicit threat – explicit motivation based on a repeated lie.
