Perhaps not, what government does not want to control everyone’s life?

But the web of lies that underpin the entire Pandemic charade will unravel at some point.

Whether it is another virus or something else, the next crisis will be here soon. We must heal the wounds inflicted on our liberties in the past year. If we don’t, they risk becoming fatal.

It won’t be at all pretty, but part of the answer may be when the limits of government spending and borrowing are reached – as Thatcher so pithily encapsulated the problem with socialism.

Just in the last 24 hours, following last night’s oh so dramatic press conference on the AZ vaccine, there are signs of fraying.

This triggered a question: will corporations replace nation states eventually?
Will you swear allegiance to, and go to war for, Facebook, Google or Apple?
(IT departments have for forty years sworn allegiance to Microsoft).
